I drive a 2019 Ford F-150 with the 3.5L engine and 10 speed transmission. I have received a warning for low fuel pressure, trouble starting, and the truck has cut off once after turning over. It never fails to crank, however, it may take 5 or so seconds of cranking to get it to start. I have had the check engine light come on one time over the last couple of months of the issues starting; the code it showed was a P00C6. I have not brought the vehicle in for service as it just started a couple months ago when it got hot outside and there was a recent recall that did not include this VIN but matches the issue exactly. The warning states to not drive the vehicle and to get it towed if fuel is not low. The recall states there is not a current fix for the issue and I need my vehicle. This is a daily problem, mostly after the vehicle sits for a couple of hours. I am also having an issue with the cam phaser rattle upon startup and rattling while driving. I have noticed some power reduction and it has progressively gotten worse over time. I am at 135,000 miles currently and have experienced this issue for the last 50,000 miles or so.
Transmission has a defective CDF drum assembly causing transmission to loose bypass hydraulic pressure. This is causing transmission to hesitate between gears during acceleration and Ford Dealer diagnosed failure and recommends replacing transmission as clutch packs are failing as well. Harsh downshifts as well. Contacted Ford Customer Service issued case number, then told they would not render and assistance is $9000. cost of.transmission replacement.
The metal fuel line from the canister up to the high press fuel rail developed a crack and ruptured without warning. The vehicle was unsafe to drive because it poured a significant amount of gasoline onto the ground when the fuel pump came on. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for repair. The fuel line was inspected by the dealer's technician, rupture was confirmed and both fuel supply and return lines were replaced. After repair was performed, the dealer service representative showed me the fuel line that was replaced.
Fuel tank purge valve issue causing multiple idling and performance issues, eventually resulted in break down. Tank was found to be imploded upon mechanical inspection.

The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-150. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, he heard an abnormal sound and observed smoke coming from the engine compartment. The vehicle then inadvertently lost motive power. After a visual inspection, the contact observed that the high-pressure fuel line was disconnected. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, who diagnosed a failure with the high-pressure fuel pump. The vehicle was not repaired. After investigating the failure, the contact related it to NHTSA Campaign Number 18V392000 (Fuel System, Gasoline) but the VIN was not included. OUR BRAND NEW 2019 FORD F150 WAS HAVING SHIFTING PROBLEMS. VERY ROUGH SHIFT FROM 5 TO 6TH ETC. CLUNKY. CALLED DEALER. WAS TOLD IT WOULD "EVEN OUT" DRIVING FROM TX TO GA IT ONLY GOT WORSE. DEALERSHIP IN GA SAYS IT WAS SHIPPED LOW OF TRANSMISSION FLUID. IT IS A CLOSED SYSTEM, SO THEY SAID IT HAD TO BE SHIPPED FROM THE FACTORY LOW. WE DROVE 5500 MILES WITH A TRANSMISSION THAT WAS 2 QTS LOW AND GOT NO ERRORS, LIGHTS OR NOTIFICATIONS. WE PICKED UP THE TRUCK ON OCT 10, 2020. IT STILL FELT VERY CLUNKY, SO WE TRIED IN NOVEMBER AND EARLY DECEMBER TO HAVE IT LOOKED AT AGAIN. THEY COULD NOT GET A LOANER ETC. IT WAS NOT SERVICED A SECOND TIME AT THIS POINT. ON DEC 24TH AROUND, WE WERE DRIVING DOWN I 20 GOING ROUGHLY 70MPH. THANKFULLY, MY HUSBAND WAS DRIVING. THE TRUCK BEGAN TO FEEL ROUGHER ON SHIFTING ( IT IS AN AUTOMATIC) SUDDENLY, THE TRUCK LUNGES LIKE WE PULLED THE EMERGENCY BRAKE AND IT SHIFTED FROM 10TH GEAR TO FIRST, HE KNEW TO PUT INTO NEUTRAL AND GET OFF THE HIGHWAY. WE IMMEDIATELY PULLED TO THE NEAREST EXIT AND DROVE HOME ABOUT 4 MILES VERY SLOWLY. BECAUSE IT WOULD JERK VERY HARD IF IT GOT TO 5TH GEAR AND TRIED TO GO TO 6. AFTER SEVERAL DAYS DUE TO THE HOLIDAY, THE TRUCK WAS TOWED TO FORD WHO NOW SAY IT IS TOO FULL ON TRANSMISSION FLUID AND THEY CANNOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. WE WOULD HAVE CRASHED IF I WERE DRIVING. THE SUDDEN STOP AND SUDDEN GEAR CHANGE ONLY MAGNIFIED THE PROBLEMS WE WERE HAVING ALREADY WITH THE TRUCK. THERE ARE NUMEROUS REPORTS OF SIMILAR ISSUES ACROSS THE COUNTRY. FORD NEEDS TO DO A RECALL BEFORE SOMEONE DIES.
