EVERY TIME I UNLOCK OR OPEN MY VEHICLE DOORS THE CAR MAKES A LARGE PEEP NOISE LIKE THEIR IS A SHORT IN THE ELECTRICAL OR MAYBE A FUSE. IT SOUNDS LIKE A LOUD BUZZER NOISE LIKE FROM A BIG X OF A WRONG ANSWER ON THE SHOW FAMILY FEUD! THAT'S THE ONLY WAY I CAN EXPLAIN THE LOUD NOISE. THE VEHICLE IS ALWAYS NOT RUNNING AND IN PARK WHEN IT MAKE THIS NOISE! IT HAPPENS AFTER I UNLOCK THE VEHICLE AND OPEN ANY DOOR EVEN THE SLIDING PASSENGER DOORS.
THE DRIVER'S SIDE SLIDING DOOR IS STUCK IN THE LOCKED/CLOSED POSITION. I TRIED TO OPEN IT WITH MY KEY, THE BUTTONS ABOVE THE REAR-VIEW MIRROR, AND MANUALLY WITH NO LUCK. TOOK TO DEALER, AND WAS TOLD IT IS A COMMON PROBLEM THAT THEY FIX REGULARLY, BUT THERE IS NOT RECALL. I JUST FIXED THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR LESS THAT A YEAR AGO, AND NOW I AM DEALING WITH THE DRIVER'S SIDE. IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENGY/ACCIDENT, HOW ARE MY KIDS SUPPOSED TO GET OUT A A VAN WITH A DOOR THAT WILL NOT OPEN MANUALLY? IT IS ONLY A 2016.
I LOVE THE TOWN AND COUNTRY VAN, AND THIS IS MY 3TH CAR - MY 2016, I HAVE THIS CAR SINCE NEW, RIGHT NOW IT HAS 80,000 MILES AND 2 WEEKS AGO IT STARTED WITH A LIGHT TICKING NOISE IN THE ENGINE (WHEN ENGINE IS ON IN PARK OR DRIVING), AND NOW IT IS GETTING WORSE OVER THE WEEK - I TOOK MY CAR TO DEALER AND THE COST WILL BE AROUND $1000 USD - DEALER MENTIONED THAT THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND TOO MANY CARS AFFECTED, AND IT BECUSE ON ENGINE PENTASTAR WITH 3.6LTS THE CAMSHAFT HAS A LOOSE ROLLER BALANCING (ORIGINAL PART#: 0518.4296 AH008) WHICH IS DOING THE NOISE - THE PART PRICE IS A COUPLE DOLLAR, BUT THE LABOR IT IS EXPENSIVE) - I NEED YOUR SUPPORT TO FIX THIS ISSUE ON MY CAR
I HAVE A 2016 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY WITH 89,000 MILES. MY SLIDING DRIVER SIDE DOOR WON'T UNLOCK OR OPEN. WAS ABLE TO GET DOOR UNLOCKED, BUT HAD TO PULL THE PLUG TO DISABLE THE LOCKING MOTOR TO STOP THE LOUD GEAR GRINDING SOUND EVERY TIME THE ELECTRIC DOOR LOCK WOULD ENGAGE. DID NOT WANT THE DOOR LOCK TO BE IN THE LOCKED POSITION IF OR WHEN THE GEARS WOULD POSSIBLY GRIND DOWN TO NOTHING. CAN ONLY MANUALLY OPEN AND CLOSE THE DOOR AND MANUALLY LOCK AND UNLOCK IT ALSO. ALL OTHER ELECTRICAL FUNCTIONS LIKE POWER WINDOWS, POWER OPEN/CLOSE FUNCTION, AND LATCH ASSIST NO LONGER WORK DUE TO DISCONNECTING THE POWER SUPPLY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY IN THE GARAGE WHEN THE PROBLEM WAS DISCOVERED. IT WAS TWO MONTHS BEFORE I GOT THE DOOR UNLOCKED AND ABLE TO OPEN FROM INFO ON THE INTERNET.

