THE ELECTRIC POWER ASSIST STEERING STOPPED WORKING SUDDENLY WHILE DRIVING. MY VEHICLE ONLY HAS 49K MILES. IT DID THIS MANY TIMES IN THE PAST. THE ADVICE I GOT FROM THE DEALER WAS TO TURN THE VEHICLE OFF AND RESTART. THAT WORKED IN THE PAST, BUT THIS TIME THERE IS A WARNING MESSAGE ON THE DASH. I CALLED THE DEALER AND FOLLOWED UP WITH THEIR OFFER TO LOAD NEW SOFTWARE. THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN. I DID. I ALSO RESEARCHED THE TOPIC AND SEE THAT FORD RECALLED OTHER MAKES FOR THIS PROBLEM. THE DEALER SAID THE WHOLE STEERING RACK AND PINION HAS TO BE REPLACED, BUT IT IS JUST THE ELECTRIC MOTOR THAT IS BAD, JUST LIKE THE RECALL. THIS IS TOTALLY UNSAFE TO DRIVE. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE DEALER MANY TIMES, BUT THEY NEVER HELPED. *TR
I BEGAN TO NOTICE MY VEHICLE HAVING LIGHTING ISSUES, INCLUDING DIMMER INSIDE DOME LIGHTS, FLICKERING LICENSE PLATE LIGHTS, AND IT WAS POINTED OUT TO ME THAT MY BACK UP LIGHTS WEREN'T FUNCTIONAL AT ALL. I WAS PARKED PARALLEL WITH OTHER VEHICLES IN A PARKING LOT. THEN AFTER STARTING MY VEHICLE, I SHIFTED MY AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION INTO REVERSE GOING ONLY ABOUT 2 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO BEEP, ALONG WITH A WARNING THAT MY LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR WAS OPEN. IN THE SITUATION, THE BEEPING WAS VERY DISTRACTING AND COULD HAVE INCREASED THE RISK OF CRASHING. I IMMEDIATELY RE-PARKED MY VEHICLE SO THAT I COULD INVESTIGATE. I OPENED , THEN FIRMLY CLOSED ALL 4 OF MY DOORS, THEN TIRED TO OPEN THE TRUNK , ONLY TO FIND THAT MY TRUNK WOULDN'T OPEN. THE BEEPING PERSISTED UNTIL I PRESSED THE OK BUTTON ON MY STEERING WHEEL. I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE MY VEHICLE HOME SAFELY, ALTHOUGH THE WARNING REMAINED ON MY DISPLAY THE ENTIRE DRIVE HOME. MY TRUNK WOULDN'T OPEN WHEN PRESSING ON THE TRUNK RELEASE BUTTON ON MY SMART-KEY EITHER. I DROVE THE VEHICLE IN THAT CONDITION FOR APPROXIMATELY 3 MONTHS BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO LOCATED THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM. AFTER DOING AMPLE RESEARCH ON OTHER 2012 FORD FOCUS DRIVERS THAT COMPLAINED OF THE SAME SYMPTOMS. SO I ACCESSED MY TRUNK BY FOLDING MY BACK SEATS DOWN, THEN PULLING THE EMERGENCY TRUNK RELEASE LEVER. I THEN LOCATED THE FAULTY WIRES THAT WERE CAUSING ALL OF MY SYMPTOMS. I HAD THE WIRES REPAIRED BY A PROFESSIONAL. THAT SOLUTION WORKED FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS BEFORE REOCCURRING.
ON 5/26/20, REPLACEMENT DRIVER'S SIDE FRONT DOOR LATCH STOPPED WORKING. THE LATCH WAS REPLACED IN 2017 UNDER THE RECALL. *TR
WAS DRIVING UP MY STREET WHEN THE ENGINE SUDDENLY SHUT DOWN. I HAD TO BE PUSHED INTO MY DRIVEWAY. VERY SCARY. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT PULLED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO THE RESIDENCE. A DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. UPON INVESTIGATION, THE CONTACT ASSOCIATED THE FAILURE WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V735000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE), HOWEVER THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 138,848.
