THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 187,000.
DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE USING THE TURN SIGNALS, THE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH MALFUNCTIONED. WHILE TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL, THE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH DISENGAGED BEFORE COMPLETING THE CURVE. THE TURN SIGNAL SWITCH PERMANENTLY MALFUNCTIONED AND IS INOPERABLE. THE CONTACT SPOKE WITH THE DEALER VERBALLY ON THE PHONE ABOUT THE PROBLEM. THE VEHICLE IS SCHEDULED FOR INSPECTION AND REPAIR.
