NHTSA Owner Complaint Log
This page lists owner-reported complaints filed with NHTSA for the 2013 Chrysler Town & Country. Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA and do not by themselves prove a defect or defect rate.
Horn, and door locks activate randomly. Now vehicle will crank but not turn over. Research and troubleshooting confirms a bad TIPM which was recalled in other Dodge and Jeep vehicles, but not the Chrysler Town and Country.
The contact owns a 2013 Chrysler Town & Country. The contact stated while driving at approximately 35 MPH he noticed that the "check engine" warning was illuminated. The contact had taken the vehicle to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed and determined that the oil pressure sensor and the oil housing needed to be replaced. The contact was advised by the mechanic that the oil sensor failure was a common failure for his year, make, and model. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 122,000.
I just bought the van while dropping off the kids 10-year-old and a nine-year-old at the schools drop off lane from the driver side rear sliding door while they were coming out of the door. The door closed on them. I had to stick my hand from the back of the drvers seat to stop and it was pushing against my hand .it this has happened three times, it appears that the door is not locking open when it’s commanded to open .
What started as an intermittent crank / no start issue quickly progressed to complete failure of fuel pump relay that is part of TIPM. During the first crank no start issue on the day in question I was able to use remote start and the vehicle started normally. (Probably do to slightly higher system voltage as some accessories are turned off during remote start vs pushbutton start). Later the same day is when the complete failure occurred. This could be a major inconvenience for many, but in the harsh Minnesota winters it's more than just inconvenient when you have a wife and young kids in a vehicle away from home that will not start when air temps are in the single digits and wind chill is far below zero. Fortunately / sadly, this is such a common problem that I was able to diagnose it rather quickly with Google, but not before getting a frostbitten finger. I was able to bypass this fuel pump relay by forcing a paper clip into fuse holder M37 and getting keyed power from an alternative source, fuse M25. I don't, however, recommend this fix. What I do recommend is that Chrysler Corporation expand the recall of affected vehicles with this TIPM to include ALL vehicles that this was installed in. In hindsight, a totally unexplained, drained battery overnight while hundreds of miles from home was probably my first sign of this failing relay as it most likely stuck on forcing fuel pump to stay running with ignition off. This occurred 26 days prior to my crank / no start issue. After jump starting and fully charging, battery was tested and passed. Battery resting voltage tested day after crank / no start issue is 12.8V. If I remove relay jumper, crank no start persists.
Vehicle has stalled numerous times while operating at high rates of speed 60+ mph in most cases. No prior warning or indication of stalling until vehicle no longer accelerates and then seconds later loses power steering. Usually I can get to the side of the road and pull out of traffic. However last night was not the case. I stalled in a construction zone, with concrete barriers on both sides. I pulled over as far as I could and was nearly hit multiple times by semis and other vehicles. I had my 4 children in the car with me and they are traumatized now. They were bawling because they thought they were going to get hit. We had a sheriff call for a tow truck which was not free. We were left stranded in the dark, in the cold, for an hour just this incident. It once was an issue that only happened occasionally. It happened 6 times this past week while I was out of state for holidays. This is my only means of transportation and having a newborn I have to be able to get around safely. I will state again NO warning prior, and no engine light after to diagnose the issue. Myself and my 4 children could have lost our lives last night. The officers who stopped could have lost their lives the passerby could have lost their lives. This vehicle is a death trap. They need to recall all of them to locate the real problem before tragedy strikes. I wouldn’t even give this vehicle away that’s how unsafe it is.
while driving my 2013 town and country it will shut off everything will shut down no light no power steering this has happen about ten times over the last few months
The contact owns a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country. The contact stated while placing the car seat in the third row and attempting to latch the seat belt, the seat belt failed to latch as needed. The dealer was contacted and recommended having a Fire Station install the car seat in the vehicle. The manufacturer was contacted, and a case was filed. The failure mileage was 70,000. The VIN was not available.
Vehicle shuts off while driving, stopping and slowing down.
