I HAVE A 2013 FOCUS AND ON 3/14/16 ON MY WAY HOME ON THE FREEWAY, MY OIL & BATTERY LIGHT STARTED FLICKERING ON AND OFF AT THE SAME TIME AND AS IT DID THE CAR WAS STALLING OUT. I PUT MY 4-WAY FLASHERS ON, SLOWED DOWN AND MOVED TO THE RIGHT LANE AS A SAFETY MEASURE. AFTER ANOTHER FEW MILES BOTH LIGHTS CAME ON AND STAYED ON AND THE CAR SHUT DOWN. I PULLED OVER TO THE BERM, WAITED A FEW MINUTES, TRIED STARTING, IT STARTED AND DROVE HOME WITH NO ISSUES. I DROVE TO WORK THE NEXT DAY WITH NO ISSUES. ON THE WAY HOME THINGS STARTED HAPPENING AGAIN, THE CAR SHUT DOWN, BUT THIS TIME AFTER WAITING A FEW MINUTES THE CAR NEVER STARTED. I HAD IT TOWED TO THE DEALER AND THEY FOUND THAT A WIRING HARNESS WAS UP AGAINST THE THROTTLE BODY AND WORE THROUGH THE PROTECTIVE INSULATING TAPE, THEN THE WIRES CAUSING THE PROBLEM. ALSO, IN SPEAKING TO THE MECHANIC HE SAID THAT THE BRACKET THE HARNESS WAS USING TO KEEP IN PLACE WAS CAUSING IT TO BE UP AGAINST THE THROTTLE BODY SO HE UNCLIPPED THE BRACKET. I'M GOING TO CALL THE FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER TO DISCUSS. ANOTHER ISSUE WAS THAT THE "BOOK" SAID IT WOULD TAKE 3 HOURS, BUT ONLY TOOK 2. AND YES THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR THE 3. INTERESTING AT $125/ HOUR, THAT WOULD BE $250/ HOUR THEY'RE MAKING WHILE THE MECHANIC STARTS ON THE NEXT CAR! UNBELIEVABLE.
TRANSMISSION SHIFTING ERRATICALLY, CAR JERKS VIOLENTLY WHEN TAKING OFF FROM A STOP. THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM IN THESE DUAL CLUTCH TRANSMISSION. THIS CAR IS UNSAFE, WHY ELSE WOULD FORD KEEP EXTENDING THE WARRANTIES ON THESE TRANSMISSION. THESE TRANSMISSIONS ARE NOT FIXABLE AND VERY UNSAFE. THERE ARE NUMEROUS CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS AGAINST FORD ON THESE TRANSMISSIONS. WHY HAVEN'T YOU FORCED A RECALL ON THIS BEFORE PEOPLE START DYING
PURCHASED A USED 2013 FOCUS IN JANUARY OF 2014. DROVE FINE FOR THE FIRST 6 MONTH BUT SINCE THEN HAVE HAD IT IN THE DEALERSHIP 3 SEPARATE TIMES FOR TRANSMISSIONS ISSUES (IN UNDER 9 MONTHS) EACH TIME FORD CLAIMING IT FIXED THE ISSUE. NEW HARDWARE FORD IS CLAIMING TO HAVE PUT IN THE CAR IS FAILING AGAIN. LATEST FAILURE OCCURRED AT AN INTERSECTION WHERE I LOST THE ABILITY TO ACCELERATE COMPLETELY AND HAD TO GET OUT AND PUSH THE CAR WITH OTHER MOTORISTS TO SAFTEY. THE CAR THEN HAD TO BE TOWED TO THE DEALER. THIS NATURE OF THIS FAILURE IS GOING TO EVENTUALLY CAUSE SOME SERIOUS INJURIES AND CRASHES IF IT HASN'T ALREADY. GIVEN THE NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS I URGE THE NHTSA TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION INTO THIS.
