POWER STEERING FLUID LEAK FROM THE CRIMPED END OF THE POWER-STEERING PRESSURE HOSE. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH, HE SMELLED A BURNING ODOR AND NOTICED SMOKE EMITTING FROM THE REAR WINDOW POWER SWITCH. THERE WERE NO VISIBLE FLAMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, WHO STATED THAT THE REAR WINDOW POWER SWITCH WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE MECHANIC DISABLED AND REMOVED THE POWER WINDOW SWITCH. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 69,795.
AT 30,015 MILES MY AIR CONDITIONER STOPPED WORKING AND BLOWING HOT AIR. I HAVE TAKE IT TO THE DEALERSHIP, WHERE I HAD BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW AND WAS TOLD SINCE IT WAS OVER 30,000 MILES IT WAS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY. ONLY 15 MILES OVER. I AM A 70 YEAR OLD WOMAN ON A FIXED IN COME. YOU PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE AND EXPECT THINGS TO WORK OR LAST PAST 30,000 MILES. SHAME ON DODGE AND CHRYSLER FOR NOT BACKING THERE PRODUCTS. *TR
I WAS PULLING INTO A PARKING SPOT AT SAM'S CLUB IN WOODBURY, MN. AS I WAS PULLING IN, MY VAN RAPIDLY ACCELERATED AND HIT THE CAR PARKED ACROSS FROM ME HEAD ON. IT FELT AS IF I WAS RIDING A BUMPER CAR AND I WAS WHIPPED AROUND A CORNER. MY VEHICLE SUFFERED DAMAGES AT APPROXIMATELY $2600--SO IT WASN'T JUST A SIMPLE BUMP. I AM REASONABLY CERTAIN THAT THIS WAS NOT USER ERROR ON MY PART. THE BRAKES WERE REPAIRED APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE ACCIDENT. *TR

THE CONTACT WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER:11V139000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) AND THE RECALL REPAIR WAS PERFORMED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. THE IGNITION WAS TOUCHED WHILE DRIVING AND THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING TWICE. THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WARNING LIGHTS AND GAUGES RANDOMLY SHORT CIRCUIT WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO BE RESTART THE VEHICLE ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AFTER THE SECOND ATTEMPT IN PARK. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR INSPECTION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AND DID NOT PROVIDE A REMEDY. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS A SEPARATE PLASTIC KEY TO START THE VEHICLE WHICH WAS FRACTURED ON ONE SIDE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AND ATTEMPTED TO SHUT OFF THE VEHICLE, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO TURN OFF. THE IGNITION REMAINED SEIZED ON THE ACC MODE. THE CONTACT RESTARTED VEHICLE IN ORDER TO UNLOCK THE IGNITION AND TURN VEHICLE OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A REPAIR SHOP OR THE DEALER FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE BUT PROVIDED NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 58,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 58,800.