UNKNOWN. Inexplicably, the driver's headrest had deployed (see photos). I noticed it while opening the vehicle's driver door in a parking lot. The vehicle was not parked near any other vehicle. I brought the minivan to the closest Chrysler dealer. For more history please see text that immediately follows from my original 3/2024 communication to you. Original 3/24 Request #1488564 Case/Reference [XXX] The case concerns a driver’s headrest that deployed in 2022. On [XXX], 2022 I brought my 2013 Chrysler Town & Country mini-van to Schumacher Chrysler of Delray Beach, FL. After 2 days (on [XXX]) the service advisor informed me that their parts department didn’t have a matching headrest in stock and they would have to order one. At that time the vehicle had 68,530 miles. I followed up monthly, then bi-monthly, then quarterly until October 2023. At that point (XXX) I called your office where it was assigned case [XXX]. Your office told me to call Stellantis, which I did the next day. It became their case [XXX]. They told me that they’d contact the dealer, Schumacher, and I’d hear from the dealer “soon." I never did and I finally called Stellantis on [XXX] as followup; 4 1/2 months is a long time for “soon." Stellantis claimed they tried calling me in December 3 times. I never received any such calls or phone messages (and in checking caller id on my phone — which I basically never erase — had no record of any phone calls from either Stellantis or Schumacher. You’d think someone would have the courtesy to leave a message.) Stellantis told me yesterday that I needed to start-over; make the 25 mile round-trip drive to Schumacher (the closest Chrysler dealership) to “diagnose” the problem. What is there to “diagnose” on a deployed headrest that they, Schumacher, already saw and diagnosed? I am requesting that you, NHTSA, take this matter “under your wing." INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
Sitting in my parked car and the front driver side AHR deployed without cause and hit me very hard in the head.
Right headlight stopped working, tried replacing bulb, but still did not work. One year before Bettenhausen Chrysler had replaced bulb in April 2021. July 20, 2022, I took the car in to Bettenhausen and they fixed the light, but wanted to charge almost $2,000. I had a Mopar 10% off coupon, which brought the cost to nearly $1,700 that I had to pay. Having working headlights is a legal & safety requirement after dawn and during rain, otherwise a driver can be ticketed. Headlights have been on cars for over 100 years, have not had this kind of problem and expense. Chrysler designed the headlight operation so technically complicated and epensive that defies logic. My vehicle only has about 70,000 miles on it. This is a failure of Chrysler, and I should get a full reimbursement. I have been loyal to this brand since 1981, having bought at least 13 new top of the line vehicles, they need to be loyal to me. I have contacted their customer complaint department, but have not heard from them yet. I sent them the dealer work order and a copy of my paid receipt. Headlights not working are a real safety concern, and I had no choice but to get the repair. My case number is 83729232 with Chrysler. Even the dealer service workers thought the cost is rediculous, and I think it outrageous! I need an advocate to get a full reimbursement!
The front passenger headrest deployed . There was no collision, did it for no reason. The plastic catches broke causing it to deploy. If this had impacted my wife’s head it could have injured her, if this happens to the drivers side while someone is driving and impacts the driver it could cause them to lose control of the vehicle.
I had bought 2 graco nautilus snuglock 3-in-1 harness booster and I have used only one and had one in another car for my parents and the one I was using I had bought in Feb of this year and I went to take it out of the car to clean it and when I took the headrest off the Styrofoam also came off. I have contacted graco and they said it's ok to use but for me I feel it's unsafe as my child has autism and she has cancer. I do have pictures if you want to see them

The contact was able to drive to his residence and safely exited the vehicle with his wife and their four children. No injuries were sustained and no medical attention was received. No police or fire department reports were filed. The contact opened the hood and saw that it had caught fire. The contact was able to extinguish the fire with a fire extinguisher. The vehicle remained at the contact's residence and was not yet deemed totaled by the insurance company. The dealer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. Prior to the failure, the contact stated that there was smoke coming from underneath the hood. The vehicle then stalled and was not able to restart immediately. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that there was fluid leaking from the oil filter housing. The failure mileage was 156,058.
