VEHICLE CONSTANTLY VIBRATES. FASTER VEHICLE GOES, THE FASTER IT VIBRATES. DEALER HAS REPLACED FRONT AND REAR BEARINGS/ PUT A 2ND SET OF TIRES/ CHANGED STRUTS, AND REALIGNED THE VEHICLE TO RECTIFY PROBLEM, NOTHING WORKS. *AK *SLC
CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING 45MPH ON HIGHWAY IN A SINGLE LANE, AND VEHICLE IN FRONT STOPPED SUDDENLY. CONSUMER'S VEHICLE HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM BEHIND, AND DUAL AIRBAGS DIDN'T DEPLOY. SHE WILL CONTACT DEALER. *AK
THE GAS PEDAL BROKE OFF FROM THE ACCELERATOR CABLE WHILE WE GOING 65 MPH AND MY SON HAD TO DRIVE TO SAFTY BY REACHING DOWN TO THE FLOORBOARD AND PULLING THE CABLE WHILE TRYING TO STEER THE VAN, AS WE WERE IN A CONSTRUCTION ZONE AND THERE WAS NO WHERE TO PULL OVER. THIS SEEMS LIKE A VERY UNSAFE PROBLEM. *AK
WHILE TRAVELING AT APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH VEHICLE SUDDENLY THREW ITSELF INTO PARK AND BROUGHT VEHICLE TO A COMPLETE STOP. DEALERSHIP COULD NOT REPRODUCE PROBLEM WITH VEHICLE, AND INFORMED CONSUMER THEY COULD FIND NOTHING WRONG. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/ATTACHMENTS. *AK
WHILE VEHICLE WAS PARKED COULD SHIFT GEAR WITHOUT STEPPING ON BRAKE PEDAL. HAD CONTACTED DEALER FOR THIS SITUATION BECAUSE BELIEVED IT WAS A SAFTY PROBLEM. *AK CONSUMER TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALER AND WAS TOLD THAT SHIFTER OPERATION IS OPERATING TO DESIGN INTENT.*JB
VEHICLE WAS PARKED, MOTOR RUNNING, CONSUMER BUMPED GEAR SHIFT AND VEHICLE WENT INTO REVERSE. BRAKE WERE NOT APPLIED. *AK
YOU CAN MOVE THE SHIFT LEVER FROM PARK TO DRIVE WITH OUT ANY CONTACT WITH THE BRAKE. NORMALLY IN OTHER VEHICLES, YOU MUST DEPRESS THE BRAKE BEFORE YOU CAN MOVE THE SHIFT LEVER OUT OF PARK. THIS IS DANGEROUS AS A CHILD COULD TAKE HOLD OF THE SHIFT LEVER AND MOVE IT INTO GEAR CAUSING A POSSIBLE ACCIDENT/INJURY. I CONTACTED THE DEALER ABOUT THE PROBLEM. THEIR RESPONSE WAS NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT, THEY ALL DO THAT!*AK
VEHICLE WENT INTO REVERSE WHEN GEAR SHIFTER WAS BRUSHED LIGHTLY BY A CHILD BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SHIFT INTERLOCK SYSTEM. DEALER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED.*AK CONSUMER WAS INJURED WHILE ATTEMPTING TO STOP VEHICLE, SHE WAS HIT WITH THE DOOR ON LEFT SIDE AND TWISTED HER ANKLE. *SLC
