AFTER 50000 MILES ON VEHICLE I BEGIN TO HEAR ENGINE NOISE COMING FROM THE PASSENGER SIDE OF ENGINE. I CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT IT WAS THE VALVE LIFTERS. THIS HAPPEN AFTER A TRIP WHILE ON A HIGHWAY. I TOOK THE VEHICLE WHERE I BOUGHT IT TO HAVE IT REPAIR BUT WAS DENY REPAIR. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO ANOTHER CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP TO HAVE IT REPAIR WITH WARRANTY, BUT WAS ALSO DENY REPAIR.

2013 CHEVROLET TAHOE POLICE PACKAGE (65 TOTAL) CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO ENGINES HESITATE ON ACCELERATION, IDLE SPEED FLUCTUATES AND THE ENGINE WOULD STALL. *SMD GENERAL MOTORS ACKNOWLEDGED THE CONCERN AND STATED THEY WERE WORKING ON A RESOLUTION. GENERAL MOTORS RELEASED A SERVICE BULLETIN WHICH CONSISTED OF A NEW ENGINE CALIBRATION. ELEVEN OF THE VEHICLES WERE RE-CALIBRATED. HOWEVER, THE NEW CALIBRATION DID NOT CORRECT THE CONCERN. GENERAL MOTORS HAS SENT MULTIPLE ENGINEERS TO ROAD TEST THE VEHICLE, TAKEN NUMEROUS RECORDINGS, FUEL SAMPLES, BUT TO NO AVAIL. *JB
