2022 FORD F-250. CONSUMER WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN PARTS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PERFORM NHTSA SAFETY RECALL 22V-250.
"Trailer wiring fault" is the warning message on my information display on my Ford F-250 Super Duty Truck. The warning message appears when I have a trailer attached to my truck. When applying the brakes, the trailer brakes go on and off causing the truck to jerk wildly. The 5th wheel trailer has been in the shop 3 different times trying to find a problem with the trailer but have not found any braking problems since they pulled the trailer with another truck and had no braking issues. Ford dealers have seen the vehicle twice now and say they plugged in an instrument and do not see any problems. Ford had a recall for F-150 Trailer brake controller but not for the F-250 back in April of 2022. It seems to be a possible software problem. I have to pull a trailer but I am afraid it will cause an accident. Any suggestions on what to do next.

Windshield Wipers do not activate when turned on. Rain sensing option is turned off. This is my only vehicle to get to work besides my wife's car, but she needs hers to get to work as she is in the medical field. There wasn't any warning, I was driving west into the sun when I tried to clean my windshield by activating the windshield wiper spray and the wipers never came on. I had to stick my head out the driver side window to see, as my view was completely blocked by the wiper fluid and by the sun. This occurred on May 5,2022 at about 7:30PM. I checked the wipers once when I picked up the vehicle and they did work, but on May 5, 2022 is when I discovered they didn't. Gene Messer Ford in Amarillo Texas has inspected the vehicle and determined the windshield wiper motor is faulty and needs replaced. I was informed the wiper motor on my F250 is not under the wiper recall that was just issued, but the repair will be covered under warranty if the part was available. Part # HC3Z17508A, is backordered with no estimated availability. After Gene Messer Ford made the diagnosis, I had to drive my vehicle in rain without operational wipers 3 or 4 days later. I used Rain X on my windshield to help with visibility. I ordered the F250 from Oxmoor Ford in Louisville Kentucky on November 15, 2021 and it was shipped to Gene Messer Ford in Amarillo. The F250 was built on March 28, 2022 and arrived to Gene Messer on 4/22/2022. I picked the vehicle up on 4/26/2022. On May 16, 2022 I emailed[XXX] [XXX] in Oxmoor Ford to inform him of the situation. While my truck was under warranty, I reported intermittent failure of the front passenger door lock not functioning. Because it was intermittent, the dealership said since they couldn't replicate the issue they would not try to fix the issue. Now that I am out of warranty, the lock has failed completely and the front passenger door does not automatically lock when I am driving. The safety issue is that it will not lock or unlock automatically when it should. All other door locks work properly. Ford has refused to fix this as if it were still under warranty.

thank you for a response the issue is the vehicle is making a cluck noise when turning i took it to a ford dealer mind you i paid 2 thousand dollars for an extended warranty from ford they put the truck on a lift and said there was nothing wrong i instructed them to drive it and they did agree there was a clunck noise and dismissed it as an axle shift with a co worker moving the steering wheel i heard the clucling and noticed the joint at the pitman arm moving up and down what is the point and when does ford decide that it is bad as a commercial vehicle inspector for the state of ma. there should be no play in joints this truck steering could fail as with other ones out on the roads because ford and its dealers are dismissing complaint and its not fair or resonable that they should even question steering issues please for the safety of all look into ther ford steering center link failures and hold them accontable to take care of these issues thank you sincerly [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