I BOUGHT IT OFF THE PREVIOUS OWNER THAT TOLD ME WHEN I TOOK IT FOR A TEST RIDE THE CAR SPUTTERED ON TAKE OFF THE PREVIOUS OWNER SAID SHE HAD PUT IT IN THE SHOP A FEW TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM AND SHE GOT THE SAME RESPONSE EVERY TIME WHICH WAS THEY DID IT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS OR THE CAUSE I BOUGHT THE CAR AND LOOKED UP ANY RECALLS AND I CALLED A FORD DEALERSHIP THE EMPLOYEE I SPOKE TO TOLD ME.YES THERE WAS A RECALL ON MY CAR AND YES IT WAS COVERED AND FOR ME TO TAKE IT IN THE FOLLOWING MONDAY I TAKE INAS SAID TO AND WAS TOLD I MISSED THE RECALL TIME FRAME AND AND I'D HAVE TO PAY $2500 TO REPLACE THE CLUTCH THE CAR WAS ALWAYS OVER HEATING AND I REPLACED THE WATER PUMP THERMOSTAT PULLEY & BELT TUNE UP AND STILL KEPT MARKING HOT ONE DAY I GET TO A STOP SIGN AND THE CAR STALLS AND NEVER STARTED AGAIN I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY GOING OUT OF TOWN WHEN THE CAR TEMP OVER HEATED PULLED OVER WAITED 45 MIN TO COOL I TURNED AROUND TOOK THE BACK ROADS HOME SO I COULD DRIVE SLOW IT WAS NIGHT BY THIS TIME CAME 2 A 4 WAY STOP AND THAT IS WHEN MY CAR TURNED OFF AND NEVER STARTED
THERE WAS A RECALL ON THE DPS6 I TRIED TO GET IT REPAIRED TWICE IN SEPT 2019 WHEN I RECEIVED THE LETTER THAT THEY HAD TO REIMBURSE ME ME FOR THE TCM THEY MAKE ME PAY FOR EVEN THOUGH FORD WAS AT FAULT AND KNEW IT. OF COURSE THE TWO TIMES I TOOK IT THEY SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE TRANSMISSION CLUTCH/SHUTTER IT WAS TO BE FIXED NO CHARGE UNTIL FEB 29 2020 BUT NOW OF COURSE THE CAR IS STALLING OUT GOING DOWN THE ROAD. WHEN YOU TAKE OFF FROM A STOP IT ACTS LIKE ITS IN NEUTRAL AND THE CAR WILL NOT GO INSTEAD ROLLS BACK. THEN IT WILL DECIDE TO GO THAT'S VERY DANGEROUS THE A CAR IS MY TEENAGE DAUGHTERS. FORD EXPECTS TO ME PAY 2600 TO FIX IT EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW THE TRANSMISSION CLUTCH ARE BROKEN. *TR
TAKI OFF FROM STOP LIGHT CAR IS STALLING, TURNED VEHICLE OFF AND WILL NOT START AGAIN
WIRES IN THE TRUNK COMPLETELY BROKEN. SYMPTOMS: TRUNK WON'T UNLATCH, RENDERS THE TRUNK USELESS. MY LICENSE PLATE LIGHT FLICKERS. ALSO, I HAVE TO MANUALLY TURN OFF MY PARKING LIGHTS. THEY SHOULD TURN OFF ONCE LOCKING MY DOORS WITH MY KEY FOB, BUT THEY REMAIN ON, SO I TURN THEM OFF MANUALLY OTHERWISE THEY'LL STAY ON THIS DRAINING MY BATTERY. EACH TIME I TURN ON THE CAR, AS SOON AS I SHIFT INTO DRIVE/REVERSE, THE CAR BEGINS TO BEEP AT ME AND THE DASH LIGHTS UP SAYING 'LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LID OPEN' WHICH IS VERY DISTRACTING. THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME I TURN THE ENGINE ON AFTER SHIFTING INTO GEAR. AFTER RESEARCHING MY PROBLEM, I'VE FOUND THAT MANY OTHER DRIVERS WITH SIMILAR YEARS OF FORD FOCUS HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE. AFTER I FIXED THE WIRES MYSELF, ALL OF THESE SYMPTOMS WENT AWAY. I'M SURPRISED HOW MANY ISSUES THOSE BROKEN WIRES HAVE CAUSED.