I PURCHASED THE CAR IN QUESTION USED FROM CARMAX IN BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA ON THE FIRST WEEK OF MARCH 2016. THE FORD FOCUS HAD APPROX. 29,200 MILES ON THE ODOMETER. DURING THE FIRST 200 MILES, I NOTICED THE CAR SHIFTING ROUGHLY FROM FIRST TO SECOND, AND SECOND TO THIRD GEARS. THE ERRATIC OPERATION WAS MOST NOTICEABLE WHEN THE ENGINE WAS WARM. WHEN ACCELERATING FROM A FULL STOP, THE VEHICLE WOULD SHUDDER AND JERK SOMETIMES. I TOOK THE CAR BACK TO CARMAX AFTER THREE DAYS OF SHIFTING PROBLEMS. REPRESENTATIVES OF CARMAX TOOK THE CAR TO AUTONATION FORD IN DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA FOR INSPECTION AND DIAGNOSIS. THE DEALER CONFIRMED THERE WERE POWERTRAIN PROBLEMS. NOW, I HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT THERE ARE FIELD SERVICE BULLETINS PERTAINING TO THE TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE, SHAFT SEAL, AND CLUTCHES. FORD HAS ADVISED ME THAT THE CLUTCHES NEED TO BE REPLACED AND ARE ON BACKORDER FOR AT LEAST 8 TO 10 WEEKS. IT IS LIKELY I WILL BE WITHOUT MY CAR FOR THREE MONTHS OR LONGER.
WHILE ON A HIGHWAY (AUGUST 2015), VEHICLE TRANSMISSION BEGAN TO SLIP FOLLOWED BY THE CAR SHUTTING OFF WHILE DRIVING AT FREEWAY SPEEDS, VEHICLE WOULD NOT TURN BACK ON AND LEFT ME STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY. NOVEMBER 2015, WHILE DRIVING ALONG FREEWAY, CAR TRANSMISSION BEGAN TO SLIP, CAUSING THE CAR TO AGAIN SHUT OFF COMPLETELY WHILE DRIVING AT 65MPH. DECEMBER 2015, DRIVING ON A CITY STREET, ONCE AGIN TRANSMISSION STARTED SLIPPING AND VEHICLE SHUT OFF IN MID MOTION WHILE GOING 30 MPH. IN FEBRUARY 2016, VEHICLE STARTED NORMALLY, ONCE WE PULLED OUT ONTO A ROAD, CAR BEGAN VIOLENTLY BUCKING TRANSMISSION SEEMED TO ENGAGE THEN DISENGAGE PLACING THE VEHICLE IN DANGER OF BEING HIT BY CARS FROM BEHIND, AND JOSTLING PASSENGERS SUBSTANTIALLY. IN MARCH 2016, VEHICLE WAS DRIVING 70 MPH DOWN FREEWAY WHEN TRANSMISSION SLIPPED, THE TRANSMISSION THEN SEEMED TO ENGAGE NORMALLY AGAIN, BUT AS VEHICLE EXITED FREEWAY ON FEEDER ROAD, TRANSMISSION DISENGAGED, BUCKING CAR, DRIVER HAD GAS PEDAL FLOORED AND THE VEHICLE WOULD ONLY MOVE A FEW FEET. AFTER TRANSMISSION RE ENGAGED, THE CAR LURCHED FORWARD WITHOUT DRIVERS FOOT ON GAS, PUTTING VEHICLE AT RISK FOR HITTING CAR IN FRONT OF IT. EACH TIME VEHICLE HAS HAD AN INCIDENT, WE HAVE TAKEN IT TO A LOCAL FORD DEALERSHIP, TRANSMISSION COMPUTER MODULE WAS REPLACED, CLUTCHES REPLACED, TRANSMISSION RE PROGRAMMED 3 TIME, PCM REPLACED. EACH TIME VEHICLE HAS BEEN GIVEN BACK WITHIN A MONTH THEIR IS AN ISSUE. FORD HAS TOLD US THAT THEY REALLY DO TO HAVE A FIX FOR THE PROBLEMS, AND EACH TIME WE ARE GIVEN AN UNSAFE VEHICLE BACK THAT HAS IMPOSED DANGER ON OUR LIVES AND OTHERS ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. FORD EVEN RETURNED VEHICLE AFTER IT HAD STALLED ON THEM, BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING ELSE WRONG. WE HAVE BEEN VERY LUCKY THAT EACH INCIDENT HAS NOT RESULTED IN A CRASH.
