THE VEHICLE WAS THEN TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO CONFIRMED THAT THE EGR VALVE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED MULTIPLE TIMES; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.

THE CAR ENGINE SHUTS OFF WHILE DRIVING, YOU HAVE TO PULL OVER AND START THE CAR AGAIN. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO REMOVE THE KEY FOB FROM THE IGNITION SWITCH AND NOT ABLE TO TURN THE ENGINE OFF. I HAD TO WORK AT PULLING THE KEY FOB OUT FOR OVER A HALF HOUR BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO SHUT THE CAR OFF. AT ONE PUT I REMOVED THE KEY FOB FROM THE IGNITION SWITCH BUT THE ENGINE WAS STILL RUNNING. I CHECKED IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS WITH CHRYSLER VANS AND LEARNED OF A RECALL L25 REGARDING IGNITION SWITCHES. I NEVER RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR THIS PROBLEM FROM CHRYSLER. I CALLED A CHRYSLER 800 NUMBER, THEY TOLD ME OF THE RECALL BUT SAID THEY DID NOT KNOW WHEN PARTS WOULD BE AVAILABLE. I CALLED A LOCAL CHRYSLER DEALER, TALKED TO A SERVICE PERSON, THEY HAD NO IDEA OF WHEN A PART WOULD BE AVAILABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER 800 NUMBER TO CALL, I BASICALLY RECEIVED THE SAME INFORMATION. BOTH 800 REPRESENTATIVES TOLD ME TO RENT A CAR IN THE MEAN TIME. I CALLED THE CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS, SPOKE TO A REPRESENTATIVE AND SHE TOLD ME THEIR ENGINEERS DON'T EVEN HAVE A FIX FOR THE PROBLEM AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE. I ASKED ABOUT CHRYSLER PROVIDING US WITH A LONER CAR AND SHE SAID THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION. SHE ALSO SAID IF I FEEL THE CAR IS UNSAFE TO DRIVE, I SHOULDN'T DRIVE IT. WHAT GOOD IS MY VAN IF IT SITS IN THE DRIVEWAY FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG. I AM UNABLE TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE BECAUSE IT IS UNSAFE. CHRYSLER'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY MUCH LACKING ESPECIALLY IN LIGHT OF ALL THE GM IGNITION SWITCH PROBLEMS AND LAW SUITS IN THE NEWS. THE IMPRESSION I RECEIVED FROM CHRYSLER IS ONE OF "TOO BAD, THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN OR ARE WILLING TO DO FOR YOU." CHRYSLER SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR CARS UNSAFE TO DRIVE WHILE THEY COME UP WITH A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. CONSUMERS SHOULD NOT BE EXPECT TO LAY OUT MONEY TO RENT A CAR WHEN IT IS CHRYSLER'S FAULT! *TR
THIS IS THE LETTER I SENT TO CHRYSLER CORPORATION. I AM REPORTING THE OCCURRENCE OF UNEXPECTED ENGINE SHUTOFF AND LOSS OF POWER FOR MY 2009 CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY MINIVAN. THIS HAS OCCURRED 3 TIMES OVER THE PAST FOUR MONTHS WITH THE FIRST OCCURRENCE ON 30 NOVEMBER 2013; THE LAST OCCURRENCE ON 11 MARCH 2014; AND ANOTHER TIME BETWEEN THOSE OCCURRENCES. THE BELOW DESCRIPTION CHARACTERIZES EACH OF THE INCIDENTS: - WITHOUT WARNING THE ENGINE SHUT OFF - THERE WAS A COMPLETE LOSS OF POWER STEERING AND BRAKES - IT TOOK EXTREME FORCE TO STOP THE VEHICLE AND TURN THE VEHICLE OFF THE ROAD OUT OF THE TRAFFIC FLOW DUE TO THE LOSS OF POWER STEERING AND POWER BRAKES. - THE CONSOLE REMAINED LIT - ALL THE LOSS OF ENGINE CUTOFF INCIDENTS OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING I HAVE CONTACTED THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP SERVICE SHOP ABOUT THE PROBLEM. