ROLL PIN THAT RETAINS DIFFERENTIAL SPIDER GEAR PIN BACKED OUT CAUSING LARGER PIN TO CONTACT INSIDE OF CASE. THE FAILURE INCLUDED A LARGE HOLE IN TRANSMISSION/ DIFFERENTIAL CASE, GEAR AND BEARING DAMAGE. *NM