WHEN ACCELERATING FROM A COMPLETE STOP OR WHEN THE CAR IS RUNNING IN A LOW GEAR, THE CAR WILL HESITATE, SHUDDER, SHAKE, JUMP VIOLENTLY, STALL, GRIND GEARS, AND/OR MAKE OTHER NOISES AT VARYING LEVELS. WAS FIRST NOTICED WHEN MAKING A TURN FROM A STOP SIGN. AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS MY FRONT DRIVERSIDE TIRE RUBBING THE WHEEL WELL AS THAT WAS THE TYPE OF SOUND I WAS HEARING. I THEN STARTED EXPERIENCING THE SHUDDERING AND STALLING BEHAVIORS. I ALSO BEGAN HEARING NOISES THAT SOUND LIKE THE GRINDING OF GEARS LIKE MAY OCCUR WHEN DRIVING A MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND MISSING THE GEAR. MOST ISSUES OCCUR DURING CITY STREET DRIVING. THIS WENT FROM AN OCCASIONAL OCCURRENCE TO AN EVERY TIME I DRIVE THE CAR SITUATION. THIS IN NO WAY FEELS NORMAL OR SOUNDS NORMAL.
I WENT TO START MY 2013 FORD FUSION AND ALL OF THE ELECTRICAL CONTROLS IN FRONT OF THE STEERING WHEEL DID NOT WORK,GAUGES,READOUT SCREEN,TACH,SPEEDOMETER,TURN SIGNAL INDICATOR LIGHTS. AS I HAVE PANCREATIC CANCER(STAGE 4) IT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TOCRAWL AROUND UNDER THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT TO CHECK THE FUSES. ONE OF MY BROTHERS-IN-LAW CAME OVER AND FOUND THE FUSE BOX AND LOOKED AT SEVERAL FUSES BUT NONE WERE BLOWN. HE PULLED SEVERAL FUSES AND NOTICED THEY WERE CORRODE ON THE MALE ENDS, AS WAS THE FEMALE END OF THE FUSE BOX. I HAD NOTICED FOR SEVERAL DAYS THE COMPUTER SCREEN IN FRONT OF THE STEERING WHEEL WAS SLOW TO COME ON. MY CAR WAS PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY IN A STATIONARY CONDITION. THIS SEEMS TO BE TO BE A VERY DANGEROUS CONDITION, ESPECIALLY IF IT HAPPENED WHILE DRIVING, YOU HAVE NO SPEEDOMETER NO TACH,NO TURN SIGNALS,ECT. ANYTHING THAT IS CONTROLLED BY THAT FUSE. I HAVE HAD CARS SINCE 1963 AND NEVER ENCOUNTERED THAT PROBLEM(CORED FUSE ENDS). NOR HAVE I EVER HAD A CAR WITH AN AUTO TRANSMISSION THAT "SHUDDERED" WHEN GOING FROM A STANDING STOP. YOU CANNOT CHECK THE FLUID, THERE IS NO DIPSTICK. I GUESS THEY ARE ALL IN DEARBORN,MICH AT THE FORD HEADQUARTERS(JUST A LITTLE HUMOR). IF THE TRUTH WAS KNOWN FORD KNEW ABOUT THE CORRODING FUSE BOX, SAME AS THE TORQUE CONVERTERS AND TRANSAXLES IN THE FORD 2000 - 2006 TAURUS', YES I HAVE HAD MY BOUT WITH THEM ALSO.
TRANSMISSION SHUDDERS WHEN SHIFTING FROM 1ST TO 2ND. IT ALSO SHUDDERS AT HIGHER SPEEDS, SOMETIMES VIOLENTLY. IT HAS BEEN IN FOR SERVICE TWICE IN LESS THAN A MONTH. THE FIRST TIME THEY UPDATED THE COMPUTER AND IT STILL SHUDDERED ON THE WAY HOME. THE SECOND TIME FORD REPORTED THAT THE VEHICLE "HAS THE LATEST CALIBRATION AND RPMS ARE WITHIN FORD SPEC AT THIS TIME."