WE HAD A VERY LOUD SCRAPING NOISE COMING FROM OUR REAR DRIVE SIDE TIRE. AT FIRST IT WAS WHEN YOU APPLIED THE BRAKES BUT IT QUICKLY BE CAME CONSTANT. WE CALLED THE DEALER AND THE QUICKEST WE COULD GET IN WAS 4/30/13. THE DEALER LET US KNOW THAT THE REAR CALIPER SADDLE CEASED AND THIS CAUSED SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE ROTOR AND THE PADS. THE CALIPER IS UNDER WARRANTY BUT THE DAMAGE IS CAUSES IS NOT. I DID A SEARCH AND IT LOOKS LIKE THIS IS AN ISSUE WITH THESE VANS BUT NO RECALL FROM DODGE. THEY DID HOWEVER ADD AN EXTENSION TO THE FRONT BRAKES BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL SO CAUSING ISSUES IN THESE VEHICLES. LOOKS LIKE THEY NEED TO DO THE SAME FOR THE BACK. I AM LOCATED IN CANADA. *TR
THE DISTANCE WAS ABOUT 35 MILES FROM OUR HOME, BOUT 45 MINUTES DRIVE. DRIVER DIDN'T NOTICE ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE ENGINE OR SEE ANY WARNING LIGHTS. THE CAR WAS SWAYING LIKE ON A WINDY DAY, ANOTHER CAR HONKED AT US, THEN WE HEARD LOUD ROAD NOISE. WE PULLED OVER AND TURNED OFF THE ENGINE. SAW THE REAR PASSENGER TIRE WAS FLAT TO THE RIM. NOTICED A SMOKY SMELL. SAW LITTLE PUFFS OF WHITE SMOKE COMING FROM UNDER THE HOOD. TO BE SAFE WE REMOVED CHILDREN FROM THE CAR; TWO 4 YR OLD CHILDREN WERE IN THE BACKSEAT BUCKLED IN THEIR CAR-SEATS. INFANT WAS IN THE MIDDLE DRIVERS SIDE SEAT BUCKLED IN HIS CAR SEAT. DRIVER AND CAR OWNER WERE IN THE FRONT. KEYS WERE REMOVED FROM THE IGNITION. WE WALKED AWAY FROM THE VEHICLE, WAITED AT THE FENCE-LINE AWAY FROM THE VEHICLE WHILE CALLING FOR A TOW. SMOKE APPEARED TO HAVE STOPPED FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES. SUDDENLY BLACK SMOKE STARTED POURING OUT OF THE ENGINE, EMBERS DROPPING TO THE ROAD FROM UNDER THE FRONT OF THE CAR. WE MOVED THE CHILDREN FURTHER AWAY FROM THE VEHICLE. SEVERAL TRUCKERS PULLED OVER AND BROUGHT FIRE EXTINGUISHERS. ONE OPENED THE HOOD FLAMES FLARED UP THE FIRE TRUCK ARRIVED AFTER THE FIRE HAD BEEN EXTINGUISHED. ONE SAID THE FIRE APPEARED TO HAVE STARTED IN THE FAN. THE CHP OFFICER SAID THE FIREFIGHTERS WOULD DISCONNECT THE BATTERY. WHEN WE LOOKED AT THE INSIDE OF THE FRONT OF THE CAR EVERYTHING WAS BURNT AND MELTED, THE HOOD WAS BUCKLED, FRONT GRILL MELTED. THE FIRE WAS EXTINGUISHED BEFORE THE REST OF THE CAR WAS DAMAGED. *TR

THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE REFUELING, A PASSENGER OPENED THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR AND IT STRUCK THE CONTACT'S HAND, CAUSING HIM TO RELEASE THE FUEL NOZZLE. THE CONTACT FELT IT WAS A MOST DISASTROUS DESIGN FLAW. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 64,000.
VEHICLE FULL LOADED WITH FAMILY OF 5 AND AT HIGHWAY SPEED BEGAN TO SHUTTER VIOLENTLY WHEN BRAKING IN TRAFFIC. THIS WAS NOT THE ACTIVATION OF ABS. STABILITY AND CONTROL SEEMED AT RISK AS WELL AS BRAKING POWER. GENERAL STYLE OF DRIVING IS TO COAST A GREAT DEAL FOR GREATER GAS MILEAGE SO THIS EVENT MAY MIRROR SIMILAR EVENTS RELATED TO FAILED, INADEQUATE, OR DETERIORATED BRAKES AT LOWER MILEAGES. AUTHORIZED DEALER INDICATED THE BRAKES WERE FINE BUT THEY WILL CONTINUE TO VIBRATE/SHUDDER DUE TO "RUST" AND "PITTING". DEALER'S EXPERIENCE WHEN TEST DRIVING WAS WITH ONLY ONE PERSON, THE DRIVER, IN THE VEHICLE. WHEN THERE IS ONLY ONE DRIVER THE SHUDDERING IS TOLERABLE RATHER THAN FULLY LOADED WHERE CONTROL AND STABILITY BECOME