Stuttering between 10-35mph no warning lights went to dealer to get and fuel injection flushed but was told i couldnt do so bc i needed to have transmission looked at and then was advised that i would have to leave it at the dealership for 2weeks with no loaner before anyone could look at it which meant that i had to pay for a rental while waiting just to see if that was the issue the. To be told it will be about 8000 to replace the transmission
My engine failed and it was inspected by ford dealership. My safety and child’s safety was put at risk due to the car shutting off in the middle of traffic. Yes the problem was confirmed by the manufacturer. The engine light came on the day of problems occurring.

The contact shifted the vehicle into neutral(N) and then to park(P) however, the knocking sound persisted. The vehicle was taken to the dealer however, no failure was found. The dealer was made aware of the failure. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that the vehicle needed to be diagnosed by another dealer. The contact was also advised to contact the NHTSA hotline to file a complaint. The failure mileage was 900.