Vehicle shuts off during travel. Randomly happens. Mechanics says there is no know issues.
I’ve recently purchased this vehicle used, it had 117,000 miles when purchased. Twice in the month I have had it has it stalled out at high speeds on the interstate. Lost all power, no power steering, would not crank over. No warning lights of any potential issues prior to either instances. Not showing a check engine light after either. This could have been deadly for myself, my children. And any other driver on the road as we lost the ability to control the vehicle.
Used key fob to open rear liftgate in order to put packages in , liftgate opened like normal I bent in to place packages inside and the liftgate came backdown and hit my head and then went back up a few inches and came back down again hitting my head again before I had a chance to move out of the way. I had to go to the hospital, I had head and neck pain ,to get checked out and was told I wad whiplash.
The contact owns a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country. The contact stated while driving 30 MPH and approaching a stop sign while depressing the brake pedal the vehicle failed to stop. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact stated she began to forcefully depress on the brake pedal and was able to stop and park the vehicle. The contact was able to continue driving the vehicle. The contact stated she continued to experience the failure. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer however, the mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure. The contact stated she continued to experience the failure. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 36,000.
The contact owns a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the check engine warning light illuminated, and the vehicle started rough idling. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and diagnosed with a cylinder #4 misfire. The mechanic replaced the spark plugs, coils, and fuel injector; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but informed the contact that the VIN was not included in the Extended Warranty X56. The failure mileage was approximately 127,000.
The issue is the fuel pump relay which is internal to the total intigrated power modual or tipm. The van wouldn’t start.
My back driver side sliding door stopped working and I had to remove my grandchild from the window because the car was loaded and packed for a trip. Then about 5 months after the door stopped my passenger and driverside windows would roll down and immediately back up and then down and not close. This caused extreme cold for passengers in the vehicle since we were driving in bad weather and could not stop to try to get them rolled up. Having only 1 back door that works makes it completely impossible to load and unload my family and it bothers me if there were an emergency and had to exit vehicle I wouldn't be able to get all my grandkids out in a timely manner. When I pull up to a construction zone and have to stop I have to open my door to hear to talk to them which caused them to tell me to stay in vehicle and they get scared for my safety with my door open. I cannot communicate with drive up tellers and it is impossible to order from a drive thru when I have to open door or if I get pulled over by a cop and he tells me to roll window down I have to open door and he takes secure measures thinking I am going to do something bad when I have to talk to him with door open cause windows don't work. Then about 3 months ago the same noise and situation started happening with the back 2nd row windows and therefore I have not been able to use any windows in my van because I am scared they will remain open and my vehicle will be a target for theft or vandalism
The car will not start when cold. We did replace the battery and a few other parts. But it can not be diagnosed. My girls and I were stranded in the cold, far from home due to the issue. When it gets nice out than the van starts. I think sometimes should be done, due to family kids, and handicap need accessible vans.
My vehicle will shut down randomly. If I am driving down the highway ot will turn off. If I am at a stoplight it will turn off. It seems this might be in the ignition switch. Sometimes it will start back up with no problem, and other times it will start and turn off immediately. When this happens I lose my breaks due to the van shutting down. If scares me when I have to cross multiple lanes of traffic with the other lanes traveling 65 mph. If I approach railroad crossings as well. To help answer the following question - this happens frequently. Multiple times week while driving.
The rear drivers side sliding door no longer functions. The issue began when the door would intermittently make a buzzing sound but would not open or close. Shortly after, the door continued the first issue but also began pulsating when it actually would open. Around the same time these issues began, the door started opening by itself while driving. Though i have not had any accidents yet, several near misses have occurred due to the confusion and stress that this generates. The opening while driving issue occurs most often when on the highway. The primary passengers in the rear are children so there is heightened risk based on their very appropriate age based reaction of panic. The door is also no longer opening electronically from the key fob nor from the front seat buttons.