A SIGNIFICANT CONCERN. DEALER INDICATED THAT IF I DID NOT LIKE THE SHUDDERING OF THE VEHICLE, THEY WOULD HAPPILY REPLACE THE BRAKE ROTORS AND THE PADS. IN THE INTEREST OF SAFETY FOR MY FAMILY, I CHOSE TO REPLACE THE BRAKE ROTORS AND PADS. THIS IS THE EARLIEST I HAVE EVER REPLACED BRAKES ON A NEW VEHICLE. I WANTED TO SHARE THIS INFORMATION SINCE IT FALLS INTO PLACE WITH SIMILAR INFORMATION BEING SHARED TO HELP OTHERS IN EVALUATING WHETHER OR NOT TO PURCHASE THIS VEHICLE. THIS EXPERIENCE WILL BE SOMETHING TO CONSIDER IN MY FUTURE VEHICLE PURCHASES. THE NEW BRAKES WORK VERY WELL WITHOUT ANY SHUDDER/SHAKING/VIBRATION. I AM HOPEFUL THE NEW BRAKES WILL LAST MORE MILES THAN THE ORIGINAL SET. *TR
ON 3/29/2013 MY DAUGHTER AND HER FIANCE WERE USING MY VAN, FIANCE WAS THE DRIVER. HE HIT A 200+LB ROCK THAT WAS PARTIALLY IN THE ROAD. THIS SENT HIM OFF THE ROAD WHERE HE HIT A PARTIALLY BURIED ROCK WALL FROM THE 1600'S, THIS SENT THEM AIRBORNE SCRAPING SOME TREES ALONG THE WAY. THEY LANDED ABOUT 20 FEET AWAY, NOSE DOWN INTO ANOTHER SECTION OF ROCK WALL, ALSO BURIED. THIS LAUNCHED THEM FURTHER UP THE EMBANKMENT CAUSING IT TO BE LODGED ON A STUMP. THERE WAS OVER 8,000 IN DAMAGE, THE FRONT BUMPER WAS ALL MESSED UP. THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. ONLY ONE SEATBELT LOCKED CAUSING INJURY TO MY DAUGHTER WHEN HER FACE SLAMMED OFF OF THE TOP GLOVE BOX, NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE. I HAVE SERIOUS CONCERNS ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE VEHICLE. I HAVE SMALL GRANDCHILDREN THAT RIDE IN MY VAN ON A REGULAR BASIS. I HAVE VOICED MY CONCERNS TO MY INSURANCE CLAIM REP, THE ADJUSTER, THE BODY SHOP, MY DEALERSHIP AND DODGE ITSELF. ALL I'M LOOKING FOR IS A STRAIGHT ANSWER ON WHY THIS HAPPENED. IF THE AIRBAGS SHOULDN'T HAVE DEPLOYED BECAUSE OF THE TYPE OF ACCIDENT, OK, TELL ME WHY, BUT THAT SEATBELT FAILURE, THAT'S A MAJOR DEAL. I CANNOT ACCEPT IT'S A FLUKE, OR COULD BE, OR I DON'T KNOW. THIS IS MY FAMILY. I LOVE MY VAN BUT WITH NO ONE WILLING TO HELP ME GET ANSWERS I JUST DON'T WANT IT. *TR
WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY I NOTICED A BURNING SMELL. I PULLED OVER AND NOTICED SMOKE COMING FROM THE REAR BRAKES. I WAITED UNTIL THE SMOKE CLEAR AND THEN CONTINUED DRIVING. WHEN I REACHED HOME, I NOTICED THAT THE REAR ROTORS LOOKED LIKE IT SOMETHING WAS DIGGING INTO THEM. I BOUGHT THIS CAR FOR MY FAMILY TRAVEL, WITH 2 YOUNG KIDS (2 AND 6). I AM STARTING TO FEEL UNSAFE. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE BECAUSE OF ALL OF THE COMPLAINTS. *TR

THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE TIRE SENSOR UNIT INDICATED THAT ONE OF THE TIRES WAS LOW ON PRESSURE AND THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE BECAME FLAT. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE TIRE VALVE HAD FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 60,000. UPDATED 09-26-13 *BF ON AUGUST 6, 2013, WHILE CHECKING THE AIR PRESSURE IN THE TIRES, THE CONSUMER WAS UNABLE TO REMOVE THE TIRE VALVE FROM ONE OF THE TIRES, DUE TO CORROSION. WHEN HE TRIED TO REMOVE THE TIRE VALVE BY HAND, ON THE RIGHT FRONT TIRE, IT BROKE OFF.
