CABLES FOR BOTH POWERED SLIDING SIDE DOORS BROKE WITHIN 2 MONTH PERIOD. PASSENGER SIDE DOOR CANNOT BE OPENED. DRIVER DOOR CAN BE OPENED AND CLOSED MANUALLY. WROTE LETTER TO TOYOTA, AFTER GETTING ESTIMATE OF $1,600 PER DOOR TO FIX, ASKING FOR SOME SORT OF HELP. SAME PROBLEM ON OLDER MODELS WAS COVERED UNDER RECALL. UP TO 2009 MODELS. TOYOTA DECLINED ANY TYPE OF HELP. OFFERED $750 OFF NEW VEHICLE. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD WHEN TRANSPORTING GRANDCHILDREN.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 TOYOTA SIENNA. WHILE TURNING A CORNER AT 15 MPH, THE PASSENGER SIDE SLIDING DOOR OPENED INDEPENDENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT A SPRING IN THE DOOR FAILED AND THE DOORS NEEDED TO BE RECALIBRATED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE VIN WAS INCLUDED IN A RECALL REGARDING THE DOORS. THE NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER WAS NOT PROVIDED. THE PARTS TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE WERE UNAVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 89,000.

THE SLIDING DOOR INTERMITTENTLY CLOSES ABOUT 2/3 OF THE WAY, BEEPS, AND THEN OPENS AGAIN. IT PROBABLY HAPPENS 3/4 OF THE TIME. IT CURRENTLY HAS NO ISSUE OPENING.
SIENNA 2011 LE DEVELOPED PROBLEM WITH THE SLIDING DOOR AFTER 5 YEARS OF USED AND A ABOUT 60K MILES, AFTER WARRANTY EXPIRED. THE LH SLIDING DOOR WORKS SOMETIMES, BUT MOSTLY OPENS HALF WAY AND GET STUCK OR CLOSES AGAIN. I HAVE TO PUSH IT MANUALLY TO GET IT TO OPEN OR CLOSE. THIS PROBLEM SEAMS TO BE PREVALENT IN SIENNA MODELS 2011+. TOYOTA HAS RECALLED MY SIENNA MODEL MULTIPLE TIMES TO ADDRESS MULTIPLE PROBLEMS WITH THE SLIDING DOORS. A TOYOTA DEALER SAID THE MOTOR NEEDS CHANGING AND THE REPAIR WILL COST ABOUT 1800 (ABOUT 1300 FOR A NEW MOTOR.) I AM SURE THE MOTOR FAILED BECAUSE OF THESE MULTIPLE PROBLEMS WITH THE SLIDING DOOR MECHANISMS PUT UNDUE STRESS ON THE MOTOR LEADING TO ITS FAILURE. THEREFORE, TOYOTA SHOULD OWN THIS PROBLEM AND FIX IT WITHOUT CHARGE. THE DEALER FOUND A USED MOTOR FOR 700 FROM LKQ. I FOUND A NEW MOTOR (PART NO 8500608013) FOR ABOUT 760 FROM ANOTHER TOYOTA DEALER ONLINE. USING THESE OPTIONS, I WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY ABOUT 1400-1500 TO FIX A DOOR THAT SHOULD WORK FINE LONGER THAN 5 YEARS.