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROBLEM, AND WOULD HAVE TO TRY TO RECREATE THE PROBLEM TO ADDRESS THE SOLUTION. I CONTACTED THE CHRYSLER CORPORATION CUSTOMER SERVICE (ON 28 MARCH 2014) AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF ANY SERVICE BULLETIN ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROBLEM. THIS OF COURSE IS A VERY SCARY SITUATION GIVEN THAT ANOTHER LOSS OF POWER CAN OCCUR AGAIN WITHOUT WARNING. THIS CLEARLY WILL PUT THE RIDERS IN DANGER. I WAS FORTUNATE DURING THE LAST THREE OCCURRENCES, BUT THAT MAY NOT BE THE CASE THE NEXT TIME. I KNOW FROM INTERNET SEARCHES THAT THIS PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED WITH OTHER TOWN AND COUNTRY VANS. THIS IS A PROBLEM THAT THE CHRYSLER CORPORATION SHOULD INVESTIGATE. IT IS POTENTIALLY A LIFE THREATENING FLAW IN THE VEHICLE THAT CAN ONLY BE ADDRESSED BY A CORPORATE LEVEL INVESTIGATION, ANALYSIS, AND SOLUTION. WHILE TRAVELING DOWN THE INTERSTATE AT 75 MPH OUR TOWN AND COUNTRY STALLS... THIS OCCURS WHILE PASSING A TRACTOR AND TRAILER WITH ONE ALSO BEHIND US. AT 75 MPH THE VEHICLE GAVE NO WARNING IT WAS ABOUT TO STALL, THE THROTTLE CONTROL LIGHT CAME ON AND THE VEHICLE LOST ALL POWER. WE JUST ABOUT GOT RAN OVER BY THE TRACTOR AND TRAILER CAUSE THERE WAS NO TIME TO TRY AND MOVE OVER TO THE SLOW LANE. I WAS AT 75 MPH AND IT DROPPED TO 30 MPH IN A MATTER OF SECONDS. TAKE IT TO THE TO A LOCAL DEALER " EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD " ON OUR WAY HOME. DOES THE SAME THING BUT LUCKY ENOUGH WE WAS ALREADY INTO THE SLOW LANE TO BE ABLE TO PULL OFF TO THE SIDE. WE HAD THE VEHICLE RECHECKED AND STILL NO FAULTS FOUND? AFTER THIS THESE NEEDS TO BE CHECKED INTO DO TO THE SIMPLE FACT OF THE LOSS OF POWER AND SUDDEN STALL... *TR
MY COMPLAINT TO DEALER ON 03/03/2014 WAS THE VEHICLE WHILE DRIVING IN CITY TRAFFIC HAD STALLED OUT TWICE IN THE PAST WEEK TO 10 DAYS. IT WOULD ALSO RUN VERY ROUGH / SLUGGISH FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. THE RESULTS FROM SUPERSTITION SPRINGS CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP ARE: "CEL WAS ON, ENGINE DIED TWICE, RUNS FINE NOW CHECKED VEHICLE, NO DTC'S ARE IN PCM AT THIS TIME. DROVE VEHICLE AND WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE STALLING. IT HAS STALLED OUT SEVERAL TIMES IN PAST 3 MONTHS, THE LAST TIME, YESTERDAY IT HAPPENED TO MY WIFE...THE NEXT TIME, SHE WILL CALL. *TR

THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND COULD NOT PROVIDE AN ESTIMATED DATE FOR WHEN THE CONTACTS VEHICLE WOULD RECEIVE THE RECALL REPAIR. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000.

AFTER CONTACTING THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE PARTS NEEDED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE WERE NOT AVAILABLE AND NO ESTIMATED TIME FOR RECEIVING THE PARTS COULD BE PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 125,000.
