THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO BE DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 150,000.
WHILE ON VACATION AND DRIVING IN RAINY CONDITIONS, WIPERS STOPPED MIDWAY ON WINDOW. MOTOR,WENT OUT. TOOK TO DEALERSHIP ON THE ROAD AND HAD NO PARTS,SO DROVE TO FINAL DESTINATION AND IT TOOK 4 DAYS TO EXPIDITE PARTS TO REPAIR CAR.

I HEARD AN EXPLOSION THINKING IT WAS A TIRE.,PULLED OVER AND REALIZED MY DRIVER SIDE BACK DOOR WINDOW WAS EXPLODED FROM THE INSIDE OUT.I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE CAR AT THE TIME, THERE IS NO REASON THIS SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED. HAD A 2013 DODGE JOURNEY FROM AVIS CAR RENTAL WHILE MY VEHICLE WAS BEING REPAIRED. MY 3 YEAR OLD SON WAS IN THE FAR BACK SEAT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE CAR.
