was driving down the road with no warning car popped and made loud noise.. the left front of the car dropped down and steering was un responsive and came to a stop made a clunking sound when trying to move it out of road but was unsuccessful...
I was driving my car and fault something wrong with the steering and went to make a right turn I heard a noise and my car front passenger side of my car was on the ground and my wheel was under my car. Thank goodness for no one else being involved that day and thank God I wasn't hurt badly... I have never seen or have anything like that to happen to me... I'm glad my children wasn't with me... I'm glad I wasn't traveling down the road when that happened.....

I WAS NOT INFORMED OF A RECALL AND ME AND MY SON WERE IN THE VEHICLE DRIVING AND IT STARTED HOPPING ALMOST AS IF IT HAD HYDRAULIC. I TOLD MY SON TO FASTEN HIS SEAT BELT CONSIDERING WE WERE JUST LEAVING THE STORE AND PULLING ONTO A BUSY HIGHWAY. IT CONTINUED TO WOBBLE AND I SPED UP TO GET OFF THE HWY AND THEN HEN THE JUMPING REAL HIGH AND HARD BEGAN I WAS GOING MAYBE 45 MPH AND THE AXLE OR BALLPOINT HAD SNAPPED CAUSING THE CAR WHEEL TO LOCK UP AND CAUSE ME TO RUN IN THE DITCH LUCKILY NO ONE WAS HARMED BUT WE WERE VERY INTERESTED MUCH SO SHAKEN UP.. I HAD NO ISSUE OUT OF THAT TIRE OR BALL JOINT BEFORE AND I AM NEEDING TO KNOW WHAT I NEED TO DO TO START MY INVESTIGATION... ME AND MY SON ARE HAPPY NO ONE WAS INJURED TOO BAD. *TR
SEATBELT LOCKS UP TO WHERE U CAN'T PUT IT ON BEFORE DRIVING OR WHEN DRIVING AND SEATBELT IS ON IT SOMETIMES LOCKS UP AND YOU CAN'T MOVE YOUR LOCKED IN PLACE WHILE DRIVING. WHILE DRIVING IF IT LOCKS UP IT CAN HAPPEN ANYWHERE ON ANY ROAD OR FREEWAY IT'S MALFUNCTIONING AND IT'S ANNOYING ESPECIALLY WHEN U HAVE TO BE SOMEWHERE AND YOU CAN'T GET YOUR SEATBELT TO WORK MAKING ME DRIVE WITHOUT IT ON.. SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAR 4 YEARS AGO IT'S BEEN DOING THIS
II TOOK MY CAR IN TO HAVE THE TIRES ROTATED AND I WAS TOLD I NEED NEW TIRES. MY TIRES HAVE ONLY 20K MILES AND A 60K MILE WARRANTY. THE TIRE SHOP CALLED FALKEN WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND FOR OVER A WEEK BY THE MANUFACTURER. I CONSULTED ONLINE FORUMS AND CHECKED W/ SEVERAL TIRE SHOPS AND WAS TOLD THAT THE FALKEN ZIEX 912'S HAD WEAR PROBLEMS AND THAT FALKEN HAD CUT THE WARRANTY TO 40K MILES AND THEY WOULDN'T SELL THEM. CONSUMER REPORTS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM IN 2010 WHICH IS WHY I BOUGHT THEM. MANY PEOPLE ONLINE ONLY HAD THEM LAST A FEW MONTHS AND ONE LADY I RECALL 6 MONTHS AND ALL GOT NO HELD OR RELIEF FROM FALKEN. WHY WEREN'T THESE RECALLED AND PULLED FROM SALE? FALKEN TOLD THE DEALER I WOULD NEED TO BUY NEW TIRES AND THEN THEY'D CONSIDER MAYBE REIMBURSING ME A SMALL AMOUNT. I AM DISABLED ON A FIXED INCOME AND CANNOT DO THIS AND I DO NOT TRUST FALKEN OR THEIR BRAND. I NEED TIRES FOR MY CAR NOW AND DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 CHRYSLER SEBRING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE STALLED WHILE DRIVING AND THE ANTI-THEFT SECURITY SYSTEM LIGHT ILLUMINATED AFTER THE FAILURE OCCURRED. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT AT INITIAL START UP, THE ANTI-THEFT SECURITY SYSTEM LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND CAUSED THE ENGINE TO STALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO HAVE A DIAGNOSTIC PERFORMED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 15,000.