WHEN STARTING VEHICLE STEERING WOULD LOCK UP AND DISPLAY ERROR MESSAGE OF "STEERING ASSIST FAULT NEEDS SERVICE" *TR
TOOK CAR TO CAPITAL FORD DEALER IN CHARLOTTE, NC ON 4/29/20 BECAUSE IT KEPT SHUTTING OFF WHILE IN MOTION. FORD DEALER SAID THE CAR HAD A FAULTY TRANSMISSION AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THEY TOLD ME THAT FORD MANUFACTURERS PUT A 6 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION IN AN AUTOMATIC STRAIGHT DRIVE AND THERES A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT WITH OVER 2 MILLION CARS. AS A RESULT FORD STOPPED PRODUCING THE FOCUS AND FIESTAS. FORD DEALER STATED THEY COULD REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION FOR $3900, BUT IT WOULD BE PER SPECS (OEM) AND THE CLUTCH WOULD ULTIMATELY BURN OUT ON THE NEW ONE TOO. NOW WE ARE WITHOUT A VEHICLE THAT WE PAID 11K FOR. ADDITIONALLY, WE HAVE BEEN TO TWO FORD DEALERSHIPS REGARDING A RECALL FOR OUR DOOR LATCHES FOR OVER A YEAR. NEITHER IS INTERESTED IN DOING RECALL WORK BECAUSE "THEY DONT MAKE ANY MONEY OFF IT"
IT DIED WHILE DRIVING 3 TIMES RIGHT AFTER AND THE CAR IDLES STRANGE
I RECEIVED A RECALL FOR THE CANISTER PURGE VALVE. I TOOK IT IN TO A DEALERSHIP LAST YEAR AND WAS TOLD IT WAS FIXED. NOW MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AND IT THE DEALERSHIP TELLS ME IT WAS TESTED AND THEIR WAS NO ISSUE, SO THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING NOW. MY VEHICLE COULD STALL AND NOT CRANK BACK AND FORD REFUSES TO FIX A FAULTY PART THEY HAD A RECALL ON?
My transmission was fixed by a recall and it's still hesitating and shattering when I drive.
MY VEHICLE IS CONSTANTLY TELLING ME MY "TRANSMISSION OVERHEATING, PLEASE PULL OVER SAFELY" WHEN IM ON THE FREEWAY (NO TRAFFIC). I PULL OVER AND IT SAY "WAIT 5 MINUTES," WHICH I DO AND THEN IT WILL SAY "TRANSMISSION READY". SOMETIMES EVEN BEFORE I PULL OVER TO ALLOW TRANSMISSION TO COOL DOWN IT WILL FLASH "TRANSMISSION READY" BEFORE I CAN PULL OVER TO LET IT COOL DOWN.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FOCUS AND STATED WHILE DRIVING THE POWER STEERING SUDDENLY FAILED. THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME DIFFICULT TO TURN. THE CAUSE WAS NOT YET DETERMINED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH THE MESSAGE "POWER ASSIST MALFUNCTION" DISPLAYED AND THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN IN EITHER DIRECTION. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE LOCAL DEALER CROSS ROAD FORD (1330 NORTH CAROLINA WHY 66S. KERNERSVILLLE NC) WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 123,300.
THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON AND THE CAR WILL SHUDDER. HAVE HAD TIMES WHERE THE CAR HAD TROUBLE PULLING THROUGH A NOT SO STEEP DRIVEWAY. HAVE DRIVEN IT ON STREETS AND HIGHWAYS (NOT VERY LONG). SOMETIMES IT IS ON FOR A FEW DAYS THEN THE NEXT DAY THE LIGHT WILL TURN OFF AND DRIVE ALRIGHT. WAS TOLD THE TCM (TOTAL CONTROL MODULE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED). HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THE CLUTCH ASSEMBLY WHICH I NEEDED TO COMPLETELY REPLACE AS IT WAS FALLING APART.
THE STEERING JUST STOPPED WORKING IN THE MIDDLE OF ME DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY. THE STEERING WHEEL IS COMPLETELY LOCKED UP. THEN AFTER THE FAULT WARNING CAME ON THE CAR'S STEERING WOULD NOT MOVE AT ALL AND WAS LOCKED ONTO A SLIGHT LEFT TRAJECTORY WHICH ALMOST CAUSED A SERIOUS ACCIDENT.

THE CONTACT'S DAUGHTER TOOK THE VEHICLE TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A DEFECTIVE TRANSMISSION. THE CONTACT'S DAUGHTER THEN TOOK THE VEHICLE TO JANNELL MOTORS INC LOCATED AT (2000 WASHINGTON ST, HANOVER, MA 02339) WHERE THE CONTACT WAS PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE TO HAVE A DIAGNOSTIC TEST PERFORMED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
WHEN I GET IN MY CAR TO CRANK IT, THE KEY SWITCH SEEMS TO KILL THE BATTERY BUT WHEN YOU PUT THE KEY IN, THE BELL DINGS SO I KNOW THE BATTERY ISN'T DEAD. IF YOU WIGGLE THE KEY IN THE KEY SWITCH, IT SOMETIME WILL CRANK AND OTHERS IT WILL NOT DO ANYTHING - LIKE THE BATTERY IS DEAD
I WAS LEAVING WORK WHEN I GOT ON THE FREEWAY WHEN I STEP ON THE GAS PEDAL THE CENTER OF THE CAR MAINLY THE TRANSMISSION START TO SHAKE AND THE CAR WOULD STOP MOVE, THE MORE I PRESS ON THE PEDAL THE LOUDER THE SHAKING GET AND THE CAR WOULD NOT ACCELERATE I HAD TO PULL OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD SHUT THE CAR OFF AND WAIT FOR 15 MINUTES THEN START IT AGAIN TRY TO MOVE IT BUT IT WAS MOVING SLOWLY I EVENTUALLY REACH HOME.
