AUTOMATIC 4 WHEEL HUBS DO NOT ENGAGE ALL THE WAY, CREATING A GRINDING/ CLUNKING NOISE AT ALL SPEEDS.
WHEN IT RAINS THE FRONT BRAKES EQUIPPED WITH ABS LOCK UP, AND THESE ARE NORMAL STOPS, NOT PANIC STOPS. *AK
ANTI LOCK BRAKES FAILED.
WHEN APPLYING THE ABS BRAKES IN ANY TYPE OF WEATHER OR SPEED, THE RIGHT FRONT BRAKE LOCKS UP, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO PULL TO THE RIGHT. *AK
TRANSMISSION/TORQUE CONVERTER IS BAD . MAUFACTURER WAS CONTACED AND ARE NOT WILLING TO LOOK AT VEHICLE BECAUSE IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY. *AK
WHEN APPLYING FORCE TO THE BRAKE PEDAL, CONSUMER NOTICED PULSATION IN THE BRAKE PEDAL. CONSUMER STATES THE PEDAL FEELS AS IF ITS PUSHING BACK AT DRIVER. *AK
WHILE DRIVING A FIRE STARTED IN THE ALTERNATOR, IGNITING GASOLINE UNDER THE HOOD. DEALER HAS NOT SEEN VEHICLE. *AK
VEHICLE FIRE, SMELL OF SMOKE PRIOR TO FIRE.
4-WHEEL DRIVE LOCKING HUBS ENGAGE RANDOMLY WHILE DRIVING OR DON'T DISENGAGE PROPERLY OR ONLY HALF ENGAGE. ALSO, REPLACED FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR. *AK
ABS BRAKES LOCK UP ON WET OR SNOW TYPE PAVEMENT. DEALER CAN'T DUPLICATE PROBLEM. OWNER ALSO NOTES VEHICLE HAS REAR ABS ONLY. *AK
WHILE DRIVING 45MPH THE TRUCK HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE, AND THE DRIVER'S SIDE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. VEHICLE HAS BEEN REPAIRED. *AK
VIBRATION CAUSES TIRE ON LEFT FRONT TO WEAR OUT.
ABS BRAKES FAIL INTERMITTENTLY.
ABS BRAKES DO NOT WORK WHEN DAMP OR WET. THEY LOCK UP WHEN MINIMAL PRESSURE IS USED, CAUSING PASSENGER TO BE THROWN FORWARD.
OIL PAN RUSTED OUT RESULTING IN LEAKAGE.
TWO SETS OF BRAKE PADS HAVE BEEN REPLACED BECAUSE OF UNEVEN WEARING.
THE FRONT AND REAR LAP BELTS LOCK UP , AND HOLD PASSENGERS IN THE VEHICLE. DEALER HAS NOT SEEN. *AK
ABS BRAKES LOCK UP, CAUSING VEHICLE TO SKID/LOSE CONTROL IN WET/RAINY WEATHER.

THE VEHICLE CAME OUT OF GEAR WHILE PARKED AND ROLLED INTO A TREE. DRIVER'S SIDE AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY. *AK
NO MATTER WHAT BRAND OF TIRES USED, VEHICLE CANNOT BE CONTROLLED WHEN STEERING LEFT OR RIGHT. DEALERS ARE AWARE OF PROBLEM. CAUSE UNKOWN. *AK
CONSUMER WAS INVOLVED IN A 50 MPH FRONTAL COLLISION, HITTING A WALL IN WHICH THE DRIVER'S AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. PLEASE GIVE ANY FURTHER DETAILS. *AK
CONSUMER HAS ABS BRAKES. FRONT BRAKES ARE WARPED. ALSO REAR BRAKES LOCK UP WHEN APPLIED. THERE IS ALSO VIBRATION IN BRAKING SYSTEM. DEALERS CANNOT CORRECT PROBLEM.
CONSTANT BREAK PROBLEMS. HEAT OVER HEATS ROTORS AND CALIPERS (VISUALLY SCORTCHED.) ON ANY TYPE WET PAVEMENT, WHEELS LOCK AND STEERING SUFFER.
WHEN APPLYING THE ABS BRAKES ON WET OR DRY PAVEMENT THE PEDAL TRAVELS TO THE FLOOR, CAUSING EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCE. PLEASE GIVE ANY FURTHER DETAILS. *AK
THERE IS A TERRIBLE POPPING " NOISE WHEN THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS OR THE TORQUE ON THE FRAME CHANGES DUE TO TURNING OR BRAKING, THE PROBLEM GOES AWAY WHEN THE BOLTS ARE TIGHTENED, BUT REAPPEARS AFTER 100-200 MILES.
BRAKES STICKING CAUSING ROTORS TO OVERHEAT AND WARP.
THE BOLTS WHICH HOLD THE SUB-FRAME IN PLACE ARE LOOSE, CAUSING THE TRANSMISSION TO SQUEAK. CONSUMER HAS CONTACTED THE DEALER. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER DETAILS. *AK
BOTH DUAL FUEL TANKS ARE LEAKING GAS DUE TO CORROSION OF THE TANKS. DEALER STATES BOTH TANKS NEED TO BE REPLACED. *AK
THE CLUTCH SYSTEM INTERMITTENTLY LOOSES FLUID LEADING TO NO CLUTCH PEDAL (STAYS ON FLOOR). THIS HAS HAPPENED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, ADDING FLUID TO THE RESERVOIR TEMPORARILY ELIMINATES THE PROBLEM. THIS PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED TO THE ONLY TWO OTHER PERSONS THAT I KNOW THAT OWN LIKE VEHICLES (F150, 94-95, MANUAL TRANS). THIS CREATES A DANGEROUS SITUATION BECAUSE YOU ARE UNABLE TO SHIFT GEARS. THE PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE WORST IN COLDER WEATHER. NOT SURE IF RELATED TO NHTSA ITEM NUMBER: SB052797.