COMPLAINT: TOYOTA SIENNA 2011 SE ON 2/3/2016 I TOOK MY 2011 SIENNA TO THE LOCAL TOYOTA DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THE INFORMATION DISPLAY SCREEN INDICATED VSC SYSTEM WARNING AND THE ENGINE LIGHT, TRAC SYSTEM LIGHT, AND WARNING LIGHTS WERE ON. AFTER DIAGNOSTICS THE SERVICE ADVISOR EXPLAINED THAT FUEL EMISSION SWITCH VALVE WAS STUCK IN THE OFF POSITION. THE TECHNICIAN REPORT IDENTIFIED THE PART AS P2440 EVAPORATIVE EMISSION PRESSURE SWITCH VALVE. THE SWITCH REGULATES THE AMOUNT OF GASOLINE PUMPED INTO THE TANK THROUGH THE INTAKE AND OUTTAKE OF AIR. VACUUM HOSES CONNECT THE VALVE TO A 'CHARCOAL CANISTER' WHICH COLLECTS GAS FUMES FROM THE TANK AND ROUTES THEM TO THE ENGINE FOR COMBUSTION. UNFORTUNATELY, TOYOTA SELLS THESE VARIOUS COMPONENTS IN EMISSION SYSTEM AS ONE UNIT. THE PART WAS $537.92 AND $148.88 FOR LABOR. THE SUGGESTED CAUSE WAS OVERFILLING THE GAS TANK. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM FILLING UP TANKS (STOPPING BEFORE THE POINT OF OVERFLOW) WITH MANY PREVIOUSLY OWNED TOYOTA TRUCKS AND SEDANS. THE CORE OF MY GRIEVANCE IS THE FACT THAT THE OWNER'S MANUAL DOES NOT SPECIFICALLY CAUTION THE OWNER THAT THIS PRACTICE CAN DAMAGE OR CAUSE A MALFUNCTION OF THE EMISSION SYSTEM. THE MANUAL ONLY CAUTIONS THE PERSON PUMPING FUEL 'DO NOT SPILL FUEL DURING REFUELING.'(P.150 IN REFUELING SECTION). IF THIS WAS THE REAL CAUSE FOR THE NEEDED EMISSION PART REPLACEMENT I HOPE THAT TOYOTA WILL WRITE A CLEAR WARNING ABOUT THE CONSEQUENCES OF "FILLING UP" IN THEIR MANUAL OR CONSIDER REDESIGNING THE EMISSION SYSTEM. PERHAPS THIS COMPLAINT WILL PREVENT ANOTHER TOYOTA CUSTOMER THE COST AND DISSATISFACTION OF THIS SAME EXPERIENCE.
"TAKATA RECALL" RECEIVED LETTER FROM TOYOTA ON 7/25/16 THAT WE HAD TAKATA RECALL. WE KNEW FROM CHECKING TOYOTA RECALL LONG BEFORE THE LETTER THAT OUR CAR HAD A RECALL THE TAKATA AIRBAGS BUT NOT THE SERIOUSNESS OF RECALL. LETTER INDICATED THE FOLLOWING: WE ARE IN ZONE A(HIGH HUMIDITY- TEMPERATURES) DEGRADES PROPELLANT WHICH CAN CAUSE INFLATOR TO RUPTURE DURING AIR BAG DEPLOYMENT. METAL FRAGMENTS COULD PASS THROUGH THE AIRBAG STRIKING VEHICLE OCCUPANTS AND RESULTS IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. TOYOTA SAYS WE SHOULD DO THIS: DO NOT OPERATE THE VEHICLE WITH AN OCCUPANT IN FRONT PASSENGER SEAT. WHEN YOU HAVE ONLY ONE CAR THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE.........WHEN THEY SAY THIS CAN CAUSE DEATH TO FRONT SEAT PASSENGER WHAT MAKE THEM THINK THAT THE DRIVER MAY NOT ALSO GET IMPACTED AND CAUSE ANOTHER ISSUE. ALSO WHAT IMPACT DOES THIS HAVE ON YOUR CAR AND MEDICAL INSURANCE.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2011 TOYOTA SIENNA. WHILE DRIVING 10 MPH APPROACHING THE DRIVEWAY, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED WITHOUT WARNING WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A TREE AT 15 MPH. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED FRACTURES TO THE RIGHT RIBS, FOOT, ANKLE, AND LEG THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE PASSENGER SUSTAINED FRACTURES TO THE RIGHT HAND, LEFT HIP, NECK, HAND, AND BACK. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS REQUIRED. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
TL* TAKATA RECALL. THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 TOYOTA SIENNA. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, ANOTHER VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR OF THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT SUSTAINED A BROKEN LEFT WRIST AND HAND INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE FRONT PASSENGER SUSTAINED LOWER BACK, NECK, RIGHT SHOULDER, AND RIGHT ARM INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE REAR PASSENGER SUSTAINED NECK AND BACK INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INSURANCE LOT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V340000 (AIR BAGS). THE PART NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. DURING DRIVING SIGNAL DOOR TURN ON WARNING BUT ALL DOORS CLOSED
TOYOTA COMPANY SEND ME RECALL NOTICE SINCE EARLY 2016. THEY HADN'T FIXED IT YET. I CALLED TOYOTA COMPANY A COUPLE OF TIMES.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 TOYOTA SIENNA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE UNINTENTIONALLY ACCELERATED AS THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED AND FAILED TO RESPOND WITHOUT WARNING. AS A RESULT, THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO A BUILDING. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED NECK AND LEG INJURIES HOWEVER, IT WAS UNKNOWN IF MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS REQUIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO BE REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 40,000.
