THE BRAKE PEDAL EXTENDED TO THE FLOORBOARD AND POPPED BACK UP WHEN DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 13,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 17,386.