Consistent failure of the "Total Integrated Power Module" which controls so many items in the car such as windshield wipers, windshield defroster fan, exterior lighting systems, heater fan, the ability for the car to start, the horn may or may not sound and many other accessory related items. It is a very WELL KNOWN failure of these modules and they are basically un available blamed on the supply chain problems. As a result of these problems in this very well known module failure cars have become basically un-able to drive safely or not at all and sit in dealers service areas waiting for these modules to be replaced at the owners cost in most cases in excess of $1,000.00 for a part that is a known failure in design by Chrysler Corporation and their various owners (Mercedes Benz, Fiat, Stellantis) and others unknown at this time. This is against the Consumer Product Safety Commission as well as the National Highway Transportation Safety Commission to have so many defective modules that create unsafe conditions for the vehicle owners where they are concerned about their own safety as well as the safety of those they share the roads and highways with. I am along with many others asking you to look into this situation and find some kind of remedy to correct this ongoing problem for consumers and the safe operation of the vehicles that they operate on the roads of America as well as foreign countries.
Our van just stops running when driving. This causes the power steering and brakes to stop working, no warning at all anything is happening. This has happened several times in the last three days. I coasted to side of road once. I almost rear-ended and was almost rear-ended in same incident today due to sudden shut off. I fear for my life and family safety. I have a son who travels in a wheelchair in the vehicle and our only transportation. My son cannot go to school now as he has no transportation to get there since this is his wheelchair van. He cannot ride in a regular vehicle, he must ride in his powerchair due to mobility and specialized seating. Two weeks ago, vehicle acted like we didn't have traction and wheels locked up. That has happened several times. Then two days before the stop running started the traction control light came on but it was perfectly normal driving situations. Light turned off after car was turned off and hasn't come back on. No warning lights or other alerts have come on in van. Very costly, TIPM system was replaced November 2020 due to issues with vehicle power issues on not starting fully and loosing power.
What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? While driving the entire engine and system shut off. All powered functions ceased and i was left to pull over with no power steering, the brakes didn't respond as well, signals weren't working either. Once pulled over I was able to restart the car with no issue, but the vehicle has continued to randomly lose all power, it seems to occur more frequently when when braking or slowing down. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? It was put at great risk as the car could have lost control and i was at limited capacity to correct with no engine power or other powered functions. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? No warning.
Integrated fuel pump relay went out and horn started sounding and wouldn't turn off. Fuel pump relay won't work and horn relay won't turn off.
The passenger front seat head rest deployed on its own. It looks like a plastic pin inside the headrest broke and popped open by itself!!!! This is very dangerous. I should not have to pay for this dangerous manufacture defect!!! The vehicle was never in a accident!!!!
While I was driving, the head rest popped apart making an extremely loud noise and hitting me in the back of the head with a great amount of force. I thought I had been rear ended it was so hard. I’m in pain and lucky I had just pulled off the highway because I would have wrecked. Chrysler needs to do something about this. It was bad. Consumer had sore head and neck injuries. Case number [XXX] from Chrysler. INFORMATION Redacted PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).”
My Chrysler Town and Country has serious electrical issues. It started with the radio shutting off and restarting by itself, which is not a serious issue at all. But yesterday, at a red light, the radio shut off and so did the car. The engine stopped working, the accelerator pedal would not respond. It was terrifying. Thankfully we were at a red light, but if this were to happen on a busy highway, or even just on a regular street with traffic, it could be a life threatening situation. From what I have researched online, this is a common problem with Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge cars. Legal action has been taken and class action lawsuits were filed to address this matter. The Center for Auto Safety (CAS) asked this very own NHTSA to open an investigation into faulty TIPM, which seem to be the problem that causes these cars to very dangerously completely shut off even while driving, causing drivers to lose control of the steering and of the brakes. The CAS estimated 7 million Chrysler vehicles have power issues related to the TIPM. One month after receiving a class action lawsuit, Chrysler issued a recall for 189.000 Dodge Durango and Jeep Grand Cherokee with bad TIPMS. 189.000. Out of SEVEN MILLION. This is absurd. It seems as if Chrysler is waiting for someone to be killed due to this issue so they can take it seriously and actually issue the recall to all the cars that have this problem, not a tiny fraction of them and not only because it is directly related to a lawsuit. Unfortunately, despite multiple claims throughout the years that not only this is a common problem with Chrysler, but that the corporation is well aware of it and negligently refuses to address the issues, the NHTSA rejected the CAS petition to investigate this problem. Proof is definitely not amiss, as a quick internet research will produce thousands upon thousands of reports of the same problem on the same car. This needs to be a recall URGENTLY, and not only after someone dies.
