I HAVE BEEN SENT TWO RECALL NOTICES ON MY MINIVAN...EACH TIME I HAVE CALLED THE CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP...TOLD DO NOT HAVE THE PART..WILL NOTIFY WHEN IT GETS IN.....SINCE JUNE OF LAST YEAR UNTIL NOW..THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET A SWITCH SO THAT MY MINIVAN WILL NOT BURST INTO FLAMES????? SO MY QUESTION IS, WHO DO I CALL IF OR WHEN THE FIRE STARTS? YOU OR CHRYSLER... MAYBE ITS NOT A BIG DEAL, BUT WHEN THE NOTICE SAYS...MAY CAUSE FIRE WITHOUT WARNING..DO I THEN, PARK MY MINIVAN OUTSIDE AND NOT IN THE GARAGE....DON'T WANT TO BURN DOWN THE HOUSE..I'M SORRY, BUT ITS VERY COLD IN JANUARY IN MISSOURI AND THAT'S THE PURPOSE OF KEEPING IT INSIDE. AS I WAS DRIVING MY TOWN AND COUNTRY CHRYSLER MINIVAN THE ENGINE SHUTOFF ON A MAIN STREET. I ALMOST GOT HIT BY THE CAR BEHIND ME AS I COULD NOT ACCELERATE SINCE THE ENGINE SHUT OFF. I PUT ON MY HAZARDS AND PULLED OVER IN ORDER TO PUT THE VAN IN PARK AND RESTART THE VAN. MY KIDS WERE WITH ME. WE COULD HAVE BEEN SEVERELY INJURED IF THE CAR BEHIND ME HAD HIT ME. *TR

PURSUANT TO A RECALL NOTICE I HAVE TRIED IN VAIN NUMEROUS TIMES SINCE JUN 7, 2015 TO GET THE CHRYSLER DEALER KNOWN AS ADAMS OF ANNAPOLIS TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT . THE REASON TOLD TO ME IS THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PARTS FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND TO KEEP CHECKING BACK WITH THEM TO SEE IF THE PARTS HAVE ARRIVED. ADAMS WILL NOT TAKE MY PHONE NUMBER TO TELL ME WHEN THE PARTS DO COME IN. MOREOVER, THEY REFUSE TO RETURN MY CALLS WHEN I TRY TO FIND OUT IF THE PARTS HAVE COME IN. THE ONLY WAY I CAN COMMUNICATE WITH THEM IS IF I APPEAR IN PERSON . I HAVE DONE SO TWICE AND CONTINUE TO BE TOLD WHAT I HAVE DESCRIBED ABOVE. I AM A HANDICAPPED PERSON WITH A RAMP VAN AND FIND THIS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE WHICH IS WHY I AM FILING THIS COMPLAINT. IN THE MEANTIME, I HAVE HAD THE RAMP SIDE DOOR OPEN WITHOUT ACTIVATING THE FOBIK.
