The contact pulled over on the side of the road and noticed that the front passenger’s side tire had a bump on the sidewall. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the tire was replaced. On another occasion, the contact noticed that the front driver’s side tire had a bump on the sidewall. The vehicle was taken to the dealer again and the tire was replaced. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was unknown.