ENGINE WILL STOP RUNNING INTERMITTENTLY WHILE DRIVING ON CITY STREETS OR WHILE TURNING OFF OF A HIGHWAY. ALSO, OCCASIONALLY WILL DIE AT A STOP LIGHT. VEHICLE HAS A ROUGH AND ERRATIC IDLE WHILE STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT. SOMETIMES IDLING SO LOW AS TO ALMOST DIE. OTHER TIMES IDLING AT 1400 OR 1500 RPMS
HAVE HAD CAR IN FOR MULTIPLE TRANSMISSION ISSUE'S. DROPPED OFF TO DEALER WAS TOLD CLUTCH WAS BAD AND PART IS ON BACK ORDER.THIS WILL BE THE FOURTH CLUTCH INSTALLED HAVE TALKED TO FORD AND THE BBB NO HELP.THE CAR HAS LESS THAN 60,000 MILE BEEN THROUGH FOUR CLUTCHES AND TWO TCM'S. EVERY FOUR MONTH CAR AT DEALERSHIP GETTING TRANSMISSION WORK DONE.WITH ALL THE ISSUE'S OF THE CAR VALUE HAVE DECREASED VALUE . AND WILL GO UPSIDE DOWN IF TRYING TO GET RID OF MY LEMON. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM FORD AGAIN AND AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THERE HANDLING OF THE PROBLEMS.
TRANSMISSION IS OVERHEATING; LIGHT COMES ON WHILE IN STOP AND GO TRAFFIC. THE CAR SHIFTS HARSHLY, MAKES GURGLING NOISES, HESITATES AND JERKS. ROARING AND CLUNKING COMING FROM ENGINE WHEN STARTING THE VEHICLE AND WHEN VEHICLE IS RUNNING.
FORD FOCUS PURCHASED IN 2013. TRANSMISSION IN FOR REPAIRS TOTAL OF FIVE TIMES. TWO OF THOSE FIVE TIMES, VEHICLE HAD TO BE TOWED BACK TO DEALER. FIRST TOW: VEHICLE STARTED SHUDDERING VIOLENTLY WHILE GOING 70 MPH ON EXPRESSWAY," TRANSMISSION FAULT" LIGHT CAME ON, (TWO CHILDREN IN THE CAR UNDER THE AGE OF 9 AS WELL), TURNED HAZARDS ON AND COASTED OFF ONTO A NEARBY EXIT AND WAITED FOR TOW TRUCK. SECOND TOW: VEHICLE STOPPED, SHUDDERED WHILE EXITING EXPRESSWAY, WARNING SYSTEM CAME ON "TRANSMISSION FAULT: SERVICE NOW". BOTH TIMES VEHICLE LOST POWER, COULD NOT ENGAGE INTO GEAR. HIGH TRAFFIC AREA ON EXPRESSWAYS, LUCKILY WAS NOT INJURED. NON-TOW REPAIRS: TRANSMISSION SHUDDERS VIOLENTLY, HAS DIFFICULTY SWITCHING OUT OF FIRST OR SECOND GEARS, ABLE TO DRIVE VEHICLE TO SHOP, WHERE IT IS SERVICED, BUT BEGINS TO HAVE ISSUES WITHIN SEVERAL MONTHS OF REPAIRS EACH TIMES, REPEAT OF THE SAME ISSUES. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE AND DANGEROUS VEHICLE THAT LOSES POWER AND HAS ISSUES WITH THE TRANSMISSION LOCKING UP/FAILING AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT, DESPITE MULTIPLE REPAIRS AND CLUTCH REPLACEMENTS BY A CERTIFIED FORD DEALER. THIS VEHICLE NEEDS TO BE SERIOUSLY REEVALUATED FOR SAFETY.
DRIVERS SIDE DOOR LATCH DID NOT LATCH WHEN I GOT IN THE CAR. I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO SANTAN FORD IN GILBERT AZ. THEY CHARGED ME $618.37 TO REPAIR THE CAR. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THIS IS NOT ON A RECALL AS OTHER FORD VEHICLES ARE BEING RECALLED. THE CAR HAS 42K MILES.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FOCUS. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION, IT SHUTTERED EXTENSIVELY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE AND SLOWED DOWN WITH A DRASTIC REDUCTION IN SPEED NUMEROUS TIMES WITHOUT WARNING. CAPITAL FORD (4900 CAPITAL BLVD, RALEIGH, NC 27616, 919-878-4884, (877) 659-2496) STATED THAT IT MAY TAKE A MONTH AND A WEEK BEFORE THE REMEDY AND PART WOULD BECOME AVAILABLE. THE DIAGNOSIS WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE DEALER ADVISED THE CONTACT TO EITHER REPAIR THE VEHICLE OR TRADE IT IN BECAUSE THEY HAD LIMITED TECHNICIANS AVAILABLE. THE DEALER STATED THAT THEY MAY SERVICE THE VEHICLE WITH A WARRANTY EXTENSION. THE MANUFACTURER ISSUED 35 TSBS ON THE POWER TRAIN AND 2 TSBS ON THE VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL. THE VEHICLE WAS EXCLUDED FROM NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V523000 (POWER TRAIN), WHICH AFFECTED THE 2012 TO 2016 MODELS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND INDICATED FOR THE DEALER TO DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
I WAS DRIVING AND THE STEERING GOT HARD, SO I KEPT DRIVING IT TO WORK. IT SAID SOMETHING ABOUT STEERING FAULT. I STEPPED INTO A PLACE TO GET COFFEE, AND THEN TURNED MY CAR ON AND THE SCREEN SAID POWER LOSS. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING WITH 60K ON IT... ITS ONLY A 2013..