I PURCHASED THE 2010 VEHICLE AND HAVE ONLY HAD IT A FEW MONTHS. I WAS JUST TOLD THAT A PART ON THE VEHICLE CALLED THE TIPM IS THE SOURCE OF MY VEHICLE PROBLEM. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE PROBLEM AND I AM TOLD I MUST PAY FOR THE REPAIRS MYSELF, AND IF I DON'T THE PROBLEMS WILL JUST GET WORSE AND THE CAR WILL SHUT OFF WHILE DRIVING. I AM AWARE THAT THERE WAS A RECALL ON 2010 TOWN & COUNTRY VANS IN THE RECENT PAST AND FOR SOME REASON MY VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RECALL. THERE IS EVEN A CURRENT RECALL THAT LISTS THE MANUFACTURE DATE AND PARAMETERS THAT MY VEHICLE FALLS WITHIN AND I AM TOLD MY VEHICLE DOES NOT APPLY. THIS MEANS SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT NOW AND IT WAS PROBABLY NOT RIGHT THEN. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY A RECALL THAT LISTS 2010 TOWN & COUNTRY VANS WAS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE SINCE THIS IS A KNOWN COMMON PROBLEM THAT CAN NOT ONLY DISABLE THE VEHICLE WHILE DRIVING, BUT CAN CAUSE FIRE, INJURY AND OR LOSS OF LIFE. ACCORDING TO YOUR REPRESENTATIVE, THERE MUST BE NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS OR SOMEONE MUST BE INJURED OR KILLED BEFORE CHRYSLER WILL ACKNOWLEDGE THE ISSUE AND CONSIDER A FULL RECALL. I FIND THIS UNACCEPTABLE AND COMPLETE IRRESPONSIBLE. WOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS IF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS DIED OR WE INJURED THIS WAY. I HAVE BEEN FOR THE MOST PART OF MY LIFE LONG SUPPORTER OF CHRYSLER PRODUCTS AND I DON'T THINK I WILL BE ABLE TO DO THAT ANY LONGER. YOUR COMPANY IS WILLING TO RISK LIFE OR DEATH TO MAKE A PROFIT. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF EXPERIENCING. *TR
ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS, AS THE CAR IS PARKED, THE FRONT WINDOWS GO DOWN, THE SLIDING DOORS SOMETIMES OPEN, THE LIGHTS COME ON, OFTEN THE LOCKS FAIL AND THE DRIVERS SIDE FRONT WINDOW WON'T GO BACK UP. OCCASIONALLY, THE CAR STARTS UP OR THE HATCHBACK GOES UP. THESE INCIDENTS ARE NUMEROUS AND HAVE BEEN HAPPENING OFF AND ON FOR OVER A YEAR.AT TIMES, THE CAR WILL NOT START UNLESS IT IS JUMPED. IT APPEARS TO BE A TIPM RELATED PROBLEM. *TR

AFTER CONTACTING THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE PARTS NEEDED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE WERE STILL NOT AVAILABLE AND NO ESTIMATED TIME FOR RECEIVING THE PARTS COULD BE GIVEN. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, AN UNKNOWN WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO RESTART. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A MECHANIC, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE RECURRED AND THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE MECHANIC. THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO AN UNKNOWN RECALL FOR THE IGNITION. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE DETAILS OF THE REPAIR. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. BASED ON ADVISEMENT FROM THE MANUFACTURER, THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AGAIN. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 58,000.
THE PASSENGER SLIDING DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN USING ANY OF THE REMOTES, THE OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLE OR THE INSIDE DOOR HANDLE. THE FINAL DIAGNOSIS WAS A FAILED LATCH ASSEMBLY AND ACTUATOR. HOWEVER, THE CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP WAS UNABLE TO MAKE THE REPAIR UNTIL AFTER A BODY SHOP WAS ABLE TO PARTIALLY SEPARATE THE DOOR HANDLE BEZEL FROM THE INTERIOR DOOR PANEL. WITH THE BEZEL SLIGHTLY AJAR, THE DEALERSHIP PERSONNEL WERE ABLE TO INSERT A CLOTHES HANGER TO "JIMMY" THE DOOR HANDLE ROD AND OPEN THE DOOR. THE 2 SCREWS THAT NEED TO BE REMOVED IN ORDER TO PROPERLY