COMPARING THIS MIRROR WITH THE STANDARD ADJUSTABLE MIRRORS SHOWS THAT THE UP AND TRAVEL OF THE MIRROR IS LIMITED, PERHAPS BY COMPONENTS LOCATED BEHIND THE MIRROR. THIS ONLY AFFECTS THE DRIVER MIRROR AND NOT THE PASSENGER SIDE MIRROR. THERE IS NO WAY FOR ME TO PROPERLY ADJUST THE MIRROR TO PROVIDE PROPER VISIBILITY. DEALER SERVICE PERSONNEL VERIFIED THE MIRROR AND CONTROLS WERE NOT MALFUNCTIONING; IT JUST WASN'T ABLE TO ADJUST HIGH ENOUGH. *TR
THE LEFT DRIVER'S SIDE EXTERIOR MIRROR IS RESTRICTED IN ITS UPWARD MOVEMENT AND WILL NOT MOVE HIGH ENOUGH TO ENABLE SAFE VIEWING OF THE BLIND SIDE ON THE LEFT OF THE CAR. THE MIRROR IS OBSTRUCTED BY THE FRAME OF THE MIRROR ASSEMBLY SO IT WON'T PIVOT INTO THE FRAME TO GIVE A HIGHER VIEW. *TR
