Have reconfirmed problem with dealership service manager as well as video evidence of issue. Issue happens at all speeds, idle to freeway speeds.

When trailer is plugged in Left Turn Signal cannot be found by Trailer Light Test via onboard diagnostics. Left turn signal function correctly when trailer is not connect. When trailer is connected left turn signal flashes rapidly.