I WAS COMING OUT OF THE JOINED DRIVEWAY AT MY IN LAWS HOUSE WHEN I CAME TO A BLIND CURVE I SAW THE FRONT PART OF THE PLOW COMING IN AT ME. I THEN STARTED BRAKING AND SLIDING ON THE ICE AND SNOW. IT LOOKED AS IF HE WAS BACKING A LITTLE SO I LET OFF BRAKES AND THEN SAW HE STARTED COMING FORWARD AGAIN I BRAKE AGAIN AND WE COLLIDED. *TR

IN ADDITION, THE FRONT DRIVER SEAT WOULD NOT REMAIN IN A SECURE POSITION AND CONSTANTLY MOVED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD THE CAR TURNED OFF. DON'T KNOW IF MY KNEE HIT THE KEY CHAIN TO TURN OFF THE CAR OR IF THE CAR JUST TURNED OFF. I WAS DRIVING STRAIGHT AND TURNED THE CAR BACK ON AND IT WAS OK. IF I WOULD OF BEEN ON A CURVE IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT. I HAVE SINCE THEN BOUGHT A QUICK RELEASE LOCK SO MY KEYS ARE NOT ATTACHED TO THE KEY FOR THE VAN. HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS AS OF YET. BUT I JUST BOUGHT IT. JUST THINK THE DESIGN OF THE CAR COULD BE DIFFERENT TO HAVE THE KEY PLACEMENT SOMEWHERE ELSE OR CHANGE HOW THE KEY FITS INTO THE CAR TO AVOID THIS FROM HAPPENING. *TR
SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE BEEN DRIVING AND MY ENGINE STOPS FOR NO REASON. IT HAS HAPPENED HAS I WAS MERGING ONTO A HIGHWAY AND INSTEAD OF INCREASING MY SPEED I WAS SLOWING DOWN. IT HAS HAPPENED AT RANDOM TIMES AND IN JUST NORMAL DRIVING SITUATIONS. THE MOST RECENT WAS DRIVING FROM RHODE ISLAND BACK TO CT AND 2 HOURS INTO THE DRIVE THE CAR STOPPED AS I WAS TURNING LEFT AT A LIGHT FROM ONE BUSY ROADWAY ONTO ANOTHER WITH QUITE A FEW CARS SURROUNDING ME. MOST OF THE TIME THAT THIS HAPPENS I HAVE TO PULL OVER (WITHOUT POWER STEERING) AND PUT THE CAR IN PARK TO RESTART THE CAR. EACH TIME I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO SO SAFELY BUT IT IS A VERY SERIOUS CONCERN AND I USUALLY HAVE MY KIDS IN THE CAR WITH ME. CHRYSLER NEEDS TO REPAIR THIS BECAUSE THIS IS OBVIOUSLY NOT THE FIRST COMPLAINT ON THE ISSUE. *TR
I WAS DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH WHEN MY T&C CHRYSLER MINIVAN JUST SHUT OFF. I HAD TO "ARM-STRONG" STEER IT TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND RESTART IT. LUCKILY I WAS NOT ON THE HIGHWAY. NOW THE KEY FOB RANDOMLY GETS STUCK AT 'ACCESSORIES' AND I AM NOT ABLE TO TURN THE CAR OFF. APPARENTLY THE IGNITION DOES NOT KNOW THE CAR IS IN PARK AS WELL. WHEN I GET TO MY DESTINATION, I AM FACED WITH HAVING TO EITHER LEAVE THE KEY IN THE IGNITION WITH POWER BEING DRAINED FROM THE BATTERY (SINCE THING ARE STILL ON)..OR CONTINUALLY DRIVING AROUND AND PARK, DRIVE AROUND AND PARK, UNTIL THE KEY WILL COME OUT. THIS IS AN ON GOING PROBLEM. I HAVE TAKEN IT TO MY MECHANIC HE GOOGLED AND FOUND OTHER TOWN AND COUNTRY MINI VANS HAVE BEEN REPORTED WITH THE SAME PROBLEM, INCLUDING SHUTTING OFF WHILE BEING DRIVEN GOING BACK AS FAR AS 15 YEARS! THERE IS CLEARLY A MANUFACTURE DEFECT WITH THE IGNITION. ON A SEPARATE OCCASION, MY PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG OPENED WHILE I WAS DRIVING. I PUSHED IT BACK IN PLACE...BUT SINCE I HIT NOTING, I DON'T KNOW WHY IT OPENED UP TO BEGIN WITH. EXCEPT FOR AFTER READING ABOUT THE FAULTY GM IGNITION AND HOW IT AFFECTED THE AIR BAGS. NOW I HAVE NO IDEA IF THE AIR BAGS WILL WORK OR NOT WHEN NEEDED. