THE DRIVER AND THE PASSENGER WERE BOTH RESTRAINED IN THEIR SEAT BELT. THE DRIVER RECEIVED MINOR INJURIES, BUT THE PASSENGER WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE LOCAL HOSPITAL BY AMBULANCE DUE TO HEAD INJURIES.