REMOVE THE BEZEL FACE FORWARD AND ARE NOT VISIBLE, AND ARE INACCESSIBLE, WHEN THE DOOR IS CLOSED AS THE B PILLAR IS IN THE WAY. THE VEHICLE WAS OUT OF WARRANTY SO WE PAID FOR THE REPAIR; HOWEVER, A FLAWED DESIGN THAT CAUSED A BODY SHOP TO GET INVOLVED AND REQUIRED ADDITIONAL TIME BY THE DEALERSHIP PERSONNEL ADDED ABOUT $190.00 TO THE COST OF THE REPAIR. I MAILED A CERTIFIED LETTER TO CHRYSLER CUSTOMER CARE ON JUNE 25TH SEEKING REIMBURSEMENT FOR THIS ADDITIONAL COST AS I BELIEVE A SEVERE FLAW IN THEIR DESIGN CAUSED THIS EXTRA EXPENSE. TO DATE (OCTOBER 2, 2014) I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM CHRYSLER. IF SUCH A FAILURE (UNABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR USING THE HANDLES) IS POSSIBLE, THIS COULD RESULT IN A TRAGEDY IN THE EVEN OF AN EMERGENCY WHERE SOMEONE NEEDED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE CENTER OR REAR SEAT AREAS. *TR

MYSELF,MY HUSBAND,& 3 YOUNG CHILDREN WERE DRIVING HOME AT 45 MLS AN HOUR AND THE VEHICLE COMPLETELY TURNED OFF. WE LOST POWER STEERING, POWER BRAKES AND THE ENGINE SHUT OFF. WE HAD TO COAST TO A COMPLETE STOP( THANK GOD NO ONE WAS BEHIND US OR AROUND US) AND PUT THE VAN IN PARK AND IT TURNED BACK ON. SO WE STARTED DRIVING ON, ONLY TO HAVE THE VAN SHUT OFF A SECOND TIME WHILE GOING UPHILL AGAIN AT 45 MLS PER HOUR. THE SAME THINGS HAPPENED, POWER STEERING,POWER BRAKES AND ENGINE CUTOFF! AGAIN WE WERE BLESSED THAT NO ONE WAS AROUND AS THERE IS NO WHERE TO PULL OVER! WE PUT THE VAN IN PARK,IT STARTED BACK UP AND MADE IT THE ONE MORE MILE HOME WITH NO PROBLEM. WE TOOK THE VAN TO SERVICE CENTER AT THE DEALERSHIP ( WE HAVE BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY) THEY KEPT THE VEHICLE FOR ALMOST 4 WKS, WHILE THEY HAD IT, IT SHUT DOWN ON THEM ONCE BUT COULD NOT GET THE VANS COMPUTER TO "THROW A CODE" TO THEIR COMPUTER. THEY WANTED TO GIVE IT BACK WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING TO IT, WE ASKED THAT THEY AT LEAST ADDRESS THE RECALL ISSUE OF THE WIN MODULE (AS THIS IS DESCRIBED AS EXACTLY WHAT WAS HAPPENING)THEY DID THIS, HOWEVER, THE VAN HAS SHUT DOWN ON US TWO MORE TIMES! THEY KEPT THE VAN FOR A FEW DAYS AND REPLACED THE WIN MODULE AGAIN, ALTHOUGH THEY STILL DON'T KNOW FOR SURE THAT IT IS THE PROBLEM AS MY VAN WILL NOT " THROW A CODE"! I NOW HAVE A $400 A MONTH VAN PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY AND AM IN LIMBO UNTIL CHRYSLER CORP GETS BACK TO ME! I REFUSE TO TRUST THEIR "BEST GUESS" WITH MY FAMILY AND OTHERS LIVES ON THE ROAD. *TR
THE IGNITION TURNS OFF. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME APPROXIMATELY 5 -6 TIMES. TURNING A CORNER, HITTING A SMALL BUMP IN THE ROAD OR JUST DRIVING. SOMETIMES I HEAR THE CLICK OF THE KEY TURNING OR JUST FEEL THE LOSS OF ACCELERATION. THE CAR TURNS OFF. MOST OF THE TIME I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PUT THE CAR IN NEUTRAL AND RESTART IT WITHOUT ANY INCIDENT. THERE HAVE BEEN CLOSE CALLS OF VEHICLES AVOIDING ME WHILE I RECOVER FROM THIS HAPPENING. THE PROBLEM IS FIELDS CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP IN GLENVIEW ILLINOIS WANTS TO CHARGE ME $700 TO FIX THIS. THEY CLAIM THEY REPLACED THE IGNITION ALREADY UNDER THE RECALL WHICH THEY DID A YEAR AGO. THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM THAT THE IGNITION IS TURNING OFF AGAIN!!!!! DID YOU EVER HEAR OF A RECALL ON A RECALL? PLEASE HELP ME!!!! I HAVE A 15 YR OLD SON LEARNING TO DRIVE AND I ALSO DRIVE SMALL CHILDREN AROUND. I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES WITH THE SERVICE MGR AT THIS DEALERSHIP AND WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT NOONE IS CALLING ME BACK. *JS

THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED CHEST, SHOULDER, BACK AND ARM INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85,000.