WHILE DRIVING IN SNOW IN ST LOUIS MO THERE WAS SMOKE STARTED TO COME FROM THE WINDOW SWITCH FOR THE REAR WINDOWS WE HAVE 4 OF THE 2010 DODGE CARAVAN IN OUR FLEET AND 2 OF THEM HAVE NOW HAVE SMOKED OR GOT ON FIRE DUE TO THE SWITCH FOR THE WINDOW I HAVE LOOKED AT THE SWITCH AND THE SWITCH IS MELTED AND THE WIRES ARE MELTED SMOKE PORE OUT FROM ALL POINTS ON THE DOOR ON ONE VAN AND THE OR THE VAN THAT WAS FIXED A FEW MONTHS AGO DID IT AGAIN AND THIS TIME FIRE BROKE OUT ON THE DOOR. *TR
VEHICLE WAS SOLD TO CUSTOMER WITHOUT RECALL NHTSA 11V-139 BEING INSTALLED IN NOV 2011. CUSTOMER NEVER NOTIFIED; HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE HAD A WINDOW SWITCH FAILURE IN FEB 2012 AT ABOUT 60K MILES AT WHICH TIME THE DEALER USED L25 INSTEAD OF A COMPLETE WIN MODULE REPLACEMENT. CUSTUMER WAS NOT TOLD OF THE REPLACEMENT AND IT WAS NOT REPORTED TO CARFAX OR OTHER ENTITIES. MAY 13, 2013 AFTER A DISTANCE TRIP, CUSTUMER PARKED THE VEHICLE FOR 2 MINUTES. WHEN ATTEMPTING RESTART THE VEHICLE HAD POWER BUT WOULD NOT START AND SHIFTER WAS LOCKED. DIAGNOSIS SHOWS FULL FAILURE OF THE WIN MODULE. THE L25 RECOMMENDED PARTIAL REPLACEMENT DID NOT PREVENT FAILURE. EVEN THOUGH NO ACCIDENT OCCURRED, CUSTOMER WAS TRAVELLING FROM MD TO VA AND SHUTDOWN COULD HAVE OCCURRED ON HIGHWAY 301 OR I95. UPON CONFRONTING THE DEALER, DEALER STATED THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE TO DISCLOSE THE RECALL OR HAVE TO PERFORM THE WORK EVEN THOUGH THE DEALER SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS ON JULY 2011 STATED THAT THE DEALER MUST COMPLETE THE RECALL BEFORE RETAIL DELIVERY. CONSEQUENTLY, THIS VEHICLE WAS ONE OF THE ONES THAT NEEDED A FULL REPLACEMENT AND NOT A PARTIAL. *TR

JAN 31, 2:00PM I PARKED THE VEHICLE TO PICK MY SON UP FROM PRE-SCHOOL. AFTER SECURING MY CHILDREN TO THEIR RESPECTIVE CAR SEATS, I BUCKLED MYSELF IN AND PROCEEDED TO START THE ENGINE, THE VEHICLE'S ENGINE WOULD NOT START. STRONG ELECTRICAL-SMELLING FUMES WERE EMITTED AND THE ETC LIGHT CAME ON. WE HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO A JEEP, DODGE, & CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICING FOR 5 DAYS. THE SERVICE TECH INSISTED THAT NOTHING WAS DETECTED ASIDE FROM SLIGHT CORROSION IN THE BATTERY PLUGS, WHICH NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. WE DID WHAT WAS ADVISED AND TOOK OUR VEHICLE BACK ON FEB 6. FEB 13, 9:45AM AFTER MAKING A QUICK STOP AT A GROCERY STORE, THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURRED. THE VEHICLE ENGINE WOULD NOT START, BUT THE RADIO WAS COMING ON. I TURNED OFF THE VEHICLE AND PROCEEDED TO RESTART THE VEHICLE. ONCE AGAIN THE ETC LIGHT CAME ON AND THIS TIME, WHITE SMOKE WAS COMING OUT FROM UNDER THE HOOD. AFTER SEEING THE SMOKE, I QUICKLY TURNED OFF THE VEHICLE AND TOOK MY CHILD OUT. OUR VEHICLE IS NOW STRANDED IN THE PARKING LOT OF A GROCERY STORE WAITING TO BE TOWED TO THE SAME DEALERSHIP. *TR

I WAS CHECKING THE TIRE PRESSURE AND THE VALVE STEM BROKE OFF IN MY HAND AND ALL THE AIR RAN OUT IN 10 SECONDS. I REMOVED THE FLAT TIRE AND TOOK IT TO A LOCAL DEALER AND THEY CHARGED ME 100.00. APPARENTLY THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM FOR THESE VALVE STEMS WITH THE INTERNAL PRESSURE SENSORS AND I'M WORRIED ABOUT THE OTHER WHEELS DOING SIMILAR POSSIBLY WHILE DRIVING. *TR

