Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)The vehicle pulls to the right consistently. Volvo San Diego has attempted to correct this on six different occasions, including sending it to an alignment specialist, and swapping wheels and tires. After this, they tried to explain to me that this was a “safety feature” that pulls the vehicle to the right, sometimes leaving the lane, so the vehicle would not go in to oncoming traffic on a two lane road. They also explained that this is standard for all vehicles in this class. Even though it does not happen on any of the courtesy vehicles they have loaned me during the six visits. Also having issue with the main computer not connecting to the internet, or radio, and sometimes not allowing for back up sensor alarms, or blinker sounds.