MY VAN CAME EQUIPPED WITH BRIDGESTONE P235/55RF18 TIRES. I HAD TO REPLACE THEM AT 26,000 MILES. THE EDGES WERE ALMOST WORN THROUGH. I NEVER HAD A RADIAL TIRE GO BAD WITH THAT LOW MILEAGE. BRIDGESTONE AND FIRESTONE OFFERED NO HELP. ON LINE LOTS OF PEOPLE ARE UNHAPPY. BRIDGESTONE SAID THEY WERE MADE TO FACTORY SPECS. THE LOCAL FIRESTONE DEALER TOLD WE THEY WERE NOT GOOD TIES. I REPLACED THEM WITH SAME TIRE. NO SPARE WITHOUT A RUN FLAT IS A SAFETY IS I COULD NOT FIND ANOTHER RUN FLAT TO FIT. THE VAN DOES NOT HAVE A SPARE.
TAKATA RECALL - THIS IS A FORMAL COMPLAINT REGARDING THE LACK OF REMEDY FOR THE AIRBAG ON MY TOYOTA SIENNA - PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG. THIS ISSUE IMPEDES HAVING PASSENGERS RIDE SAFELY IN THE FRONT AND THIS HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED FOR SEVERAL YEARS. WE DO NOT FEEL COMPLETELY SAFE WHEN RIDING IN THE VEHICLE DUE TO THE "UNKNOWN" NATURE OF THIS RECALL. DEATHS RELATED TO THIS PARTICULAR ISSUE HAVE ALREADY BEEN REPORTED IN SEVERAL STATES.
SLIDING DOOR OPENED AS USUAL, WITH A VAN FULL OF 3 CHILDREN, AGE 8 AND UNDER. POURING DOWN RAIN, THE DOOR DECIDES TO MALFUNCTION, AND WOULD NOT CLOSE ELECTRICALLY OR MANUALLY. I HAD TO DRIVE HOME W/ THE DOOR OPEN. THE PROBLEM HAS SINCE BEEN ONGOING AND NOW WE JUST DON'T USE THE DOOR. *JS
I PULLED INTO A RELATIVE'S GRAVEL DRIVEWAY WHICH HAS A VERY LARGE PARKING AREA TO THE SIDE. I PULLED UP TO ABOUT TWO FEET FROM THEIR GRASSY AREA, GOT INTO POSITION TO BACK UP INTO A PARKING SPACE, STOPPED, AND PUT MY 2011 SIENNA INTO REVERSE, AND AS SOON AS I GENTLY TOUCHED THE EXCELERATOR TO BEGIN BACKING UP THE VAN SPED FORWARD AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED CRASHING INTO AND OVER AN 8 INCH RAILROAD TIE THAT HAD A STEELBEAM ON TOP THAT SEPARATED THE DRIVEWAY FROM THEIR YARD. I HAD TO SLAM BOTH FEET ONTO THE BRAKE TO GET IT TO STOP WHICH IT FINALLY DID. I THOUGHT I HAD NOT PUT IT IN REVERSE BUT I LOOKED AT THE GEARSHIFT AND IT WAS INDEED IN REVERSE. I JIGGLED THE GEARSHIFT TO MAKE SURE IT WAS SECURED IN THE SLOT AND IT WAS. I THEN PUT IT IN PARK AND SAT THERE FOR A MINUTE OR TWO TRYING TO GAIN COMPOSURE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT JUST HAPPENED, I WAS IN SHOCK AS NOTHING LIKE THIS HAS EVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE. AFTER THAT MINUTE OR TWO I DECIDED I COULDN'T LET THE VEHICLE SIT THERE AND NEEDED TO MOVE IT. SCARED, BUT I PUT IT IN REVERSE AGAIN, READY TO POUNCE ON THE BRAKES WITH BOTH FEET AND BARELY TOUCHING THE EXCELERATOR I STARTED MOVING IN REVERSE. IT WAS WORKING FINE THEN. I THEN GOT OUT TO CHECK FOR DAMAGE AND THE BUMPER ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE WAS DAMAGED FROM THE IMPACT. THE AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY, I WAS NOT HURT HOWEVER HAD ANY OF MY RELATIVES BEEN IN THAT AREA AT THAT MOMENT IT COULD'VE RESULTED IN AN INJURY OR FATALITY. I REPORTED WHAT HAPPENED TO THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP WHERE I BOUGHT IT AND THEN TO TOYOTA USA AS INSTRUCTED IN THE HANDBOOK. NOW I'M REPORTING IT HERE. AM AWAITING CONTACT SUPPOSEDLY WITHIN THE NEXT DAY OR SO TO SEE WHAT TOYOTA INTENDS TO DO WITH THE SIENNA. I WILL NOT DRIVE AGAIN IT UNTIL THE REASON FOR THIS DEFECT IS FOUND AND FIXED AND DAMAGES REPAIRED. THE OUTCOME WILL DECIDE WHETHER I WILL EVER BE A TOYOTA CUSTOMER AGAIN.
