The vehicle was restarted; however, occasionally the vehicle was slow to restart or failed to restart. The contact stated that the failure was related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V813000 (Electrical System). The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who determined the TIPM had caused the failure. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed on the highway, the vehicle stalled. The contact was able to pull over safely, and two hours later after several attempts, the vehicle restarted. The contact thought the failure was related to the fuel and added to the vehicle. There was half a tank of fuel in the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, who was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000.