BRAKE FAILURE WHILE APPLYING BRAKE AT A LOW SPEED, VEHICLE WOULD NOT STOP. NO SIGN OF FAILURE WAS GIVEN. DEALER NOTIFIED, AND WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE PROBLEM. FEEL FREE TO PROVIDE ANY FURTHER DETAILS ON THIS MATTER. *AK
THE ABS INDICATOR LIGHT ON THE DASHBOARD INSTRUMENT CONTROL PANEL INTERMITTENTLY COMES ON. DURING THE TIME OF THE LIGHT BEING ON WE EXPERIENCE A GRINDING/RUBBING WHEN APPLYING THE BRAKES. SOMETIMES THE BRAKES WILL RUB AND GRIND AND THEN THE ABS LIGHT WILL COME ON. WE HAVE HAD THE R/F WHEEL SPEED SENSOR AND WIRING REPLACED TWICE, WE'VE ALSO HAD THE MASTER CYLINDER REPLACED ALSO. THERE ARE ALSO ASSOCIATED PROBLEMS THAT FAIL TO GET FIXED OR THEY GET FIXED AND THEN REOCCUR LIKE. THE SPEAKERS IN THE FRONT BUZZ LOUDLY THE LIGHTS INSIDE THE CAR WHEN IT IS DARK OUTSIDE SOMETIMES DIM AND FLICKER. JUST RECENTLY THE IGNITION SWITCH WENT DEFECTIVE FOR NO APPARENT REASON WE'VE HAVE HAD THIS VEHICLE IN THE SHOP OVER 6 TIMES AND IT IS GETTING OLD. I AM CONCERN ABOUT MY VEHICLES SAFETY NOW MORE THAN EVER BECAUSE IT TRANSPORTS MY WIFE, SON AND MY SOON TO BE BORN CHILD. I DON'T WANT TO BE CALLED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO FIND OUT MY FAMILY WAS IN A ACCIDENT OR MAYBE WORSE. I JUST WANT MY VEHICLE FIXED RIGHT ESPECIALLY THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY CHARGED ME FOR THIS VEHICLE OR A VEHICLE THAT IS SAFER THAN MY CURRENT. CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 35MPG ON A SIDE STREET AND ANOTHER VEHICLE RAN A STOP SIGN AND RAN INTO SIDE OF CONSUMER'S VEHICLE. VEHICLE WAS TOTALED. DRIVER'S SIDE AIRBAGS DIDN'T DEPLOY, AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES. *AK *JB

TRANSMISSION OIL WAS LEAKING FROM WHERE THE SOLENOID PACK HAD TO BE REPLACED, ALSO, ENGINE OIL GASKET PAN HAD TO BE REPLACED. *AK *SLC
CRANKSHAFT WAS LEAKING OIL. SEALS HAD TO BE REPLACED DUE TO AMOUNT OF OIL THAT WAS LEAKING. TECHNICIAN DID NOT KNOW WATH CAUSED LEAKAGE.*AK
WHILE DRIVING COULD STEP ON THE BRAKES PEDAL AND BRAKES WILL GRIND LIKE METAL TO METAL. ROTORS AND PADS HAD TO BE REPLACED. *AK

CONSUMER IS ABLE TO SHIFT THROUGH ALL GEARS WITHOUT PUTTING FOOT ON BRAKE. TEST DROVE OTHER 2000 MODELS ON DEALER LOT, ALL DO THAT, 2001 MODELS DON'T. *AK
DISFUNCTIONAL FRONT END HEIGHT CAUSING FRONT BUMPER TO GRAB WHEN PARKING AT PARKING BUMPERS, WHICH TORE LOOSE THE BUMPER/FENDER. ALSO MAKES IT SO THAT IT BOTTOMS OUT AT NORMAL DRIVING CONDITIONS.
