I have a 2016 Acura TLX with exact same paint and identical peeling issue. My car was assembled in 2015 but is a model year 2016. Acura refused to fix.
The contact owns a 2016 Acura TLX. The contact stated while driving approximately 75 MPH, the sunroof panel shattered without impact and glass fragments entered the cabin of the vehicle. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed with needing the sunroof panel to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 37,000. Consumer stated the glass came into the car nearly causing the car to lose control and crash.
