Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)WHILE DRIVING MY 2008 ASPEN I'VE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH THE INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTS FLICKERING. I'VE ONLY HAD THIS VEHICLE FOR 1 YEAR. THE PROBLEMS STARTED ABOUT 3 OR 4 MONTHS AFTER I PURCHASED IT. IT STARTED OUT ONLY HAPPENING ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH. NOW IT HAS BECOME A DAILY PROBLEM. I HAD THE ALTERNATOR, STARTER AND OTHER THINGS CHECKED AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE. I WAS DRIVING LAST WEEK AND HAD TO MAKE A HARD STOP AND THE VEHICLE SHUT COMPLETELY OFF. I FEEL LIKE BOTH OF THESE PRESENT A SAFETY HAZARD FOR ME AND OTHER MOTORIST ON THE ROAD.
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