DOORS MAKING BUZZING SOUND WHEN OPENING OR UNLOCKING. NOISE JUST STARTED AFTER OWNING FOR FOUR YEARS.
SLIDING DOOR LOCK ACTUATORS FAILED ON BOTH PASSENGER SIDE AND DRIVERS SIDE BEFORE 38,000 MILES CREATING A SAFETY ISSUES WHEREBY PASSENGERS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO EXIT VEHICLE IN CASE OF CRASH OR FIRE.
AT 61,609 MILES "THE TORQUE CONVERTER CAME APART" RUINING THE TRANSMISSION. THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT ENGAGE IN GEAR; WHEN DRIVING IT WOULD NOT STAY IN GEAR. THIS OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING WHILE I WAS ON THE ROAD AND ALMOST CAUSED AN ACCIDENT SINCE THE VEHICLE SLOWED DOWN SUDDENLY AND WITHOUT WARNING. IN ADDITION TO NEEDING A NEW TRANSMISSION, I WAS TOLD THE "COMBO COOLER" ALSO NEEDED REPLACED. *TR
WHEN EVER THE REAR LEFT SLIDING DOOR LOCKS OR UNLOCKS, THERE IS A VERY LOUD BUZZING SOUND. *TR
SLIDING DOOR ACTUATORS FAIL OFTEN ON TOWN & COUNTRY VANS. MY FAMILY HAS OWNED THREE DIFFERENT MODEL YEARS IN THE PAST 10 YEARS, AND EACH ONE HAS HAD THE SLIDING DOOR ACTUATORS REPLACED. WHEN THEY FAIL, THEY ARE EITHER STUCK TO THE OPEN OR CLOSED POSITION, SO IF OPEN YOU CANNOT MANUALLY LOCK YOUR CAR DOOR, AND IF CLOSED (LOCKED) YOU CANNOT UNLOCK IT OR OPEN THE DOOR. THIS COULD BE A SAFETY CONCERN IF AN ACCIDENT OCCURRED AND THE ONLY DOOR TO GET OUT WAS STUCK IN THE LOCKED POSITION.
DRIVING ON CITY STREET, TRANSMISSION STARTED MAKING A WHINING NOISE AND LOST POWER. *TR
ONE DAY THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN WITH FOB OR INSIDE CONTROLS. IT ALSO WOULD NOT UNLOCK ALTHOUGH THE OTHER DOORS WOULD. WE TRIED MANUALLY PRESSING THE LOCK LEVER BUT IT WOULD NOT BUDGE. AFTER REPEATEDLY UNLOCKING/LOCKING THROUGH THE FOB, IT WAS FINALLY ABLE TO OPEN. HOWEVER, NOW WHEN IT LOCKS, IT MAKES A LOUD SHORT BUZZING SOUND. THIS ALSO HAPPENS WHEN I FIRST START DRIVING (ENGAGING AUTOMATIC DOOR LOCK ABOVE A CERTAIN SPEED). FROM WHAT I'VE READ ONLINE AS REPORTED BY OTHERS, IT APPEARS TO BE THE DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR. *TR
DRIVING AND THE ENGINE SLIPS AND SUDDENLY SHIFTS ALMOST MAKING ME HAVE AN ACCIDENT AND THEN GO OUT COMPLETELY AND CAR WON'T DRIVE. THE CAR IS UNDER 100,000 AND TRANSMISSION SHOULDN'T BE GOING OUT. IM READING A LOT OF THIS HAPPENING WITH THE 2016 TOWN AND COUNTRY. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. *TR

HELLO, I PURCHASE MY 2016 TOWN AND COUNTY AS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE. I HAD HOPES THAT THIS WOULD BE THE LAST FAMILY VEHICLE THAT I WOULD PURCHASE TO TRANSPORT MY BUSY FAMILY. HOWEVER, THE TIME THAT I HAVE USED THIS MINI VAN HAS BEEN A SERIES OF PROBLEMS. THE MAIN ONE IS THE REOCCURRING PROBLEMS WITH THE PLASTIC EXTERIOR PARTS TO THIS VEHICLE CONSTANTLY COMING OFF. THE B PILLAR APPLIQUE, LEFT - MOPAR (5020665AD) AND RIGHT B PILLAR APPLIQUE, RIGHT - MOPAR (5020664AD) ARE THE TWO PARTS THAT I AM REPLACING CONSTANTLY. THE LAST INCIDENT WAS BOTH PARTS CAME OFF ON A BUSY HIGHWAY AND ALMOST HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE. THESE PLASTIC PARTS ARE UNSAFE AND A HAZARD. THEY ARE NOT DESIGNED TO STAY ON THE VEHICLE. I TOOK MY VEHICLE IN TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THE QUOTE WAS OVER 300 DOLLARS TO REPLACE. THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW CHEAP AND POORLY DESIGNED THIS VEHICLE IS. I AM NOT A HAPPY 2016 TOWN AND COUNTRY OWNER. I WANT THE MANUFACTURER/ MOPAR TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT!
