The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the massage "Blind Spot Service Unavailable" was displayed and the blind spot arrow was present in the driver’s side mirror causing a visibility hazard for the driver. The contact indicated that while driving in the dark the arrow created a glare in the side mirror making it difficult to view images in the mirror. Additionally, a constant audible chime was present while operating the vehicle. In addition, the back-up camera was also inoperable. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were not yet contacted. The failure mileage was 120,000.