I WENT TO A FORD DEALERSHIP FOR A POSSIBLE TRANSMISSION ISSUE, UNCOMFORTABLE GEAR SHIFTS AND ACCELERATION LAG, THAT I HAVE WITH MY 2012 FORD FOCUS IN 9/13/2019. THEY TOLD ME THAT MY CAR HAD A FIELD SERVICE ACTION (TECHNICALLY IS NOT A RECALL) THAT HAD EXPIRED COUPLE MONTHS AGO, AND THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING. THEY PROVIDED ME SOME PAPERS THAT EXPLAINS OPERATION CHARACTERISTICS OF THEIR FAULTY TRANSMISSION. IN SIX MONTHS TO THIS DATE, MY ISSUE WITH THE TRANSMISSION GOT WORSE. AFTER 30 MINUTES OF DRIVING, MY ENTIRE CAR STARTS SHAKING IN FIRST AND SECOND GEARS, AND BECOMES UNSAFE TO DRIVE BECAUSE IT SOMETIMES TAKES DANGEROUSLY LONG TIME TO SPEED UP. TODAY I WENT TO A LOCAL MECHANIC SHOP AND CONTACTED FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY MECHANIC ESTIMATES THE COSTS OF REPAIR TO BE $1500, AND FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY TELLS ME THAT THEIR FIELD SERVICE ACTION (14M01) HAS EXPIRED AND WOULD NOT TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR FAULTY TRANSMISSION ANYMORE.

THE CONTACT FOLLOWED THE WARNING LIGHT DIRECTIONS; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT REFERENCED NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V523000(POWER TRAIN) AS A POSSIBLE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. NEITHER THE DEALER NOR THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 60,000.*DT*JB
THE LUG NUTS THAT FORD USES ON MY CAR ARE POORLY DESIGNED, AND WILL SWELL. WHEN THIS HAPPENS, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE THEM (SUCH AS WHEN YOU HAVE A FLAT TIRE) AND THEY NEED TO BE BROKEN OFF, AND NEW LUG NUTS PUT ON. IF YOU HAVE A FLAT, YOU HAVE TO GET YOUR CAR TOWED. FORD KNOWS THIS IS AN ISSUE AND REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT, INFECT THEY STILL USE THIS FAULTY PARTS.
ON VEHICLE START UP POWER STEERING IS OCCASIONALLY UNRESPONSIVE. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE TO TRY TO CORRECT THE ISSUE WHICH HAS OVERCOME THE PROBLEM IN THE PAST.THERE ARE NO WARNING SIGNS ON THE DASH THAT ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM. NOW THE VEHICLE HAS LOST ALL POWER STEERING AND MAYBE UNSAFE TO DRIVE. I HAVE NOTIFIED MY FORD DEALER WITH THE PROBLEM, THEY SAID TO HAVE THE CAR TOWED IN FOR A $3000. REPAIR? THIS SURE LOOKS LIKE A SAFETY PROBLEM AS NO ONE CAN SAY IF IT IS SAFE TO DRIVE WITH MANUAL STEERING? WHAT IF I KEEP DRIVING IT AS IS? IF I GIVE THE VEHICLE AWAY CAN I OR FORD BE HELD LIABLE IF SOMEONE IS INJURED. THE CAR NOW NOT WORTH THE COST TO REPAIR. SOMEBODY IS GOING TO GET HURT AND I THOUGHT FORD WAS ALL ABOUT SAFETY? I WILL BE SURE TO LET MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW.