WHILE AT A RED LIGHT VEHICLE BEGAN RUNNING ROUGH AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON DROPPED OFF AT ARIGO DODGE WEST PALM BEACH WAS TOLD MY MOTOR HAS MISFIRE ON #. 4 DEALER SHIP SAID IT HAS A CRACKED HEAD . THE VEHICLE HAS 98,000 MILES OUT OF WARRANTY NO COVERAGE OR PROGRAMS. *TR
THE AUTO DOOR LOCKS ON THE REAR SLIDING DOORS JAMMED AND STOPPED WORKING. AFTER MANUALLY UNLOCKING THE DOORS, THEY NOW BOTH WORK, BUT THE LOCK ACTUATORS ON BOTH SLIDING DOORS MAKE A LOUD BUZZING SOUND. THE PASSENGER SIDE REAR DOOR DOES IT WHEN IT UNLOCKS, AND THE DRIVER SIDE REAR DOOR DOES IT WHEN IT LOCKS. *TR
I WAS DRIVING MY CARE WHEN THE VEHICLE STOPPED MOVING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. THE CAR WOULD EITHER NOT GO INTO GEAR OR WHEN IT WOULD IT WOULD SHIFT EXTREMELY HARD. SOMETIMES THE CAR WOULD REV TO 3-4 RPMS BUT WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE WHILE OTHER TIMES THE CAR WOULD BE DRIVING AND THEN RPM VERY LOW, VERY SUDDENLY. ALTHOUGH MY CAR IS NOT SHOWING A SPECIFIC RECALL WHEN A VIN SEARCH IS COMPLETED, I DID FIND A LARGE AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS WHICH WERE VERY SIMILAR TO MINE AND THOSE VEHICLES WERE SAME MAKE AND YEAR.
DOOR ACTUATORS ARE DEFECTIVE AND MAKE BUZZING NOISES. AS ACTUATORS CONTINUE TO FAIL, WE FEAR OPERATION OF DOORS COULD ALSO FAIL POSING A SERIOUS SAFETY PROBLEM! MANY PEOPLE ARE REPORTING THE SAME PROBLEM. VERY EXPENSIVE TO FIX. THIS IS AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING DEFECT. IT SHOULD BE RESOLVED WITH NEW, NON-DEFECTIVE ACTUATORS BY CHRYSLER. FOR NOW, OUR TOWN & COUNTRY IS STATIONARY WITH ENGINE ON OR OFF WHEN BUZZING SOUNDS, BUT OTHERS HAVE REPORTED THIS PROBLEM WHEN THEIR CHRYSLER IS IN MOTION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT YET REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 51,200.
WHEN I REACH 40-50 MPH MY CAR WILL NOT SHIFT AND IT SOUNDS LIKE I AM RUNNING OVER RIDGES IN THE ROAD. TOOK IT TO DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID I NEED TO REBUILD MY TRANSMISSION BECAUSE OF THE TORQUE CONVERTER. IT WAS NOT THROWING OUT A CODE AT ALL. QUOTED ME $2,600.
