DT*: THE CONTACT STATED THE DEFOGGER SYSTEM PULLS AIR FROM OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. WHILE DRIVING IN CONGESTED TRAFFIC, THE POLLUTED AIR FROM THE OTHER VEHICLES IS PULLED INSIDE THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE. THE DEALERSHIP HAS BEEN INFORMED.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CHEVROLET MALIBU MAXX PURCHASED IN 2004. THE REAR VIEW MIRROR BEGAN TO FALL OFF OF THE VEHICLE WHILE IN MOTION. HER INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOUND HAIRLINE CRACKS WHERE THE MIRROR MOUNTS TO THE VEHICLE. THE MIRROR WAS REAPPLIED. THIS OCCURRED SEVERAL TIMES THEREAFTER. NO REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE TO DATE TO CORRECT THE ACTUAL FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNDER 10,000. THE CURRENT WAS 48,000.
