SEAT BELT ROLLER FAILURE. CAME HOME FROM RUNNING A FEW ERRANDS, CAR HAS ABOUT 43K MILES ON IT, AND I NOTICED THE SEAT BELT WOULD NOT RETRACT FULLY. I TRIED TO PULL IT AND GET IT TO FUNCTION CORRECTLY, BUT IT WOULDN'T BUDGE IN OR OUT. AFTER A FEW TRIES, I MANAGED TO GET IT TO RELEASE FULLY, BUT IT STILL WILL NOT RETRACT FULLY. SEEMS LIKE REPLACEMENT OF THE ROLLER IS NEEDED TO REPAIR.
