TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD FLEX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE WAS UNABLE TO ADJUST THE DRIVER'S SIDE-VIEW MIRRORS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PLASTIC CASE SURROUNDING THE SIDE VIEW MIRRORS WERE MELTING DUE TO THE SUN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO DID NOT DETERMINE A CAUSE FOR THE FAILURE.