WHILE WE ARE DRIVING THE VEHICLE WILL START TO JUMP AROUND AND WE HAVE TO TAKE OUR FOOT OF THE PEDAL. THEN WHEN WE ARE GOING UP ANY KIND OF HILL OR MOUNTAIN WE LOSS POWER AND ALMOST COME TO A COMPLETE STOP EVEN WHEN WE PRESS THE PEDAL ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR. THE AMOUNT OF SPEED WE LOSS IS VERY UNSAFE AND VERY ALARMING. HOW IS THERE NOT A RECALL ON THIS, I HAVE SEEN STORY AFTER STORY ABOUT THIS. IT HAPPENS TO US EVERY SINGLE DAY, THERE IS NOT A DAY THAT WE DON'T HAVE THIS ISSUE WITH THIS VEHICLE.

PRIMEWELL VALERA TIRE DOT Y9H3 LEHX 4217 . EXPERIENCED FATAL SEVERE SIDEWALL TEAR (RUPTURE) WHILE DRIVING (FREEWAY) UNDER NORMAL ROAD CONDITIONS. RAPID LOSS OF TIRE PRESSURE 13LBS OR LESS AND INABILITY TO PROPERLY CONTROL AND DRIVE THE VEHICLE. THESE PARTICULAR BRAND OF TIRES WERE MANUFACTURED BY GITI CORPORATION IN INDONESIA IN 2017. MANUFACTURER HAS RECALLED NEARLY 400,000 TIRES OF THIS EXACT BRAND AND MANUFACTURE DATE DUE TO SIDEWALL RUPTURE (SEVERE TEAR) FROM NORMAL USE. I TALKED WITH GITI TECHNICAL SERVICES AND THEY CLAIM THIS TIRE DOT IS NOT ON THEIR RECALL LIST. NO COLLISIONS INVOLVED.
AS OTHERS HAVE DESCRIBED, I AM GOING THROUGH THE SAME ISSUE WITH MY VEHICLE. I WAS DRIVING WITH MY FAMILY TO DINNER ABOUT AN HOUR AWAY AND AS SOON AS WE GOT OFF THE HIGHWAY THE CAR SHUT DOWN AS I WENT TO BREAK. I HAD THE CAR TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE THEY SCANNED THE CAR AND THE CODE CAME UP AS PUMP FAILURE IN THE TRANSMISSION. THE DEALERSHIP AND THE MANUFACTURER HAVE BOTH TOLD ME THERE IS NO RECALL ON THIS VEHICLE. YET EVERY ONE IN THIS COMPLAINT FORUM FOR THIS SPECIFIC VEHICLE HAVE SAID THEY HAVE LOOKED ONLINE TO CHECK FOR RECALLS AND ONE OF THE RECALLS FOR THE 2016 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY IS A TRANSMISSION PUMP FAILURE. ARE OTHER WEBSITES THAT RUN VIN CHECKS GIVING OUT MISLEADING INFORMATION OR IS IT THAT MULTIPLE PEOPLE WITH THIS VEHICLE ARE ALL HAVING THE SAME ISSUE WITH THERE CAR STALLING OUT AND LOSING MOTIVE POWER. I WAS DRIVING MY VAN AND STARTED TO FEEL IT SHIMMYING. I PULLED INTO A PARKING LOT AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. THE VAN IDLED ROUGH, SO I TOOK IT TO MY LOCAL CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP. THEY SAID THAT THE CODE READ AS A MISFIRE ON CYLINDER 4. THEY CHECKED MY SPARK PLUGS AND COILS AND DID SOME SWITCHING AROUND. THE ENGINE LIGHT WENT OFF. THAT NIGHT, I WAS DRIVING AND THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN. THE VAN STARTED SHIMMYING HARD, AND I HAD TO DRIVE VERY CAREFULLY, AS MY RPM'S DROPPED TO 500 THE WHOLE DRIVE HOME. THE NEXT MORNING I BROUGHT IT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP, AND THEY LOOKED AT IT AGAIN TO SEE WHAT THE ISSUE WAS, AND IT ENDED UP BEING A BAD CYLINDER HEAD. IT MAY BE A WEEK OR SO BEFORE THEY CAN GET THE PART IN AS IT IS ON NATIONAL BACKORDER.