MY GRAND CARAVAN WAS HIT FROM BEHIND WITH SUCH FORCE THE REAR OF THE VAN LIFTED OFF THE GROUND. AT IMPACT MY DRIVERS SEAT BROKE, RECLINING ME, MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO REACH THE BRAKES TO STOP MY VAN. I HIT THE CENTER MEDIAN (FAST LANE) WITH THE LEFT FRONT FENDER, BLOWING THE TIRE AND BREAKING AXLE THE VAN THEN BOUNCED ACROSS LANES HITTING BRIDGE RAILING AND CEMENT WALL WITH RIGHT FRONT FENDER BLOWING THAT TIRE AND THEN BACK TO THE MEDIAN (FAST LANE), AND CAME TO A STOP AGAINST THE MEDIAN. I WAS TOLD BY THE INSURANCE INVESTAGATOR MY CARAVAN WAS BEYOND REPAIR DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGE.*AK
AFTER FILLING MY 2000 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN WITH GASOLINE LAST NIGHT, I HEARD SOMETHING GIVE WAY UNDER THE CAR AS I WAS DRIVING HOME. I DISCOVERED THE BRACKET HOLDING THE GAS TANK UP HAD COME APART. BY THE NEXT MORNING, THE GASOLINE TANK HAD COLLAPSED ONTO THE ROAD. WHEN THE TOW TRUCK CAME TO HAUL IT TO THE REPAIR SHOP, THE FUEL PUMP PULLED AWAY FROM THE TANK AND DUMPED THE LOAD OF GASOLINE ONTO THE ROAD - A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION. *TR

CONSUMER WAS STOPPED, AND THEN WAS REARENDED. POWER DRIVER SEAT BROKE ON IMPACT, AND RECLINED ALL THE WAY. DAMAGE TO VEHICLE SO FAR WAS $ 10000.00, STILL AT DEALER.*AK ONE PERSON WAS INJURED IN THE ACCIDENT. *JB
VEHICLE WOULD START TO PULL TO LEFT WHEN CONSUMER WAS DRIVING. CONTACTED DEALER, AND DEALER HAD REPLACED BRAKES AND TIRES, THINKING THAT WAS THE PROBLEM, BUT THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTED. *AK. A BAD TIE ROD FAILURE CAUSED THE VEHICLE PULL TO THE LEFT. *YH
OUR VEHICLE IS ON TRANSMISSION #3 AND IT IS LESS THAN 7 MONTHS OLD. IT ALSO HAS A FRONT END SUSPENSION PROBLEM THEY HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO FIX. IT HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP A TOTAL OF ALMOST 30 DAYS AND OUT OF COMMISSION FOR ABOUT 37.
I HAVE REPEATEDLY TAKEN THE VAN IN FOR REPAIRS FOR FUEL MILEAGE AND PINGING UNDER ACCELERATION AS WELL AS RATTLING IN THE STEERING COLUMN, INTERMITANT WIPERS WILL STOP WORKING INTERMITANTLY. THE MOST RESENT PROBLEM IS THE VENTS ON THE DRIVERS SIDE OF THE DASH BOARD CANNOT BE SHUT OFF WHILE THE HEATER IS ON, THIS CAUSES MY HEAD TO GET VERY WARM WHILE MY FEET ARE COLD. THE WIPER SWITCH, BODY COMPUTER AND MOTOR HAVE BEEN CHANGED AT 4 SEPERATE TRIPS TO THE DEALER AND THIS HAS NOT REPAIRED THE PROBLEM. ALL OF THESE COMPLAINTS HAVE CAUSED THE VAN TO BE OUT OF SERVICE FOR 14 DAYS AT THE DEALER, NONE OF THE PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN RESOLVED.
VEHICLE WAS REAR ENDED. UPON IMPACT, LATCHES ON REAR SEAT MOVED, CAUSING SEAT TO GO FORWARD. DEALER HAS INSPECTED VEHICLE.*AK