MY SHOCKS AND MY TRANSMISSION I BELIEVE
WE RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2012 FORD FOCUS HATCHBACK FOR MY 16 YEAR OLD SON. THIS MORNING, HE STARTED THE VEHICLE AND BEGAN DRIVING AWAY FROM THE HOUSE. WHILE DOING SO HE WAS HAVING DIFFICULTY MAINTAINING CONTROL OF THE CAR DUE TO THE POWER STEERING BEING NON-FUNCTIONING. FORTUNATELY I WAS SITTING IN THE PASSENGER SEAT AND NOTICED HE WAS STRUGGLING. HE TOLD ME THE STEERING WHEEL WAS VERY HARD TO TURN. I INSTRUCTED HIM TO PULL OVER BUT HE COULDN'T TURN THE WHEEL HARD ENOUGH SO I ASKED THAT HE JUST STOP THE CAR. AT THAT TIME, WE SWITCHED SEATS. SURE ENOUGH, THE POWER STEERING WAS NOT FUNCTIONING AND THE WHEEL WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN. AN AMBER COLORED WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED ON THE DASH. I WAS ABLE TO GET THE CAR BACK HOME TO PARK IT. AFTER SHUTTING IT OFF AND RETURNING TO CHECK ON IT LATER AND LIKELY TAKE IT TO THE MECHANIC AS I FIGURED THE POWER STEERING WAS COMPLETELY OUT, I FOUND THAT UPON RESTART THERE WAS NO ISSUE. SINCE THAT TIME I HAVE BEEN CONDUCTING RESEARCH AND HAVE FOUND NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS AND CONCERNS ABOUT THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE SAME VEHICLE. SEVERAL PERSONS HAVE WARNED THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO THEM WHILE IN MOTION, SOME OF WHICH AT HIGH SPEEDS ON THE INTERSTATE. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY INCREDIBLY CONCERNING, PARTICULARLY FOR YOUNGER, INEXPERIENCED DRIVERS WHO MAY PANIC SHOULD THIS OCCUR WHILE IN MOTION. ACCORDING TO COMPLAINANT REPORTS AND THE NHTSA WEBSITE THERE IS NO CURRENT RECALL BY FORD FOR THIS ISSUE AND THE PARTICULAR MODEL. PLEASE HELP REMEDY THIS ISSUE SO THE SAFETY OF DRIVERS OF THIS VEHICLE, PARTICULARLY CHILDREN, AND THOSE THAT SHARE THE ROAD WITH THEM IS ENSURED. THANK YOU.
THE HORN WON'T WORK.
ENGINE LIGHT ON AND CAR SHUDDERS. TOOK TO FORD A YEAR AGO AND THEY REPLACED PURGE VALVE ON A RECALL. LIGHT WENT OFF AND CAR STOPPED SHUDDER FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS THEN LIGHT CAME BACK ON AND CAR SHUDDERED AGAIN. TOOK BACK TO FORD BUT THEY SAID IT HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH TRANSMISSION OR CLUTCH AND THAT OTHER FORD FOCUS ARE HAVING THIS PROBLEM. THEY SAID MAYBE I CAN WAIT UNTIL A RECALL HAPPENS. MEANWHILE, CAN'T DRIVE MY CAR IT SHUDDERS AND STALLS WHILE DRIVING AND NOW IT IS PARKED WHILE I CONTINUE TO MAKE PAYMENTS. :(

THEN TRIED TO RESTART MY CAR AND MY STEERING WHEEL WAS REALLY HARD TO TURN THEN THE STEERING ASSIST FAILURE POPPED UP ON MY SCREEN. WE HAD THE CAR TOWED TO CAMELBACK FORD AND WE EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND THAT AFTER SOME RESEARCH FOUND THERE IS AN OPEN RECALL ON HER CAR FOR A MALFUNCTIONING PART/S THAT CAN CAUSE THE EXACT PROBLEMS SHE'S EXPERIENCING. THEY SAY OKAY, WE'LL GET ON IT. WELL, THEY CALLED US TODAY, 1/20/2020, A WHOLE 5 DAYS LATER, TO SAY THAT SHE NEEDS A NEW BATTERY AND OTHER THINGS LIKE A WHEEL ALIGNMENT AND BEARING REPLACED. NO MENTION OF THE RECALL REPAIR BEING DONE. WHEN ASKED THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T REPAIR BECAUSE THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPLICATE THE PROBLEM OR FIND A CODE FOR IT. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY, SHE'S BEEN WITHOUT HER CAR FOR 5 DAYS AND THE RECALL REPAIR WASN'T EVEN DONE, AND THEY COME AT USE FOR OTHER "REPAIRS". RIGHT NOW WE ARE MORE CONCERNED FOR THE SAFETY ASPECT OF THE CAR STALLING OUT WHILE IN MOTION.