CAR HORN KEEPS GOING OFF AT RANDOM TIMES, WHILE DRIVING AND NOT DRIVING. LOOKED UP ON INTERNET AND VERY WELL KNOWN ISSUE, PART IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, ONLY ALTERNATIVE IS TO PULL FUSE FOR HORN OUT, BUT IN DOING SO THE AIR BAGS ARE ALSO DISABLED. *TR
THERE A RECALL ON 10-13-2009 FOR BAD BALL JOINTS. I BOUGHT THE CAR IN 12-2010 NEVER GOT A RECALL NOTICE ON BALL JOINTS. ON NOV-16-2012-WE WERE DRIVING WITH MY 9 YR OLD AND 10 YEAR OLD WITH NO WARNING THE BALL JOINT BROKE ON DRIVER SIDE WHEEL . CAR WENT OUT OF CONTROL WE ALMOST HIT TWO PHONE POLES THE CAR WENT INTO A FIELD. THE WHEEL IS NOW HANGING OFF CAR NOT DRIVEABLE. NOBODY WAS HURT IT COULD OF BEEN WORSE. WILL CHRYSLER STILL HAVE HONOR THIS RECALL TO FIX MY CAR BEING THE RECALL WAS 3 YRS AGO IF I KNEW THERE WAS A RECALL I WOULD OF HAD THIS FIX. *TR
THERE WAS A RECALL THAT BEGAN ON JANUARY 28, 2011 FOR BAD BALL JOINTS. I BOUGHT THE CAR IN DEC 2010 IN BETWEEN RECALLS 2009 -2011. NEVER GOT A RECALL NOTICE FOR THIS. ON NOVEMBER 16 TH 2012 MY BALL JOINT BROKE MY CAR WENT OUT OF CONTROL ALMOST HIT TWO PHONE POLES HAD MY FAMILY IN THE CAR. LIKELY WE WERE NOT HURT OR KILLED. CHRYSLER NEEDS TO STEP UP AND FIX MY CAR FOR PUTTING BAD BALL JOINTS ON IT . YES I , HAVE A 2000 CHRYSLER SEBRING AND I BOUGHT IT WHEN IT HAD 20,000 MILES ON IT AND HAVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES THAT CONCERN ME ABOUT DRIVING THE CAR. THE STEERING WHEEL HAS SHORTS IN IT TO WHERE MOST OF THE TIME THE HORN AND OTHER STUFF DON'T WORK ON IT. THE SECOND ISSUE IS THAT THE PASSENGER AIRBAG IS ABOUT TO POP IT HAS CAME OUT ALOT AND AT ANY TIME THE AIRBAG CAN POP. *TR

THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE AND IT WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE THE LOWER BALL JOINT WAS REPLACED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LOWER BALL JOINT WAS REPLACED ONE YEAR AGO FOR THE SAME FAILURE THAT OCCURRED WHILE BRAKING FROM 5 MPH. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,000.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 CHRYSLER SEBRING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SAFETY BELT CABLE FAILED ON THE VEHICLE. AS A RESULT, THE SEAT BELT WOULD NOT LATCH. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO NATURAL WEAR AND TEAR ON THE VEHICLE; THEREFORE, THEY WOULD NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE REPAIRS. THE REPAIR WOULD COST OVER $200. I WAS IN A 3 CAR COLLISION AND MY AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY. I WAS THE MIDDLE CAR. I WAS WAITING ON THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME TO TURN LEFT. I WAS HIT BY A 3RD CAR GOING 55-60MPH FROM BEHIND MAKING ME THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME. ALL 3 CARS WERE TOTALED. MY SEAT ALSO BROKE LOOSE CAUSING ME TO GO FORWARD EVEN MORE. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT YET BEEN TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR REPAIR. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 96,000.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER IN MAY OF 2001 AND WAS INSPECTED FOR THE SAFETY RECALL AT THAT TIME, BUT NO REPAIR WAS MADE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 56,184. UPDATED 05/05/08. *LJ THE CONSUMER WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE BALL JOINTS, THAT WERE RECALLED.. UPDATED