PRIOR TO THE FAILURE, THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE SEAT INDEPENDENTLY SHIFTED BACK AND FORTH WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PREVIOUSLY SERVICED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V373000 (AIR BAGS, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM), BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER TWO MORE TIMES WHERE THE IGNITION VALVE AND BATTERY WERE REPLACED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 49,000.

ALL GAUGES AND ACCESSORIES SHUT OFF WHILE DRIVING, INTERMITTENTLY. HAS HAPPENED 6 OR 8 TIMES. VEHICLE DOES RECOVER, OR CAN FIX BY WIGGLING KEYFOB. HAVE DUPLICATED IN DRIVEWAY. *TR
FIRST INCIDENT WAS IN MAY 2014 -- WHEN WE TURNED ON THE HEADLIGHTS, THEY WOULD ALMOST IMMEDIATELY GO OFF. SINCE WE OBVIOUSLY COULDN'T DRIVE WITHOUT WORKING HEADLIGHTS, WE TOOK THE CAR TO A DEALERSHIP. AFTER CHECKING ALL OF THE WIRING RELATING TO THE HEADLIGHTS, AND THE WIRING TO /FROM THE TIPM, THE " PROBABLE" CAUSE WAS A FAULTY TIPM. SINCE THERE WAS NO WAY TO KNOW IF THIS WAS A ONE-TIME INCIDENT OR THE START OF MORE PROBLEMS, EVEN THE DEALERSHIP WAS RELUCTANT TO ADVISE SPENDING $1200 OR MORE TO REPLACE THE TIPM, ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY COULD OFFER NO GUARANTEE THAT A NEW MODULE WOULD WORK BETTER. IN SEPTEMBER, WE AGAIN EXPERIENCED THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE HEADLIGHTS, AND ONCE AGAIN THE SYSTEM SEEMED TO RE-SET. IN NOVEMBER, WE USED THE KEY FOB TO UNLOCK THE DOORS -- AND BOTH FRONT WINDOWS ROLLED DOWN (OBVIOUSLY, THERE IS NO WINDOW CONTROL ON THE KEY FOB). THE VEHICLE SEEMS TO HAVE A MIND OF IT'S OWN, AND LEARNING OF THE OTHER PROBLEMS THAT COULD OCCUR, WE NO LONGER FEEL SAFE DRIVING THIS MINIVAN, ESPECIALLY WITH OUR GRANDCHILDREN. I WAS COMING HOME FROM WORK AND WHEN I PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY, PUT THE CAR IN PARK, TURNED THE KEY OFF THE KEY WOULD NOT GO INTO THE OFF POSITION AND I COULDN'T GET THE KEY OUT. I HAVE LESS THAN 50K MILES ON MY MINIVAN AND THE FRONT HUBS NEED REPLACED. I HAVE CONTACTED CHRYSLER AND THEY DON'T TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY. I TRIED STARTING MY 2010 TOWN AND COUNTRY VAN AFTER LEAVING THE STORE AND IT WOULD NOT TURN OVER. ALL ELECTRICAL DEVICES WERE OPERABLE. I CALLED AAA AND THEY FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. THE AAA DRIVER SUGGESTED THAT IT MAY BE THE SECURITY SYSTEM. I WAITED ANOTHER 20 MINUTES AND THE VAN STARTED RIGHT UP. THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN IN JULY OF THIS YEAR. I TOOK MY VAN TO THE CHRYSLER DEALER FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I TOLD THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ABOUT MY VAN NOT STARTING AND ASKED THEM TO CHANGE THE BATTERY IN CASE IT HAD A BAD CELL. AFTER THE OIL AND BATTERY WAS CHANGED I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP AND NOTICED THEY DID NOT PUT AIR IN THE TIRES SO I RETURNED. THE VAN WOULD NOT START AFTER THEY WERE DONE. THEY TOLD ME THAT MY STARTER BRUSHES WERE BAD AND THAT I NEEDED AN NEW STARTER. ON AUGUST 25TH 2010 730PM MY VAN WOULD NOT START; I TRIED AGAIN AT 735PM AND IT STARTED WITH NO PROBLEM.

