THIS WOULD HAPPEN TO ME EVERY 4TH OR 5TH TIME I WENT TO SLOW DOWN OR STOP. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO BE SO CAREFUL IN ANY OTHER VEHICLE I HAVE EVER DRIVEN, I'M 58 YEARS OLD AND KNOW HOW TO DRIVE..THE PEDAL IS QUITE SMALL AND MAYBE AT THE WRONG POSITION FOR SAFE APPLICATION.