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 CHRYSLER SEBRING. WHILE DRIVING BETWEEN 45-50 MPH, THE CONTACT HEARD A LOUD RATTLING NOISE COMING FROM THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE. UNEXPECTEDLY, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO STEER IN ONE DIRECTION WITHOUT ASSISTANCE. THE CONTACT WAS REQUIRED TO EXERT GREATER FORCE TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL. THE VEHICLE WAS PULLED OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND RESUMED NORMAL OPERATION. THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED AND REPAIRED BY A CERTIFIED MECHANIC, WHO STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS RELATED TO THE TIE ROD ENDS. THE TIE ROD ENDS WERE REPLACED ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS AND RECENTLY FAILED. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT HEARD A LOUD NOISE COMING FROM THE TRANSMISSION WHEN ACCELERATING. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 28,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 65,700.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 CHRYSLER SEBRING CONVERTIBLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRUNK OCCASIONALLY DROPS DOWN DUE TO UNSTEADINESS. ON ONE OCCASION, THE TRUNK LANDED ON HER HEAD. THE TRUNK WAS REPAIRED AND IS WORKING PROPERLY; HOWEVER, THE CONTACT FEELS THAT THE FAILURE COULD RECUR AT ANY MOMENT. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 70,000 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000. THE "AIR BAG" WARNING LIGHT INDICATOR ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER. TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE DIAGNOSTIC CHARGE WAS $90. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED FOR THE MALFUNCTION. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
I WAS DRIVING MY CAR AND IT STARTED MAKING A REAL LOUD SQUEAKING NOISE LIKE THE FRONT END WAS COMING OUT FROM UNDER IT. I TOOK IT IN AND GOT A COUPLE OF QUOTES ON IT. ALL 3 OF THE MECHANIC'S TOLD ME I NEEDED TO GET MY LOWER BALL JOINTS & CONTROL ARM CHANGED. BOTH THE PASSENGER AND THE DRIVER SIDE OF MY CAR WERE BAD. I HAD NEVER GOTTEN A RECALL NOTICE IN THE MAIL. I HAVE OWNED THIS CAR FOR OVER 2 YEARS. FINALLY I TOOK IT IN ON MONDAY, JULY 3, 2006 AND HAD TO REPLACE BOTH SIDES. IT ENDED UP COSTING ME OVER $475.00 FOR PARTS AND SERVICE. *NM

REGARDING MY 2000 CHRYSLER SEBRING LXI, I'M HAVING SERIOUS ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS WITHTHE WIRING UNDER THE HOOD. IT STARTED SPARKING AND BURNING ALL BY THEMSELVES STARTING A SMALL FIRE UNDER THE HOOD THAT WAS PUT OUT VERY QUICKLY, BUT ALSO LEAVING ME STRANDED. I AM SCARED AS TO WHY MY ELECTRICAL WIRES WOULD START TO BURN BY THEMSELVES. I AM GLAD I WAS THERE BECAUSE MY CAR COULD HAVE CAUGHT FIRE!!!!*JB
CONCERNING MY 2000 CHRYSLER SEBRING LXI ABOUT 5 MOS. AGO MY DOOR PANEL ON THE DRIVERS SIDE MALFUNCTIONED AND WILL NOT LET ME OPEN THE DRIVER DOOR. THIS IS AN EXPENSIVE REPAIR, SO MY DOOR HANDLE IS STILL BROKEN. FURTHERMORE, TODAY JULY 16, 2005 , I WENT OUT TO MY CAR AND I HAD TO LIKE ALWAYS GET IN ON THE PASSENGER SIDE , BECAUSE I CANT OPEN THE DRIVE SIDE DOOR, I WENT TO GRAB THE HANDLE AND IT MALFUNCTIONED AND BROKE OFF RIGHT IN MY HAND! THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE I CANT EVEN GET INTO NOR DRIVE MY CAR! THIS DEFECT SHOULD BE RECALLED BE THE CHRYLER CORP. (DEFECTIVE DOOR HANDLE) MY FIANCE ALSO OWN A 98' SEBRING AND HIS DOOR HANDLE IS ALSO BROKEN OFF. I SPOKE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE AND SHE ONLY GAVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL, I WANT RESULTS!! CLEAR COAT FAILURE! CAR HAS WHITE BLEMISHES! NEEDS PAINTED TO FIX THE PROBLEM!. *JB
2000 CHRYSLER SEBRING DEVELOPED A PROBLEM WHERE THE VEHICLE LOOSES POWER.*MR THE CRANK SENSOR FAILED WHICH CAUSED THE ENGINE TO SHUT DOWN WHICH LEFT THE CONSUMER WITH NO BRAKES AND POWER STEERING. *JB