SLIDING DOORS STARTED BUZZING, DAYS LATER THE DOOR WAS IN THE LOCKED POSITION AND WOULD NOT OPEN WITH MY CHILDREN INSIDE AFTER I HAD RETURNED FROM THE STORE. I HAD TO ROLE THE WINDOW DOWN TO GET THEM OUT. WHAT IF THAT HAPPENED DURING AN EMERGENCY? FAULTY DOOR ACTUATORS ARE A SAFETY HAZARD. THE CORRECT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN TO FIX THIS PROBLEM BEFORE SOMETHING PREVENTABLE HAPPENS.

THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 99,000.
NEED NEW ACTUATOR.....BUZZING NOISE WHEN WANTING TOOPEN SIDE POWER DOORS
THE GAS LIGHT DOESNT COME ON UNTIL THE CAR IS IN RED AND ALMOST EMPTY. THE GAS LIGHT DOESNT COME ON IN ADVANCE.
REAR DRIVERS SIDE AND PASSENGERS SIDE DOORS INTERMITTENTLY REMAIN LOCKED AND WILL NOT OPEN OR UNLOCK CAUSING CONCERN FOR THE SAFETY OF THE PASSENGERS INSIDE. ALSO INTERMITTENTLY REMAINS UNLOCKED WHICH COULD BE ANOTHER SAFETY AND SECURITY ISSUE. ENGINE ALSO STUTTERS AT LOW SPEEDS. I HAVE ALREADY HAD THIS REPAIRED BY A LOCAL DEALERSHIP ONLY TO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM A FEW WEEKS LATER.
SLIDING DOOR MAKES A LOUD BUZZING NOISE WHEN I UNLOCK ANY OF THE DOORS AS WELL AS WHEN I OPEN THE BACK HATCH. SINCE I DON'T OPEN THE DOORS WHEN THE CAR IS MOVING I DON'T KNOW WHETHER OR NOT IT WOULD MAKE THE NOISE WHEN MOVING BUT IT DOES WHEN I AM NOT MOVING.
Passenger sliding door does not lock, manually nor remotely. There lock actuator is completely malfunctioned.
MY VEHICLE BROKE DOWN WHILE DRIVING DOWN A MAIN ROAD. VEHICLE STARTED STUTTERING AND STOP MOVING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. I HAD TO BE TOWED FROM THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD. THE MECHANIC TOLD ME IT IS THE TRANSMISSION PUMP THAT HAD SEIZED AND FAILED. HE ALSO SAID THERE IS A RECALL ON MY YEAR VEHICLE. MY VEHICLE VIN IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL BUT IT PRESENTING WITH THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM AS THE STATED IN THE RECALL. MY VEHICLE ALSO HAS A CRACKED LEFT CYLINDER HEAD. VEHICLE BEGAN SHAKING AT IDOL. I BROUGHT THE VEHICLE INTO THE SHOP AND WAS TOLD IT IS CODE P0304 CYLINDER 4 MISFIRE. I WAS TOLD THE LEFT CYLINDER HEAD NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. WAS TOLD BY MECHANIC THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING PROBLEM WITH THIS PARTICULAR ENGINE BUT NO RECALL ISSUED FOR MY VEHICLE. I BELIEVE THAT BOTH OF THESE ISSUES SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER THE RECALL. MY VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED AT A CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP AND I'VE ONLY HAD IT FOR 2 YEARS. I HAVE MAINTAINED IT WELL AND HAD ALL SERVICES PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE SINCE I'VE HAD IT. IN ITS STATE IT IS NO LONGER DRIVE ABLE AND THE COST OF REPAIR EXCEEDS THE VEHICLES WORTH, MAKING IT A TOTAL LOSS.

THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 75,118.
WHILE DRIVING HOME FROM GAS STATION, VAN STARTED MAKING WHINING NOISE AND THE RPM WOULD JUST JUMP UP ALL ON ITS OWN. THIS IS A VAN AND HAVE CHILDREN THAT RIDE IN IT REGULARLY AND THANKFULLY THEY WAS NOT IN THE CAR AT THAT TIME. WAS ABLE TO SAFELY MAKE IT HOME AND PARKED THE CAR. SPOKE TO A MECHANIC AND DETERMINED IT WAS A TRANSMISSION PUMP PROBLEM. I LOOKED UP MY VIN NUMBER AND ACCORDING TO MULTIPLE WEBSITES THERE WAS A RECALL ON THE VAN DURING A SPECIFIC TIME FRAME MY VAN WAS MADE. WHILE LOOKING MY VIN NUMBER UP ON WEBSITE THOUGH HOWEVER IT SAYS THERE IS NO RECALLS ON MY VAN. EVEN THOUGH ACCORDING TO THE MAIN WEBSITE MY VAN SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER THE MONTHS THE RECALL WAS MADE FOR??? THE WEBSITE SAYS IT IS COVERED UNDER RECALL BUT TYPING IN MY VIN NUMBER THERE IS NO RECALL?? THAT MAKES NO SENSE. THE CAR WOULD JUST RANDOMLY EXCELERATE AND JUMP RPM WHILE DRIVING. I'M VERY LUCKY THERE WAS NO ONE ON THE ROAD OR NO CHILDREN IN THE CAR. I WORK SUNDAYS AT MY EMPLOYMENT AND HAD TO TAKE THE DAY OFF DUE TO NOTHING BEING OPENED TO GET FIXED. WHY IS ONE WEBSITE SAYING MY CAR IN COVERED BUT ANOTHER IS SAYING THERE IS NO RECALL???? I READ SEVERAL COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER PEOPLE. IF THE MANUFACTURE MADE 37000 CARS WITH THIS RECALL PROBLEM AND IT ENDED UP BLOWING THAT MANY PEOPLES TRANSMISSION UP, SHAME ON THEM FOR NOT COVERING THEIR PRODUCT. MILES ARE RIGHT AROUND 100000.

Left Sliding Door Locked and would not open. This has happened twice since I have owned this vehicle: 01/06/2020 and again 06/01/2021. Both times Door Lock Actuator had to be replaced. This is very dangerous......emergency situations with child in backseat .......would have to access child from right sliding door ! Wasting precious time . I tried multiple ways to get door unlocked both times but to no avail.

THE TRANSMISSION STOPPED WORKING WHILE DRIVING AND IN MOTION. I WAS UNABLE TO MOVE AWAY FROM ONCOMING CARS BECAUSE I HAD NO PROPULSION. I WAS IN A STREET TURNING LEFT AND ONCOMING TRAFFIC WAS COMING DOWN THE HILL.
I HEARD A WHINING FROM THE ENGINE AFTER TRAVELING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. CHECKED ENGINE WITH NO NOTICEABLE CAUSE. AFTER TRAVELING FURTHER, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND THE WHINE GOT WORSE. TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP THE NEXT DAY AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE TRANSMISSION PUMP HAD FAILED.
LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES 2016 Town and Country sliding doors could not be opened. The door(s) could not be opened either by using the mechanical handle or electronic remote switches or controls. Both of the sliding door lock actuators when the consumer operates either one or both sliding door locks not functioning and/or emitting a loud buzzing noise during lock/unlock operation. NHTSA Action Number: PE21016 defect that was identified in the lock actuator that could lead to the locks failing or creating the buzzing noise
THE VAN LOST POWER AND WOULD NOT SHIFT ABOVE FIRST GEAR. IT WOULD REV THE RPMS AS IF IT WERE IN NEUTRAL. IT ALTOGETHER QUIT MOVING ONCE I WAS ABLE TO GET IT BACK INTO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD.