Over a year ago, we began to have a problem in which the vehicle would, on occasion, not start. The “check engine” light would come on, along with another icon that looked like a lightning bolt between two inverted parentheses. Sometimes it started up on the first try, other times it would take a few attempts, and sometimes it would not start at all. Then a new wrinkle emerged: the van conked out on us a few times while on the road -- once while merging onto a highway. We now had a serious (and potentially dangerous) problem on our hands. We had the fuel pump replaced, but the problem persisted. I took the van to our local Chrysler dealership to have them figure it out. They replaced the throttle body and cleaned the fuel injectors and fuel system. I drove the car home without incident, but the following morning, I tried to start it, and the same old situation emerged — the engine cranked but never turned over. I then had it towed back to the dealer for another round of diagnostics. I mentioned that I had seen on the Internet about a possible faulty Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM), an issue in various Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram products. Later they called saying the battery was the problem (even though they earlier reported that the battery was okay), and had nothing to do with the TIPM. For about a week, the van is started up without a hitch, but then same old hesitating-before-starting situation reared its ugly head, albeit briefly. It is only a matter of time before it stalls out again in traffic. These vehicles should be recalled and the TIPM needs to be replaced.
Both power sliding doors are malfunctioning. The will not close when using the remote on the key fob or the buttons inside the cabin. There is also no visual (lights) or sound signal alerting us to the failure of the door operation. The door remained open after passengers exiting the vehicle while in public parking lots and at our residence. Intermittently the power sliding doors stop working at all and do not open all the way and get stuck half way opened causing a safety hazard for my family members.
Passenger side headrest airbag deployed into back of passenger’s head while the vehicle was moving at a slow rate of speed, approximately 25 mph on school/residential street.
On multiple occasions, and without warning, the car died while driving creating extremely dangerous and stressful situations. Additionally, the defective fuel pump relay caused the fuel pump to run even when the car was not running. This then caused damage to the fuel pump and required replacing both the relay and pump itself. As the Fuel Pump relay is a single unit soldered together, it could not be independently tested during normal checks. A recall was issues and executed for the same issue on Jeep and Durango models. I also see that this was brought up previously for this T&C model but was determined not to warrant a recall. A known, dangerous, costly, and preventable issue that was corrected elsewhere but not in this model. How is that possible? I've noted approximately the first time I recall the car shutting itself off while driving (this was not the only or last time it happened - nor is it the date of service when we had to pay to have the car repaired).
The contact owns 2013 Chrysler Town & Country. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle stalled without warning. The contact managed to coast the vehicle to the shoulder of the roadway and turn the ignition switch to the off position and waited for approximately 20 minutes before restarting the vehicle and the vehicle resumed normal functionality. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed however, the mechanic was unable to duplicate the issue. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure recurred. The vehicle was then taken to an independent mechanic to be diagnosed. The mechanic was unable to retrieve a fault code. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 114,200.
Passenger seat headrest blew open while driving to work today. No accident involved. Just bam! Looks like the plastic pieces holding a pin in place gave out.
The active headrest restraint of the front passenger seat deployed, while the van was parked in our driveway. The plastic brackets were broken, so there was no way to reset the headrest. The vehicle was not in any type of collision when the headrest safety feature was activated.
