The contact stated that her husband had sustained a minor injury to the head while placing groceries in the vehicle when the hatch closed. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed, and the contact was informed that the rear hatch motor was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 12,000.
3rd row headrest will not go down when straps are pulled to put the seat down. This prevents the 3rd row from being able to be put down. Summit white paint chipping/peeling within 2 weeks of ownership. Normal driving, no gravel. Under 1,000 miles.
