I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding the ongoing issues with my vehicle. The vehicle continues to overheat, the check engine light repeatedly comes on, and it has cut off unexpectedly. The tire air pressure sensors as well. These issues have persisted despite multiple repair attempts. I initially brought the vehicle to the dealership in December 2024, and again in March 2025 and now the vehicle is having the same issues to date December 2025. On both occasions, the vehicle remained at the dealership for over a month for repairs. Unfortunately, the problem has not been resolved. Each time I inquire, I am given different explanations as to why the issue cannot be fixed, which has been extremely frustrating and concerning. Additionally, I am being charged for services that I do not fully understand or agree with, especially given that the original problem still exists. Due to the lack of resolution, I have also contacted GMC directly to file a formal complaint. At this point, the ongoing delays, lack of clear communication, and unresolved mechanical issues are unacceptable. I requested a clear explanation of all charges, as well as a concrete plan outlining the steps needed to finally fix my vehicle. Please provide the appropriate point of contact and advise on how this issue will be resolved promptly. I expect immediate attention to this matter. Thank you.

The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but confirmed that there was no recall associated with the VIN. Front Driver Side tire has tread separation, down to the cord. Manufacturer Date code 1619, mold 418570. One week later was recalled for tread separation, but the dealer told me this is not covered under bumper to bumper warranty as they claim it's from road damage, but it was not. Had to have it replaced.
We were driving on the interstate and all the sudden my driver’s side rear tire lost all of its air. Happened very quickly. Upon inspection, the tire had a 2–3-inch tear in the sidewall of the tire going from the center of the tire out words. There was nothing in the roadway and we did not hit anything. The sidewall just blew out of the tire. Tire size is 265/65/R18.
PULLED OUT OF A CONSTRUCTION SITE AFTER A WORK DAY AND THE WHEELS ON MY TRUCK LOCKED UP RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. IF I WAS PULLING INTO A HIGHWAY, I WOULD NOT BE WRITING THIS RIGHT NOW. THE TRUCK WAS IDLING FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS BEFORE I PULLED OUT INTO TRAFFIC. THE WAY THE WHEELS STOPPED, IT FELT LIKE THE PARKING BRAKE IS ENGAGING WHEN I DRIVE. MAYBE THIS IS SOME KIND OF LIMP MODE TO PREVENT DAMAGE. IF THAT IS THE CASE, IT IS A VERY DANGEROUS FAIL-SAFE TO IMPLEMENT ON A VEHICLE THAT PEOPLE DEPEND ON FOR WORK. I DO NOT THINK IT IS A COINCIDENCE THAT THIS IS THE FIRST SILVERADO MODEL WITH AN ELECTRONIC PARKING BRAKE. OH YAH, AND THIS JUST COINCIDENTALLY HAPPENED 1000 MILES AFTER MY BUMPER-TO-BUMPER WARRANTY EXPIRED. ALSO, GM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST A CALL CENTER IN INDIA. DON'T BOTHER CALLING THEM.