DURING 2013 AND EARLY-2014 THE ELECTRICAL POWER WINDOW/VENT SWITCH, LOCATED ON THE DRIVER SIDE ARM REST, AND WHICH CONTROLLED THE DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW, BECAME INTERMITTENT AND ERRATIC WHEN ATTEMPTING TO RAISE OR LOWER THE WINDOW. WHEN THE PROBLEM BECAME ACUTE, I REPLACED THE SWITCH ON 4/23/2014 (AT MY EXPENSE); SINCE THEN NO FURTHER PROBLEMS WERE INCURRED. THE REPLACEMENT SWITCH ASSEMBLY PURCHASED FROM THE CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP FOR THIS REPAIR WAS IDENTIFIED AS CHRYSLER PART NUMBER 4602627-AG SWITCH PO 08053002. THE OLD SWITCH ASSEMBLY WAS LATER DISASSEMBLED AND SHOWED CLEAR SIGNS OF DISCOLORED ELECTRICAL CONTACTS AND BURNING OF THE AREAS AROUND THE ELECTRICAL CONTACTS FOR BOTH THE DRIVERS SIDE, AND TO A LESSER EXTENT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. *TR

THIS HAPPEND 4 TIMES IN 12 MILES ONE NIGHT. THIS HAS ALWAYS HAPPENED AT LOWER SPEEDS BELOW 45 AND AT RANDOM TIMES WITH NO PREDICTABILITY. ON 4/5/14 MY PASSENGER SIDE AUTOMATIC SLIDING CAR DOOR CLOSED ON ME WHILE I WAS PUTTING MY DAUGHTER IN HER CAR SEAT. WHEN I PUSHED AGAINST IT TO TRIGGER IT TO OPEN ITSELF UP AGAIN, IT BEGAN CLOSING AGAIN ON ME WITHOUT ANY BUTTONS BEING PRESSED. I THEN SAT IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT, WITHOUT THE KEYS IN THE IGNITION, AND WATCHED THE DOOR OPEN AND CLOSE ALL BY ITSELF. I PRESSED THE LOCK BUTTON ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR AND WITHIN A FEW SECONDS THE SAME PASSENGER SIDE SLIDER OPENED ON ITS OWN. WHEN I PUT THE KEYS IN THE IGNITION AND STARTED THE CAR IT STOPPED AND WE DROVE AWAY. WHEN WE REACHED OUR DESTINATION AND TURNED OFF THE CAR, THE DOOR STARTED OPENING AND CLOSING AGAIN. AFTER A FEW MINUTES, IT STOPPED AND DIDN'T HAPPEN AGAIN FOR ALMOST A MONTH. ON 5/3/14, THE SAME PASSENGER SIDE SLIDING DOOR BEGAN OPENING AND CLOSING ON ITS OWN WHILE I WAS GETTING MY CHILDREN AND STROLLER OUT OF THE CAR. ONCE I LOCKED THE CAR DOOR AND WALKED AWAY, IT STOPPED. IT DID NOT HAPPEN AGAIN UNTIL 5/16/14, WHEN IT CLOSED ON MY 4 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER'S RIGHT MIDDLE FINGER WHILE SHE HAD HER HAND ON THE DOOR FRAME ABOUT TO CLIMB INTO THE CAR. THE AUTOMATIC SAFETY FEATURE ALSO MALFUNCTIONED AND THE DOOR COMPLETELY LATCHED CLOSED ON HER FINGER. WE IMMEDIATELY GOT HER ICE FROM THE ESTABLISHMENT WE WERE PARKED IN FRONT OF, AND DROVE HER TO URGENT CARE. SHE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A