The vehicle was taken to a dealer, where it was diagnosed, and determined that the rear driver’s side brake pads needed to be replaced. The driver’s and passenger’s side brakes were replaced, and the vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 129,000.