WHEN I APPLIED THE TIRE PRESSURE GAUGE, THE THREADED PART OF MY TPMS VALVE STEM CRACKED AND TIRE DEFLATED IN LESS THAN ONE MINUTE. *** INCIDENT 2 (1/12/15) *** MY REAR TIRE WAS FOUND FLAT IN MY DRIVEWAY. THE COLLISION WAS SEVERE AND THE VAN WAS TOTALED OUT AS A RESULT OF THIS ACCIDENT. ALTHOUGH THE ACCIDENT WAS A SIDE IMPACT NONE OF THE SIDE AIRBAGS DEPLOYED, ONLY THE FRONT AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. I BOUGHT MY GRAND CARAVAN BRAND NEW. IT IS A 2010, I BOUGHT IN 2011. I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH IT. OVER THE WEEKEND, THE TRACTION CONTROL CAME ON (PERFECTLY DRY ROADS), THE CAR STALLED, I LOST POWER STEERING, AND IT WOULDN'T MOVE UNTIL I STOPPED, PUT THE CAR IN PARK, AND RESTARTED IT. THIS HAS HAPPENED FOUR TIMES NOW. I TOOK IT IN FOR SERVICE THIS MORNING. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD RUN DIAGNOSTICS. IF THE DIAGNOSTICS SHOWED IT TO BE A POWERTRAIN ISSUE, IT WOULD BE COVERED. IF NOT, I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR DIAGNOSTICS. AFTER THEY RAN DIAGNOSTICS, THEY THINK IT IS THE PCM. HOWEVER, THEY WON'T FIX IT BECAUSE THEY CAN'T PROVE IT IS NOTHING ELSE OR DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. THEY ALSO STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE DIAGNOSTICS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T SAY FOR 100% IT IS THE PCM. PRIOR TO 9/6/2012, ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON FOR WHAT THE DEALER SAID NO REASON. THEN ON 9/6/2012, VAN BROKE AND WOULD NOT START. IT APPEARED AS IF STUCK IN ALL GEARS AND I WAS TOLD THIS WAS AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. THERE IS A RECALL ON THIS TYPE/YEAR OF VAN FOR ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS, RECALL #11V139000;HOWEVER, NO RECALL SHOWS UP FOR MY VAN VIN #. I DON'T FEEL THIS VEHICLE IS SAFE. THE DEALER HAS HAD MY VEHICLE FOR A WEEK NOW ALONG WITH ANOTHER ONE SAME MAKE AND MODEL/YEAR THAT THEY ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. THERE IS A DEFINITE PROBLEM WITH THIS MODEL VEHICLE. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5-30 MPH, THE VEHICLE WOULD STALL AND THE STEERING WHEEL WOULD SEIZE WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT WOULD RESTART THE VEHICLE WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON AN INTERMITTENT BASIS. THE VEHICLE WAS LATER TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS. AFTER TEST DRIVING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT WAS ADVISED THAT THE FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM COULD HAVE CAUSED THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BY CLEANING THE FUEL INJECTORS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 36,500. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 40,000. UPDATED 12/14/12 *BF THE CONSUMER STATED WHEN THE ENGINE DIED, THE STEERING AND BRAKES WOULD DIE AS WELL. THERE WERE SEVERAL WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED AFTER THE VEHICLE FAILED TO OPERATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS THE CENTRAL COMPUTER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE WHO LODGED A COMPLAINT FOR THE CONTACT. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 44,000.

THE TECHNICIAN REPLACED THE FRONT BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS. THE FAILURE CONTINUED AFTER THE REPAIR. THE CONTACT NOTICED THE BRAKES WOULD HESITATE TO RESPOND WHEN THE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11,500.
IN 2012 OUR 2010 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN STARTED SHAKING WHILE DRIVING. WE TOOK THE VEHICLE IN THEY AGREED TO FIX NOT REPLACE THE BRAKES BUT WE HAD TO PAY $100.00 DEDUCTIBLE. WE ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE AGAIN AUGUST 2013. IN DOING SOME RESEARCH I AM FINDING MANY PEOPLE ARE HAVING ISSUE WITH THEIR BRAKES. *TR