I have written an email today to: customerservicesinternational@fcagroup.com; communication@stellantis.com, investor.relations@stellantis.com about the following issue on my 2013 Town and Country Touring. I am hoping they will respond to my request asap. Here is the note (minus the personal details): On July 27, 2021, I went to my driveway and saw that something was amiss with the driver’s headrest. It seemed to have deployed for no reason. I Googled this and learned that it is a defective Active Head Restraint (AHR) system in many Chrysler vehicles, where the plastic breaks off and the headrest deploys unexpectedly when the car is not involved in an accident. I went to have a closer look and sure enough, the plastic piece in the headrest had broken off, causing the headrest to deploy. Because the plastic is broken, I cannot get the headrest to go back into place. This is definitely a defective part in the manufacturing of the vehicle. I am lucky that I was not driving at the time as I am sure it would have given me whiplash on top of the shock of having something like that explode behind my head which could have caused an accident. I read online that there are several class action suits in process for this exact issue against Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. I don’t necessarily want to take part in the law suit -- I just want to get this headrest fixed so that the car is safe to drive again. How can such an important component of the car just give away like that, time and time again, and not be a recall? There have been other recall issues on this car regarding the airbag -- but not this headrest, although I believe that Fiat Chrysler is well aware of the issue. In any case, since it is not a recall issue, I am asking that you kindly extend my warranty to 10 years/unlimited mileage to cover this faulty headrest, and I will get it fixed as soon as possible. I am attaching pictures to show you the headrest, VIN, and odometer. Please rectify this situation. Thank you
My 18 year old son was driving my 14 year old daughter on I97 in Maryland when the passenger seat active head restraints headrest deployed startling both of my kids. No injuries or accidents but pretty scary at 65 MPH
The drivers side sliding door of my 2013 Chrysler Town & Country will not open. It is stuck closed. Mechanic says it is a faulty actuator and will require a $700 repair, for one door. An online search revealed that many other consumers are experiencing this same problem. I'd like to hold Chrysler responsible for this repair. I'm concerned that, in an emergency, my children may not be able to get out of the car. And, if the left door is faulty, how long before the part in the right-side door goes out, too? I do not want to be responsible for $1400 to repair faulty manufacturer parts. Please advise!
On occasion at least four different times in the past two months, my vehicle has completely shut off while I am driving it. In an instant, a warning comes on my dash that has a lightening bolt, the engine and all electrical/power shuts off, the wheel locks, and I am only able to brake. I have taken it to the dealership where they charged me $100 to find what the issue was, even though unsuccessful. They said because the vehicle showed no codes, they didn’t know the reason for the malfunction, and sent me home. I called Chrysler Recall and they said because there are no open recalls, they are unable to help me. When searching online, I see a lot of people have had this exact same issue but no one helps them fix it. Lawsuits have emerged. Accidents have happened. I have three small children who rely on me and my vehicle. It is completely unsafe for us to drive and for others around us on the road. No one will help diagnose or fix the problem. I need help fast! Please help me.
On multiple occasions while driving, the vehicle has simply powered itself off without warning. In addition to the engine cutting off, all interior features and lights also lose power. To restart the vehicle, you must remove the key from the ignition, put the car in park, and then put the key back in with your foot on the brake. This is incredibly dangerous. Diagnostic error codes do not capture the cause of the issue.
THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING AT 70 MPH, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT ALL OF THE OIL HAD LEAKED OUT OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THE OIL WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH THE OIL COOLER NEEDING TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 132,157.
The rear passenger sliding door lock actuator has failed. There is a loud buzzing noise when the door unlocks. I was told eventually the lock will fail entirely which is a huge safety risk. There would be the potential for someone to steal the car or worse.
THE VANS POWER WOULD FLICKER ON AND OFF MULTIPLE TIMES. THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WOULD TURN ON AND OFF. THE RADIO ON AND OFF. ALL DASH LIGHTS ON AND OFF. THEN DRIVING 26MPH ONE DAY IT DID THIS AND THE WHOLE ENGINE SHUT OFF WITH THE KEYS IN THE IGNITION WHILE DRIVING. I LOST ALL POWER, POWER STEERING, AND BRAKES! BATTERY WAS REPLACED AND THE ISSUES KEPT GETTING WORSE.
