The van seems to prematurely wear tires out before their service life expectancy. I've owned the van for seven years, and I've had to purchase over five complete sets of tires. The front tires wear-out much faster than the rear tires, and do not last more than 15K miles. I've had several alignment jobs done, both (L&R) control arms replaced, ball joints, and struts - the van still wears out tires regardless of tire brand. I suspect the must be a design flaw causing premature wear and tear on tires on the front of the van, as I just replaced another set of tires from the Yokohama brand recommended for the van. I've asked Toyota, and they claim ignorance of such a problem. It is my desire to make this problem known, and to have the Government investigate if there is an design flaw in the Sienna van which is causing rapid part failures.
The rear electro magnetic coupler had to be replaced at 120000 miles. Online multiple complaints are listed for the same issue and Toyota has a recall issues for the same component for the RAV4. So why not for the Toyota Sienna xle ltd awd Thanks
MY 2014 SIENNA HAS A POPPING NOISE FROM THE FRONT SUSPENSION IT HAS 32000 MILES ON IT I CAN'T LOCATE THE CAUSE IT POPS ON TURNS AN BUMPS

"CLUCK" NOISE IN THE REAR SUSPENSION. RIGHT SIDE FIRST AFTER ONE YEAR OF NORMAL USE AND 13K (MI) LEFT SIDE AT 17K (MI) NOW BOTH SIDE HAVE'S A NOISE WHEN DRIVING IN A NORMAL ROAD CONDITION. BOTH SIDE BOX OR DRAWER'S ON REAR PASSENGER COMPARTMENT ARE EMPTY WHEN NOISE IS PRESENT AND ALL SEAT BELT WAS LATCHED FOR ACCURATE HEARING AND A BETTER DIAGNOSTIC. ROAD TESTS THE SIENNA WITHOUT ANY LOAD AND NOISE IS PRESENT, LOAD THE CARGO AREA AND NOISE ARE INTERMITTENT WHAT IT MEAN IS NO ALWAYS PRESENT. NOISE IS PRESENT ALWAYS IN MOTION AND AFFECTED BY ROAD CONDITION. MORE LIKELY HAPPENS ON SMALL ROAD BUMPS OR NO PAVEMENT DRIVEWAY. INSPECTED REAR JACK COMPARTMENT AND REAR A/C UNIT, FOUND NOTHING LOSE OR SING OF CHAFING. VISUAL INSPECT THE VEHICLE AND FOUND A REAR RIGHT SHOCK ABSORBER WEAR AND RUST IN THE CENTER AREA. THE PICTURE IS ATTACHED DOWN BELLOW.
