SINCE THE REPAIR, THE CONSUMER WAS UNABLE TO USE A HEAVY DUTY LOCKING CLIP TO SECURE THE CHILD CAR SEAT. THE IMPALA SEAT BELTS DID NOT LOCK AND REQUIRED A HEAVY DUTY LOCKING CLIP IN ORDER TO SECURE THE SEAT. (MODEL# 22-750-MGN) SCC *JB

THE CRADLE BAR AND INTAKE MANIFOLD CRACKED, THE FUEL REGULATOR AND WATER PUMP LEAKED, AND THE SHAFT CONTINUOUSLY NEEDED LUBRICATION. SCC *JB
THE A/C SYSTEM STINKS DUE TO WATER RETENTION IN THE HEATER WHICH CAUSED MOLD. THE DEALER COULD MASK THE ODOR BUT COULD NOT ELIMINATE IT. A LOUD BANG OCCURRED WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED IN COOL OR COLD WEATHER. THE DEALER INDICATED IT WAS DUE TO AN ELECTRICAL SPIKE. THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED SUDDEN ACCELERATION WHILE MERGING INTO TRAFFIC. THE BRAKES ROTORS HAVE FAILED THREE TIMES, EVERY 20000 MILES ON AVERAGE. *NLM *NLM
WHEN THE CONSUMER PUMPED GAS, THE GAS NOZZLE AUTOMATICALLY SHUT OFF BEFORE THE TANK WAS FULL, CONSUMER BELIEVED AIR WAS IN THE TANK. *JB
WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS THE VEHICLE SHUT OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER BUT THE PROBLEM COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. *NLM
WHEN DRIVING AT HIGHWAY SPEED OR VEHICLE IS AT AN IDLE IT WILL STALL OUT WITHOUT WARNING. CAUSE UNKNOWN.

AIRBAG LIGHT COMING ON.DEALER WAS CONTACTED, AND STATED THAT WAS A HAZARDOUS SITUATION, AND THAT VEHICLE SHOULD NOT BEEN DRIVEN UNTIL THE PROBLEMS WAS FIXED. AND AT THE SAME TIME THERE WAS NO RECALL FOR IT. THEY HAVE STATED TO THE CONSUMER THAT SHE WOULD NEED TO PAY FOR IT. *AK

BRAKE ROTORS ACCUMULATE RUST IF VEHICLE SITS FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS. WHEN THIS OCCURS AND THE BRAKE PEDAL IS DEPRESSED, IT FAILS TO STOP THE VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY. THIS RESULTS IN EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCE. THE RUST WEARS OFF WHEN BRAKE PEDAL IS CONTINUOUSLY APPLIED. THE CAUSE OF THE RUST IS UNDETERMINED.*AK
ONGOING PROBLEM WITH VEHICLE STALLING WITHOUT WARNING. VEHICLE COULD BE DRIVEN 5 MPH OR 55 MPH THE PROBLEM WOULD STILL OCCUR. VEHICLE HAD BEEN INSPECTED BY THE DEALER ON THREE OCCASIONS, AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. *AK
THE DRIVER SIDE FRONT AND REAR WINDOW MOTORS STOPPED WORKING AND AS A RESULT THE WINDOWS WOULD NOT GO UP. THE MECHANIC REPLACED THE MOTOR. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. *NM
THE SECURITY SYSTEM CAME ON WHILE DRIVING AND SHUT THE AUTOMOBILE DOWN. CHEVROLET PUT IN A BODY CONTROL MODULE IN 08-12-03. ON 01-15-2004, WHILE ATTEMPTING TO START, VEHICLE SHUT DOWN. THIS TIME THE DRIVER WAS LOCKED INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE DOOR LOCKS DID NOT RELEASE, AND THE KEY DID NOT COME OUT OF THE IGNITION.*AK
FAN MOTOR FROZE UNDER VERY COLD WEATHER CONDITIONS. AS A RESULT, DRIVER WAS UNABLE TO USE DEFROSTER. THEREFORE, DRIVING VISIBILITY WAS VERY POOR. DEALER REPLACED THE FAN MOTOR. *AK
WHILE DRIVING AT 15 TO 20 MPH VEHICLE INTERMITTENTLY STALLED. *AK CONSUMER TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER BUT THEY CAN'T LOCATE THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM. IN ADDITION, KNOCKING AND JERKING IN STEERING WHEEL WHEN TURNING, AND IT WAS FOUND THAT INTERMEDIATE SHAFT CREATED NOISE. INTERMEDIATE SHAFT WAS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. *LA