TOP COAT (PAINT) FADING ON THE TRUNK AND HOOD OF 2000 CHRYSLER SEBRING. THE ORIGINAL COLOR WAS BLACK BUT IT IS NOW A VERY LIGHT GREY. *JB
WHILE JACKING UP THE VEHICLE JACK FAILED AND VEHICLE COLLAPSED TO THE GROUND. NO INJURIES REPORTED. CONSUMER SUMMONED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE TO CHANGE THE TIRE. THEN, CONSUMER DROVE VEHICLE TON DEALER, AND MECHANIC DETERMINED THAT THE JACK NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. *AK
WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH THE DRIVER'S SIDE REAR WHEEL SEPARATED FROM THE VEHICLE. NO INJURIES REPORTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A LOCAL REPAIR SHOP, AND THE MECHANIC DETERMINED THAT THE REAR AXLE BROKE.*AK AXLE BROKE DUE TO FAULTY GREASE FITTING. FITTING CANNOT BE GREASED BECAUSE IT IS A CLOSED SYSTEM. *EH
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 CHRYSLER SEBRING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER WINDOWS BECAME STUCK CLOSED. THE WINDOW REGULATOR FAILED AND THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO OPEN THE WINDOWS. THE STEERING WHEEL WOULD ALSO SHOCK THE CONTACT INTERMITTENTLY WHEN STARING THE VEHICLE. IN ADDITION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAGS WERE VISIBLE THROUGH THE DASHBOARD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAGS COULD INDEPENDENTLY DEPLOY AT ANY TIME AND AS A PRECAUTION, THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT WAS NO LONGER BEING USED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER THIRTEEN TIMES. THE DEALER ADVISED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT UNDER RECALL AND ANY REPAIRS WOULD BE AT THE CONTACTS EXPENSE. THE MANUFACTURER WOULD NOT PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 92,500.
INTERMITTENTLY VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED WHEN BRAKING OR CHANGING GEARS FROM PARK TO DRIVE. VEHICLE HAD BEEN TO THE DEALER ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE THE PROBLEM. *AK
CONSUMER STATED THAT HE IS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH HIS CONVERTIBLE TOP ON HIS VEHICLE. HE STATED THAT IT KEPT ON RATTLING. ALSO, IT HAS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED IN SEPTEMBER OF 2000. HE STATED THAT THE TOP HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND REPLACE 4 TIMES, AND NOW IT IS IN NEED OF A REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AGAIN. HE ALSO STATES THAT HIS DEALER TOLD HIM THAT THEY WILL NOT REPAIR HIS TOP AGAIN, BECAUSE IT IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT THE RATTLING NOISE OR ANYWAY THEY CAN PREVENT THE MATERIAL FROM COMING APART. HE ALSO SAID THEY TOLD HIM THAT BY DOING HIS ROOF AGAIN, THAT THEY CANNOT MAKE ANY MONEY. *LA

CONSUMER STATED BRAKE LINE MALFUNCTIONED AT 28,000 MILES. AK THERE WAS A BUBBLE IN THE BRAKE LINE AND THE DOOR HINGE WAS BROKEN. THE BRAKE CALIPERS WERE REPLACED. *SC *JB

VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION, AND MECHANIC DETERMINED THAT THE FRONT WHEEL BEARING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, AND REPLACED IT THREE TIMES. HOWEVER, THE PROBLEM RECURRED. *AK

