THE CONTACT SUSTAINED NECK, SHOULDER, AND ARM INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO SCHUMACHER VOLKSWAGEN OF WEST PALM BEACH (LOCATED AT 3001 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD, WEST PALM BEACH, FL 33409, (561) 935-4490), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED.