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO CHRYSLER OPENLY AND REPEATEDLY ON THEIR TWITTER ACCOUNT AND THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE, THEY MESSAGED ME ONCE THROUGH FACEBOOK AND SAID THEY CLOSED MY COMPLAINT (BUT WITHOUT EVER HAVING SPOKEN TO ME). AND THEY ARE CONTINUING TO IGNORE ME. THE PROBLEMS I AM HAVING WITH MY IGNITION ARE THE VERY SAME PROBLEMS OWNERS OF THE RECENTLY RECALL DEFECTIVE GM IGNITIONS ARE HAVING. I HAVE NO DOUBT THE IGNITIONS ARE ONE IN THE SAME. I WANT THIS DEALT WITH WHILE IT IS FRESH IN THE MINDS OF PEOPLE WHO DEMANDED THE GM RECALL! I WANT SOMETHING DONE TODAY! I'M AFRAID OF MY OWN CAR! WHILE DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY, GOING UPHILL AT ABOUT 55MPH, MY ENGINE SUDDENLY BEGAN REVVING AND THE VAN SPED UP, THEN, I WAS UNABLE TO GET IT TO ACCELERATE. I PUSHED THE GAS PEDAL, BUT IT WASN'T ENGAGING THE ENGINE. THE RPM'S WOULD GO UP, BUT THERE WAS NO AFFECT ON THE VAN SPEED. THE TERRAIN CHANGED, SO THEN I BEGAN GOING DOWNHILL AND I CONTINUED TRYING TO GET THE VAN TO ACCELERATE TO AVOID BEING REAR-ENDED. FINALLY, THE ENGINE ENGAGED AND I WAS ABLE TO SPEED UP. THIS HAPPENED ONE MORE TIME DURING THAT TRIP. IT HAS HAPPENED A COUPLE OF OTHER TIMES SINCE THEN, BRIEFLY, BUT YESTERDAY, IT HAPPENED, AND I AGAIN, WAS NEARLY REAR-ENDED, AND I HAD TO COAST INTO A PARKING LOT TO GET OUT OF THE WAY OF TRAFFIC. PURCHASED 2009 TOWN AND COUNTRY VAN FROM CRYSTAL CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE BROOKSVILLE 34613 FLORIDA. THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD WITH AN EXISTING SAFETY RECALL NOT REPAIRED. AFTER 9 MONTHS OF USE I RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM MY INSURANCE CARRIER NOTIFYING ME OF THIS. I MADE AN IMMEDIATE CALL TO THE DEALER AND VALIDATED THEY HAD THE PART AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR REPAIR. WHEN I ARRIVED FOR THE REPAIR THEY INFORMED ME THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PART BECAUSE THERE WERE 9 DIFFERENT MODELS AND ALL THEY NEEDED TO FIND OUT WAS WHICH ONE I HAD. I HAVE A REAL ISSUE WITH CHRYSLER HAVING A RECALL OUT ON SUCH A DANGEROUS PROBLEM AND NOT HAVING A PART AVAILABLE AFTER 6+ MONTHS AFTER THE RECALL OCCURRED. THEY WILL NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR THAT THIS IS GOING IF THE ISSUE DOES NOT SHOW IT'S FACE WHILE MECHANIC IS DRIVING IT THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I CALLED CHRYSLER HEADQUARTERS AND THEY TOLD ME IF I WANTED THE WHOLE IGNITION CHANGED OUT BEFORE THE PART WAS READY I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR IT MYSELF. I'M FEARFUL OF THIS PROBLEM. PLEASE HELP! *TR
WE RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE IN OCTOBER TO REPLACE A FOBIK (FREQUENCY OPERATED BUTTON IGNITION KEY) IN OUR 2009 CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY VAN. SINCE THAT TIME WE HAVE CALLED OUR DEALER ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE PART REPLACED AND EACH TIME THE DEALERS RESPONSE IS THAT THE PART IS NOT AVAILABLE. WE ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE VEHICLE AND WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THIS PART REPLACED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. *TR
THE FIRST INCIDENT OCCURRED WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION GOING ABOUT 40 MILES AN HOUR WHEN THE ENGINE SHUT OFF WITH POWER STEERING AND BRAKE PRESSURE LOSS. THE ABS AND TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT CAME ON. THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO BE MOVED OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITHOUT INCIDENT. RESTARTED THE VEHICLE AND IT OPERATED AS NORMAL. THE SECOND INCIDENT OCCURRED WHILE MOVING THE VEHICLE AROUND 5 MILES AN HOUR WHEN THE ENGINE SHUT OFF AGAIN. POWER STEERING AND BRAKES FAILED TO WORK. THE THIRD INCIDENT OCCURRED TRAVELING ABOUT 30 MILES AN HOUR WITH THE SAME ISSUES AS ABOVE. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN AT THE DEALER TWICE WITH NO SOLUTION AT THIS TIME. THERE IS A RECALL AFTER THE TIMEFRAME OF THIS VEHICLE MANUFACTURE FOR THE IGNITION MODULE 11V139000. IT WOULD SEEM THE RECALL NEEDS TO BE EXTENDED AS THERE ARE MORE ISSUES RELATED TO THE ENGINE STOPPING FOR MORE THAN JUST THE 2010 MODEL. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V373000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) HOWEVER, THE PART WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD AND VEHICLE SHUT OFF CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO LOSE POWER STEERING AND BRAKES. WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER, PUT IT IN PARK AND STARTED BACK UP AGAIN. DEALER ADVISED THAT APPEARS TO BE THE WIN MODULE (IGNITION) AND THAT IT IS ON BACK ORDER WITH CHRYSLER AND CANNOT EVEN ORDER THE PART WITHOUT CONTACTING CHRYSLER. THEY CONTACTED CHRYSLER WHO INFORMED THEM THAT PART WOULD NOT BE RELEASED AT THIS TIME AND WOULD HAVE TO WAIT DUE TO OTHER VEHICLES AHEAD OF OURS BEING AFFECTED. NO ESTIMATED TIME IT WOULD BE RECEIVED. WIFE IS AFRAID TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE AND RIGHTFULLY SO AS THIS COULD CAUSE A SERIOUS ACCIDENT IF IT OCCURRED WHILE DRIVING ON AN INTERSTATE OR AROUND A TURN. *TR
SINCE THE FIRST OCCURRENCE THIS HAS HAPPENED ABOUT 15 TIMES. MOST RECENTLY, THIS MORNING. THE VEHICLE WILL RANDOMLY SHUT DOWN, WITH NO INDICATOR LIGHTS, OR A FEW TIMES WITH THE SLIPPERY ROAD ICON APPEARING. THE VEHICLE TOTALLY DIES, THE POWER STEERING IS GONE, THE BRAKES LOCK UP, NO ACCELERATION IS POSSIBLE TO PULL OFF THE ROAD. I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY LUCKY TO NOT HAVE HAD AN ACCIDENT AS A RESULT. THIS MORNING THE MECHANIC BROUGHT HIS COMPUTER TO MY VEHICLE AFTER SHUT DOWN, AS WAS DIRECTED, IN THE OFF CHANCE THAT HE MIGHT FIND A CODE. NOTHING WAS FOUND. THE KEY MAINTAINED THE ON POSITION. THE VEHICLE DOES RESTART UPON TURNING IT OFF. *TR
TO AN ODI INVESTIGATOR: THERE IS A CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER PRESENT WITH THIS VEHICLE RANDOMLY SHUTTING DOWN WHILE DRIVING. I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS SHUTTING DOWN ON APPROXIMATELY 15+ OCCASIONS. WHEN THE VEHICLE SHUTS DOWN, I LOSE POWER STEERING, BRAKING AND I'M SURE AIRBAGS. IN REVIEWING THE FIRST 30 COMPLAINTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS VEHICLE - I OBSERVED 6 OUT OF 30 COMPLAINTS RELATED TO THE SAME PROBLEM, ALL DESCRIBED THIS EVENT (I DIDN'T WANT TO WEED THROUGH ALL 200+ COMPLAINTS WHEN THE FIRST 30 EXHIBITED THIS SERIOUS ISSUE) - THE VEHICLE SHUTTING DOWN WHILE DRIVING. THESE ARE THE NUMBERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROBLEM - I'M SURE THERE ARE OTHERS: 10669606 / 10669083 / 10660772 / 10661814 / 10658525 / 10658922 ALL THESE STATE THAT THE VEHICLE SHUTS DOWN WHILE DRIVING RANDOMLY WITH NO EXPLANATION - THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE AND THERE SEEMS TO BE A COMMON DEFECT SOMEWHERE - THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED - FIND OUT WHAT CHRYSLER KNOWS ABOUT THIS ISSUE BECAUSE IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE FOR EVERYONE ON THE ROAD. *TR
WHILE DRIVING ABOUT 30MPH IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD, ALL OF A SUDDEN, MY VAN'S HORN STARTED HONKING, THE WIND SHIELD BLADES BEGAN WIPING VERY QUICKLY AND WATER WAS SPRAYING OVER THE WINDSHIELD. ALSO, THE AUTOMATIC LOCKS WERE GOING UP AND DOWN AND THE CAR LIGHTS AND BLINKERS WERE FLASHING ON AND OFF UNCONTROLLABLY. IT WAS VERY SCARY! I STOPPED THE CAR AND SHUT OFF THE ENGINE, BUT EVERYTHING CONTINUED. LUCKILY I WAS NOT FAR FROM HOME AND WAS ABLE TO CAREFULLY DRIVE IT THERE. ONCE IN THE DRIVEWAY, THE ONLY WAY TO GET THE CAR TO QUIT WAS TO DISCONNECT THE BATTERY. WAITING ON REPAIR REPORT. *TR