VEHICLE WENT OVER SOME ROAD DEBRIS AND FILLER TUBE GOT KNOCKED OFF. IT WAS EXPOSED UNDER VEHICLE & COULD BREAK LOOSE, OR IF SPARKED IGNITED. DEALER VERY UNCONCERN CONSUMER. ALTHOUGH WARRANTY WAS GOOD ON VEHICLE CONSUMER HAD TO PAY $818 FOR A NEW FUEL TANK. DEALER SAID CONSUMER WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR ROAD HAZARD. *AK
SUMMARY: SINCE NOVEMBER 2000 MY 2000 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP 7 TIMES RELATED TO THE BRAKE SYSTEM FAILING. THREE OF THOSE TIMES THE MASTER CYLINDER WAS REPLACED. THE MOST RECENT OCCURANCE WAS NOVEMBER 16TH. THEY ARE ONCE AGAIN FAILING. THE FOLLOWING IS THE TIMELINE OF REPAIRS: 11/29/00 MCKINNEY DODGE, 15,396 MILES, MASTER CYLINDER REPLACED, FRONT BRAKE ROTORS RE-MACHINED; 02/06/01 @ 19,224 MILES, SYSTEM "SLUSHY"- BRAKES BLED; 02/28/01 @ 20,334 MILES, SYSTEM "SLUSHY"- BRAKES BLED; 03/03/01@ 20, 527 MASTER CYLINDER REPLACED; 04/17/01, BENSON DODGE, 22,097 MILES, SYSTEM "SLUSHY" BRAKES BLED; 04/16/01 DAIMLER/CHRYLSER CONTACTED, REF # 8524982; 11/16/01 @ 32, 328 MILES, MASTER CYLINDER REPLACED; 11/16/01 DAIMLER/CHRYSLER CONTACTED, REF # 9367556; 11/19/01 @ 32,500, RETURNED TO BENSON DODGE, MASTER CYLINDER LEAKING FLUID; 01/07/02 DAIMLER CHRYSLER CONTACTED, REF# 9519579. THE VEHICLE IS GOING TO BENSON DODGE TOMORROW (01/08/02) ONCE AGAIN FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. THE BRAKE SYSTEM IS ONCE AGAIN "SLUSHY" AND THE PEDAL IS GRADUALLY GOING TO THE FLOOR.*AK
REPORTING A PROBLEM WITH TIRES CAUSING A 2000 DODGE, GRAND CARAVAN TO SLIP WHILE DRIVING ON WET CONDITION ROAD. GOODYEAR NOTIFIED, AND WOULD REPLACE TIRES WITH SAME BRAND. SEEKING HELP FROM NHTSA IN THIS MATTERS. *AK GOODYEAR CONQUEST TIRE (P215 65 R15) DOT # M6VFAKDR1500. *SLC
HI, MY NAME IS [XXX], I LIVE IN BRADLEY, IL. IN JUNE OF 2000, MY HUSBAND AND I PURCHASED A 2000 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN FROM, TAYLOR DODGE IN KANKAKEE, IL. ON OCTOBER 20, 2000 WITH ONLY 4500 MILES ON IT THE VAN BEGAN SLIPPING INTO NEUTRAL WHILE DRIVING. THIS VAN HAS BEEN IN OVER AND OVER TO THAT SHOP. I HAVE BEEN WITH OUT MY VAN ON A REGULAR BASIS, WITH OUT RESOLUTION. THE OWNER OF THE DEALERSHIP, [XXX], WAS IN THE VAN - IN HIS SHOP AND THE VAN DROPPED INTO NEUTRAL WHEN HE PUT IT INTO DRIVE. (NOT MOVING). AFTER MANY VISITS OF WE CANNOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM, THE CHRYSLER CORP WAS CONTACTED BY DODGE. A RETURN FAX TO THE PRIOR SERVICE MANAGER [XXX] , TOLD THEM NOT TO DO ANYTHING UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS DUPLICATED. I HAVE TALKED TO [XXX] ASKING HIM TO REPLACE THIS VAN, OF COURSE HE CANNOT DO THAT. I HAVE EMAILED DODGE CORP ASKING THEM TO FIX OR REPLACE AS THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE. A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO THEY REPLACED THE TRANSMISSION, WITHIN 2 WEEKS THE VAN WAS DOING THIS AGAIN. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD GET BACK WITH ME. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK. THE RESOLUTION THIS TIME WAS BRING IT IN WILL TAKE IT FOR A DRIVE. WHICH OF COURSE I DID, OF COURSE IN A 10 MINUTE DRIVE IT DID NOT DO THIS. THE BOTTOM LINE IS, I CANNOT MANIPULATE THE VAN TO DO THIS AND WHEN YOU ARE DRIVING 45 MILES PR HOUR AND THE VAN DROPS INTO NEUTRAL IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE. WE HAVE HAD MANY CLOSE CALLS WITH THIS VAN IN BEING REAR END. I HAVE PUT LARGE SIZE LEMONS IN MY WINDOWS AND PAINED ON THE VAN, 3 YEARS AND DODGE CANNOT FIND PROBLEM, I HAVE ONLY 35,000.00 MILES AND HAVE HAD PROBLEMS SINCE 4500, I PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ABOUT 15 MONTHS AGO DUE TO THESE ISSUES. TODAY DODGE TELLS ME THAT UNTIL A CERTIFIED SERVICE PERSON, EXPERIENCES THE PROBLEM FIRST HAND, NOTHING WILL BE DONE. CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 35MPH ON HIGHWAY AND WENT TO APPLY BRAKES AND THERE WAS A LOUD STREAKING NOISE. HE TOOK VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP. MECHANIC TOLD HIM THAT BRAKES AND ROTORS WERE BAD. DEALERSHIP REPLACED THE BRAKES.*AK THE CUSTOMER STATES THAT RECALL ON ROTORS AND BRAKES IS OVER DUE BECAUSE THE PROBLEM HAD EXISTED AND THE MANUFACTURER IS AWARE OF IT SINCE 1996. *YH

FIRST NOTICED BUMPING NOISE UNDER FRONT END WHEN I WAS MAKING A RIGHT TURN AND GOING OVER A DIP OR BUMP IN THE ROAD. EVENTUALLY, THE NOISE HAPPENED TURNING LEFT OR RIGHT OR GOING OVER ANY BUMPS OR DIPS IN THE ROAD (EX. RAILROAD TRACKS, SPEED BUMPS ) THE FRONT END OF VAN SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS ACTUALLY HITTING THE PAVEMENT. THE DEALERSHIP REPLACED THE SWAY BAR BUSHINGS THE FIRST FIVE TIMES, THEN THE SIXTH TIME WE TOOK IT IN, THEY REPLACED THE STRUTS AND THE SWAY BAR LINK AS WELL. THAT WAS JULY 2001. AS OF 2 WEEKS AGO (DEC. 2001) THE BUMPING NOISE UNDER THE VAN HAS STARTED AGAIN.
DASHBOARD LIGHTS GO OUT CONSTANTLY. ALSO, DOOR LOCKS DON'T WORK INTERMITTENTLY. TOOK VEHICLE TO DEALER 5 TIMES, CANNOT REMEDY PROBLEM. DASHLIGHTS LIGHTS WENT OUT 18 TIMES WITHIN 10 DAYS.*AK
AT 50 MPH ON A CURVE STEERING GEAR LOCKED AND WOULD NOT ALLOW DRIVER TO FOLLOW CURVE SO VEHICLE CROSSED YELLOW LINE ,AS DRIVER APPLIED BRAKES, AND LUCKILY THE ONCOMING TRAFFIC WAS ABLE TO MERGE LEFT. BRAKING ALLOWED THE STEERING TO RETURN AND SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY CONTINUE TO OUR HOME. 2ND PROBLEM CONSISTED OF CLUNKING SOUND WHEN MAKING LEFT TURNS IN NEW GEARBOX SO IT WAS REPLACED @ 15,537 MILES.*AK
THERE IS NO BRAKE SHIFT INTERLOCK ON THE 2000 DODGE GRAND CARAVANS. THE OMISSION OF THIS IMPORTANT SAFETY DEVICE CAUSES THE VEHICLE TO BE ABLE TO EASILY SHIFT INTO ANY GEAR, WITHOUT HAVING TO FIRST PRESS THE BRAKE. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN WITH SMALL CHILDREN ESPECIALLY, AND EVEN FOR ADULTS WHO MAY BUMP THE GEAR SHIFTER. I KNOW THAT 12 STATES ARE CURRENTLY INVOLVED IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST DAIMLERCHRYSLER REGARDING THIS SAFETY ISSUE. I HAVE CONTACTED 2 DODGE DEALERSHIPS, AS WELL AS THE DAIMLERCHRYSLER CORPORATION IN MICHIGAN REGARDING THIS. NO ONE WILL FIX THE PROBLEM, NOR WILL THEY ESCALATE THE ISSUE FOR ME. ONE DEALERSHIP SAID THEY THINK IT WILL EVENTUALLY BECOME A NATIONAL RECALL. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THAT POINT IN TIME COMES (IF IT EVER DOES). THE VEHICLE HIT A STOP SIGN, DRIFTED THROUGH AN INTERSECTION, AND WAS HEADED DIRECTLY TOWARDS A TELEPHONE POLE. *JG
YEAR 2000 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN REJECTED IN EMISSIONS TESTING WITH ON-BOARD COMPUTER. VAN COMPUTER CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH EMISSIONS TESTING COMPUTER. EMISSIONS CENTER NOTED CHRYSLER SERVICE BULLETIN 18-10-00 AND SUGGESTED DEALER SERVICE FOR "RE-FLASHING" AT OWNER EXPENSE. I HAD ATTEMPTED TO BE PROACTIVE BEFORE TESTING UPON HEARING OF OTHER COMPLAINTS ON SAME ISSUE BY CONTACTING CHRYSLER AND ALEXANDER DODGE (DEALER). CHRYSLER INITIALLY DENIED KNOWLEDGE OF ANY EMISSIONS PROBLEMS. AFTER THE DEALER CONFIRMED A PROBLEM AND STATED THERE IS ONLY A 50/50 CHANCE THE VAN WILL PASS EMISSIONS AND AFTER I OBTAINED THE SERVICE BULLETIN #, ONLY THEN DID CHRYSLER SAY THERE WAS AN ISSUE BUT THEY REFUSED TO TELL ME ABOUT IT UNLESS I PROVIDED THEM WITH A VISA OR MASTERCARD NUMBER. I AM AMAZED THAT CHRYSLER IS NOT STANDING BY THEIR PRODUCT OR CUSTOMERS. THEY WANT ME TO PAY THEM SO THEY CAN TELL ME ABOUT THEIR PROBLEM WITH THEIR VEHICLE AND THEN THEY WANT ME TO PAY THEM TO FIX THEIR PROBLEM. IF CHRYSLER KNOWS THERE IS A PROBLEM, THE DEALER KNOWS THERE IS A PROBLEM, AND CUSTOMERS CANNOT GET EMISSIONS TESTING OR RENEW VEHICLE TAGS, THEN WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT CHRYSLER NOT ASSISTING THE CONSUMER?*AK

YEAR 2000 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN - SERPENTINE BELT TENSIONER FAILED RESULTING IN SHREDDED BELT AND TOWING. VAN HAD ONLY APPROXIMATELY 47,500 MILES. REPAIRED AT GOODYEAR FOR APPROX. $200 (INCLUDING NEW BELT) WHO INDICATED THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM SUCH THAT THE DODGE DEALER HAD MORE THAN 15 IN STOCK. FORTUNATELY THIS OCCURRED NEAR A POLICE STATION WHERE MY WIFE GOT ASSISTANCE (SINCE STEERING, ETC. HAD NO POWER AND NOT ON THE HIGHWAY OR RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN HAZARDOUS. I HAVE ALSO READ OTHER COMPLAINTS FROM OWNERS WITH THIS SAME ISSUE. *AK

FIVE DAYS IN DEALER'S BODY SHOP AND ONE DAY IN SERVICE SHOP, UNABLE TO STOP THE WATER LEAK INTO FRONT DRIVER-SIDE CABIN. THE WATER LEAKS INTO VEHICLE WHEN IT RAINS. VEHICLE IS ALWAYS PARKED WHEN WATER COMES INTO CABIN. IT COMES IN WITH HEAVY OR LIGHT RAINS. BODY SHOP MANAGER REMEMBERS TWO OTHER VEHICLES WITH WATER LEAK PROBLEMS.
BRAKE FLUID LEAKAGES DUE TO A DEFECTED MASTER CYLINDER COVER. DEALER NOTIFIED AND TEMPORARILY FIXED THE PROBLEM UNTIL A REPLACEMENT PARTS ARRIVED. TWO MONTHS HAVE PAST AND STILL NO PART. *AK *ML