THE POWER SLIDING DOOR STOPPED WORKING.. UPON CLOSE NOTICE, IT LOOKS LIKE THE CABLE IS BROKEN. I AM SURPRISED TO SEE THIS ISSUE ON MY 2011 MODEL SIENNA XLE ALL WHEEL DRIVE. THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR CABLE SNAPPED COMPLETELY CUT IN HALF AND THE DOOR DOES NOT FUNCTION. THE CAR WAS PARKED WHEN THIS HAPPENED AS I WAS UNLOADING.
PRESSED BUTTON TO OPEN POWER SLIDER (WITH CHILD INSIDE WAITING TO EXIT VEHICLE). WITH DOOR HALFWAY OPEN, CABLE SNAPPED AND DOOR FROZE. THE CABLE WAS EXPOSED TO THE INSIDE OF THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT WHEN THIS OCCURRED. DOOR IS NOW INOPERABLE (EVEN MANUALLY) AFTER BEING "DIAGNOSED" WITH "BROKEN CABLE" BY DEALERSHIP. DEALERSHIP AND TOYOTA WERE SENT COMPLAINT IN WRITING.

SO THEY SAID THEY WILL CHARGE AROUND $200 . SERIOUS ABOUT THAT THE OLD ONES NO PROBLEMS IN 5 YEAR . THE NEW ONES BROKEN WITHOUT TWO MONTH AFTER RECALL . WHAT YOU THINK TOYOTA ?
I WAS DRIVING DOWN ON THE HIGH WAY AT 70 MPH AND SUDDENLY HEARD A CRACKING SOUND. AFTER THAT I HEARD A WIND NOISE YOU TYPICALLY HEAR WHEN YOUR WINDOWS ARE NOT COMPLETELY CLOSED. IN A SECONDS, I HEARD ANOTHER BREAKING SOUND AND SEE SOME DEBRIS ON MY REAR-VIEW MIRROR. THEN I OPENED MY SUN ROOM COVER AND FIGURED THAT OUT MY SUNROOF GLASS WAS COMPLETELY SHATTERED. IF I HAD NOT HAD CLOSED MY COVER, IT COULD HAVE HURT MY FAMILIES INSIDE THE VAN. ALSO THE FALLING DEBRIS CAN CAUSE SERIOUS RISK TO OTHERS DRIVING IN THE HIGHWAY. I NEED TOYOTA'S ANSWERS ON THIS MATTER.

FOR YEARS, MY TOYOTA SIENNA HAS HAD A BEEPING NOISE WHEN I WENT OVER A BUMP, OR WHEN IT WAS HOT OUT AND I HAD THE WINDOWS DOWN OR WHEN I PUT ON MY BRAKES. IT GOES OFF AGAIN WHEN I BEGIN TO DRIVE. IT SAID IT WAS THE REAR LIFT GATE WAS AJAR. WHEN I GOOGLE IT, THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE WITH THE SAME ISSUE. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE SENSOR, IT'S A BAD MESSAGE THAT COMES THROUGH. TOYOTA SHOULD OFFER TO REPAIR IT. IT IS SO ANNOYING. I'VE HAD MANY MECHANICS LOOK AT IT, AND TOYOTA WANTED TO CHARGE ME $1500 FOR A NEW LIFT GATE SENSOR. WHAT A RIPOFF. THE CONTACT THEN RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V858000 (STRUCTURE). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN UNKNOWN DEALER AND RECEIVED THE RECALL REPAIR HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE UNKNOWN DEALER WAS CONTACTED AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE DOOR LATCH NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 297,000.
