Rear view camera inoperative. Safety recall issued Dec of 24 and still no sign of a remedy from Ford. That makes 2 Safety recalls on my vehicle with no fix. The other 25V732 was issued Nov 25. I’ve already had 2 incidents that resulted in minor bumps and scratches in the rear due to loss of the camera. Great feature when you have it working
Rear view back up camera failed. The repair solution is long overdue.
When reverse gear is selected: The rear backup camera stop providing rear view. It sometime is a blank screen or reports rear camera is not available. With out the camera working as designed reverse collisions may not be avoided. I did contact the local ford dealer and they advised it was not a warranty issue. No other warning lights display.
My rear view mirror display is inverted, constantly. Recall has not been satisfied yet.

There has been a recall on this since January '25 but the view on my rearview camera on my 2019 Flex has been upside down for about FIVE years!!!!
