THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PLASTIC CASE SURROUNDING THE SIDE VIEW MIRRORS WERE MELTING DUE TO THE SUN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO DID NOT DETERMINE A CAUSE FOR THE FAILURE.