I'M CONTACTING YOU TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE INTERIM RECALL REPAIR PERFORMED BY TOYOTA, RECALL 14V-273. I HAD THE INTERIM REPAIR PERFORMED IN THE SUMMER OF 2014 WHICH INVOLVED PUTTING THE SPARE TIRE INTO THE CARGO AREA IN THE BACK OF THE VAN AND SECURING IT WITH A TIE DOWN. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO FOLD MY SEATS BACK INTO THE CARGO AREA WHEN I NEEDED TO AND HAVE A LARGE PORTION OF THE CARGO AREA OCCUPIED BY THE SPARE TIRE AND TIE DOWN. FOR A SHORT TIME I COULD LIVE WITH THIS. BUT THE RECALL WAS ANNOUNCED ALMOST ONE YEAR AGO. I CONTACTED TOYOTA TODAY AND THE REPRESENTATIVE STATED A FINAL REPAIR SHOULD BE AVAILABLE IN MID 2015. I WOULD LIKE THE FINAL FIX PERFORMED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IT IS UNREASONABLE TO HAVE THIS LENGTHY DELAY BETWEEN PERFORMING THE INTERIM REPAIR AND THE FINAL REPAIR. CAN YOU PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS MATTER AND URGE TOYOTA TO PROMPTLY ISSUE THE FINAL REPAIR?

I TOOK MY 2011 TOYOTA SIENNA TO THE DEALERSHIP TO BE SERVICED. I WAS TOLD THE SPARE TIRE CABLE IS DEFECTIVE (NHTSA #14V273000) AND THE SPARE TIRE WAS PLACED IN MY TRUNK. I WAS TOLD THERE IS NO FIX TO THIS SITUATION. THIS RECALL WAS ISSUED IN MAY OF 2014 AND I FEEL 10 MONTHS IS MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO HAVE DEVELOPED A FIX FOR THIS PROBLEM. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO TAKE THIS LONG TO DEVELOP A FIX, AND TO INCONVENIENCE THE OWNER BY TAKING UP HALF THE TRUNK WITH THE SPARE TIRE. *TR
SLIDING POWER DOORS WORK INTERMITTENTLY AND HAVE NEEDED TO BE FORCED OPEN OR CLOSED ON OCCASION. HOWEVER I ATTEMPTED TO USE THE HANDLE TO ACTIVATE THE POWER DOOR TO OPEN THE DOOR IN ORDER TO PLACE MY SON IN HIS CAR SEAT, THE DOOR BEGAN TO OPEN, AND THEN STOPPED AFTER ONLY OPENING AN INCH. THE DOOR AJAR ALARM BEGAN SOUNDING. I PULLED THE DOOR OPEN PACKED MY LITTLE ONE UP IN HIS CAR SEAT AND WENT TO SHUT THE DOOR. THE DOOR WOULD NOT LATCH TO STAY CLOSED AND THE DOOR WOULD MOVE FREELY WITHOUT THE USE OF THE DOOR HANDLE. THE VEHICLE IS NOW UNSAFE TO TRANSPORT ANYONE IN AS DOOR CAN NOT BE CLOSED. AT LEAST THIS HAPPENED AT HOME PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY. BUT IF THESE DOORS ARE FAILING UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES I NO LONGER FEEL I HAVE A SAFE VEHICLE TO TRANSPORT MY FAMILY IN. I THOUGHT BUYING TOYOTA WAS BUYING QUALITY BUT, I GUESS THEY DON'T MAKE THEM LIKE THEY USED TO. MY CHILDREN WERE GETTING INTO THE VEHICLE ON THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE. I AM A FORMER CPST. MY SON'S CAR SEAT WAS LOOSE, SO I CHECKED TO SEE WHY. I CHECKED THE BELT AND THE ENTIRE BUCKLE STALK CAME LOOSE IN MY HAND. THE BOLT THAT ATTACHED IT TO THE CAPTAIN'S CHAIR FELL OUT OF THE SOCKET. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. IF WE HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT, MY SON COULD HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY INJURED OR KILLED. A SEAT BELT SHOULD NOT JUST FALL OFF OF THE SEAT. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO GET THE PART REATTACHED AND WAS ASKED WHY I COULD NOT JUST ATTACH IT BACK MYSELF. THIS IS ALSO NOT ACCEPTABLE. THEY DID END UP SCHEDULING ME FOR THE REATTACHMENT, BUT IT WILL COST ME A SUM THAT THEY HAVE YET TO DETERMINE.