POSSIBLE FRACTURE AND GIVEN A FINGER BRACE. SHE CONTINUES TO WEAR THE BRACE A WEEK LATER AND STILL HAS BRUISING, SWELLING AND LIMITED MOBILITY WITH THE FINGER. WE TOOK THE CAR TO THE DEALER 5/17/14 AND AFTER HAVING THE CAR FOR THE ENTIRE DAY, THEY COULDN'T REPLICATED THE PROBLEM AND THEREFORE COULDN'T FIX IT. WE DROPPED IT OFF AGAIN 5/20/14 AND THEY'VE HAD IT EVER SINCE AND ARE UNABLE TO FIND THE PROBLEM AND FIX IT. THIS CAR IS UNSAFE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY AND THIS PROBLEM NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY! *TR
I PURCHASED THE CAR IN JANUARY OF 2014, ABOUT 3 MONTHS AFTER, THE VEHICLE EMERGENCY LIGHT INTERMITTENTLY FLASHED AND THE ALARM REMAINED ON, UNTIL THE BATTERY WAS DISCONNECTED. AFTER RECONNECTION, THE PROBLEM SEEM TO HAVE GONE AWAY. BUT TWO MONTHS LATER THE CAR BATTERY DIED. I REPLACED THE BATTERY WITH A NEW ONE THAT THE DEALER RECOMMENDED. TWO WEEKS LATER, THE BATTERY WAS DEAD AGAIN AND THE DEALER RECOMMENDED WE CHANGE THE ALTERNATOR. THE OLD ALTERNATOR WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE. A WEEK LATER, THE BATTERY DEAD AGAIN AND THE BATTERY WAS REPLACES AGAIN. A WEEK LATER THE BATTERY WAS DEAD. AND THE DEALER DECIDED TO DO A COMPLETE DIAGNOSE OF ALL ELECTRICAL COMPONENT. THE DEALER CLAIMED THE DASH CLUSTER HAVE TO BE REPLACE. I DON'T TRUTH THE REPLACEMENT OF THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM, I DON'T TRUTH THE CAR AND I AM FRUSTRATED. RECEIVED RECALL NOTICE REGARDING REAR VENT WINDOW SWITCH. CONTACTED DEALER (BRUNSWICK AUTO MART) 3031 CENTER RD., BRUNSWICK, OH 44212. MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE SWITCH DISCONNECTED WHICH WAS DONE. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE SWITCH IN STOCK TO REPLACE BUT, ADVISED ME TO CALL THEM AT A LATER DATE TO SEE IF THEY HAD THE SWITCH. I CONTACTED THEM REPEATEDLY IN 2014, THEN JANUARY 2015 AND APRIL 2015 AND WAS ADVISED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE SWITCH BUT WOULD CONTACT ME AS SOON AS IT BECAME AVAILABLE. HERE IT IS AUGUST 2015 AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM.

WE ARE NOT ON THAT LIST FOR REPAIR. WANTED TO FILE A COMPLAINT SO THE COMPANY IS AWARE OF THE SITUATION. I DID CALL CHRYSLER AND SPEAK WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ALSO. SHE TOOK SOME INFORMATION AND MADE A CASE NUMBER FOR US. WE ARE CONCERNED THIS WILL HAPPEN AGAIN AND DON'T WANT TO PUT OUR FAMILY AT RISK WHILE DRIVING.