I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH THE SEBRING I PURCHASED ON 09/27/2000. FIRST THE BLOWER FOR THE HEATER AND AIR CONDITIONING WENT OUT. THE RESISTOR WAS REPLACED IN MY CAR A TOTAL OF 4 TIMES AT PAT BERRANG CHRYSLER IN WAYNESBORO VA. THE FIFTH TIME I TOOK THE CAR TO PEP BOYS AND THEY FOUND A SHORT IN MY BLOWER MOTOR WHICH WAS CAUSING MY RESISTOR TO SHORT OUT. CHRYSLER SUPPLIES THE BLOWER MOTOR AFTER MANY FUTILE ATTEMPTS AT TRYING TO GET THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. I HAD ASKED THEM WHEN THE RESISTOR WENT OUT THE SECOND TIME IF IT COULD BE A POSSIBLE SHORT SOMEWHERE THAT WAS CAUSING THIS AND WAS TOLD THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE. AFTER MANY THREATS I FINALLY GOT THEM TO REPLACE THE BLOWER MOTOR AND I HAD TO PAY FOR THE LABOR. THEY SAID SINCE THE CAR WAS NO LONGER UNDER THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURES WARRANTY THAT IT WAS BASICALLY NOT THEIR PROBLEM. THE SECOND PROBLEM I HAD WITH THE CAR WAS THAT THERE WAS A SHAKE WHEN YOU STEPPED ON THE BRAKES AND I HAD TO HAVE MY ROTORS TURNED. THE THIRD PROBLEM I HAD WAS WHEN THE FUEL PUMP WENT OUT AND I HAD TO FIGHT WITH THE DEALERSHIP FOR A REPLACEMENT CAR SINCE THEY HAD MINE FOR TWO WEEKS. THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING NOW IS THAT THE TRANSMISSION IS COMPLETELY OUT ON MY CAR. IT WAS JUST TOWED THIS MORNING TO A TRANSMISSION SHOP IN CHARLOTTESVILLE. I CONTACTED DAIMLER CHRYSLER ABOUT THE CAR BEING ONLY THREE YEARS OLD AND THE TRANSMISSION BLOWING IN IT. I WAS TOLD THAT IT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY AND IT HAS 95,000 MILES. SO YOU?RE SAYING THAT CHRYSLER VEHICLES DO NOT LAST PAST 95,000 MILES. THE MAN NAMED JOHNATHAN ARGUED WITH ME ON THE PHONE ABOUT HOW CHRYSLER MAKES DEPENDABLE VEHICLES. I TOLD HIM THAT MY MOTHER?S 1991 FORD TEMPO HAS 170,000 MILES ON IT AND THE TRANSMISSION HAS NEVER WENT OUT ON THAT. HE SAID ALL HE COULD DO WAS NOTE MY COMPLAINT AND HE HUNG UP. I WANT THIS TO BE DOCUMENTED IN CASE THERE ARE OTHERS OUT THERE ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH THEIR TRANSMISSIONS THAT I AM HAVING.

I HAVE HAD SEVERAL OCCASIONS WHERE THE ALARM GOES OFF AND I AM GETTING INTO MY TRUNK OR EVEN IN THE CAR AND DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD. AFTER THE CAR'S SECURITY SYSTEM HAS BEEN SET, I AM EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTY STARTING THE CAR. IF I DON'T LOCK MY CAR IT STARTS JUST FINE. THE DEALERSHIP TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW ELECTRONIC DISTRIBUTOR. SOMTIMES STARTS ON FIRST TRY, SOMEIMES UP TO 32 TRIES BEFORE IT STARTS. CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP REPLACED RELAY PLUG ($89.00) BUT DID NOT FIX PROBLEM. NOW TOLD IT IS THE ELECTRONIC DISTRIBUTOR AND THE PART IS $720 AND LABOR $200! CHRYSLER SAYS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTIES. REFUSE ANY HELP. I DON'T BELIEVE THIS PART SHOULD HAVE GONE BAD ALREADY. THIS IS A LEASED VEHICLE AND I DON'T FEEL I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS REPAIR. I UNDERSTAND TIRES, BATTERIES, BELTS, ETC. BUT NOT ELECTRONIC DISTRIBUTOR. VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED WITH AN INTERIOR REARVIEW MIRROR WITH ELECTRONIC SHADING FOR NIGHT DRIVING. THE SHADING FUNCTION HAS DECREASED AND THE SHADING AREA OF THE MIRROR HAS DECREASED IN AREA. IN OTHER WORDS, THE SHADED AREA OF THE MIRROR ONLY COVERS PART OF THE MIRROR SURFACE. *NLM
THE CONSUMER BENT FORWARD TO ENGAGE THE PASSENGER SIDE FRONT LEVER TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BACK SEAT. WHEN THE LEVER WAS PULLED THE FRONT SEAT BACK REST HIT THE CONSUMERS FACE AND HEAD WITH TREMENDOUS FORCE. THE FORCE RESULTED IN A MILD CONCUSSION, WHIPLASH, CONSTANT HEAD PAIN, DIZZINESS, AND VISION IMPAIRMENT WHEN THE HEAD IS TURNED. THE CONSUMER WAS TOLD BY THE MANUFACTURER THAT THE VEHICLE WAS INSTALLED/DESIGNED WITH A HEFTY SPRING AND THAT IS MET DESIGN REQUIREMENTS. *JB *CB *NLM