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FOCUS. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE JERKED WHILE THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DIAGNOSED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS DESIGNED IN THAT MANNER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION SLIPS WHEN SHIFTING GEARS, MOST NOTICEABLY THE LOWER GEARS BUT IT HAS HAPPENED WITH HIGHER GEARS ON OCCASION. THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION ALSO "SPUDDERS" OR "CHUGS" WHEN ACCELERATION IS APPLIED, AND DOES NOT MATTER HOW AGGRESSIVELY OR GENTLY THE ACCELERATION IS APPLIED, IT STILL STRUGGLES, SOMETIMES HESITATING, OR SOMETIMES "CHUGGING," THEN USUALLY SLAMS VIOLENTLY INTO GEAR. THESE OCCURANCES ARE ONGOING AND ARE MOST PREVALENT WHEN ACCELERATING FROM A STOP OR FROM SLOW SPEEDS.
I HAVE FORD FOCUS FOR 2 YEARS FROM THE FIRST WEEK ON DRIVING THERE IS VIBRATING FEELING AND GRINDING SOUNDS COMING FROM THE ENGINE. WHEN AM AT THE STOP LIGHT OR IN TRAFFIC WHEN MOVING HE VIBRATION FELT AS IF THE ENGINE IS GOING FALL OUT THE CAR. I TAKE IT TO THE DEALER TO HAVE A SERVICE DONE ON IT AND I WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS A RECALL ON THE TRANSMISSION MODULE PROGRAMMING. A DAY LATER THERE IS A POP UP ON MY DASHBOARD - TRANSMISSION FAULT AND ITS DRIVING TERRIBLY. HIGH COMPRESSION SOUND COMING FROM THE ENGINE AND IT SLOW DOWN COMPLETELY IN TRAFFIC. I THINK THIS IS AT RISK FOR AN ACCIDENT WHERE DRIVERS BEHIND ME AND MY SAFETY . FORD SHOULD REALLY CONSIDER THE RECALL ON THESE CARS
WHILE DRIVING THE STEERING STOPS WORKING, UNABLE TO TURN RIGHT OR LEFT. I WAS TURNING RIGHT AT A CORNER AND STEERING COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING. TRAFFIC STOPPED BECAUSE OF THIS AND THIS COULD'VE CAUSED AN ACCIDENT.
ON DECEMBER 26, 2015 I BOUGHT MY DAUGHTER A USED 2013 FOCUS FOUR DOOR SEDAN WITH 46882 MILES FROM A LOCAL DEALERSHIP IN ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND. THE CAR DROVE VERY NICE WITH NO OBVIOUS PROBLEMS. IN EARLY FEBRUARY THIS YEAR MY DAUGHTER NOTICED THAT THE TRANSMISSION MADE A LOUD RATTLING, SHUTTERING NOISE FROM A STOP. IT NOW HAPPENS FROM PULLING FORWARD FROM EVERY STOP, LIKE FROM A STOP SIGN OR TRAFFIC LIGHT. THE CARS FEELS LIKE THERE IS NO POWER TO THE WHEELS AND WHEN THE TRANSMISSION CATCHES IT LUNGES FROWARD. THE TRANSMISSION FEELS LIKE IT IS SHIFTING BETWEEN FIRST AND SECOND GEAR AND VIBRATES BADLY. THE SYMPTOMS ARE GETTING WORSE AND NOW THE SYMPTOMS ARE WORSE AND IT HAPPENS ALMOST EVERY TIME YOU START FROM A STOP. IT IS ALSO WORSE IF YOU ARE ON AN INCLINE OR SLIGHT HILL ALTHOUGH THE SYMPTOMS CAN OCCUR ON A FLAT ROAD. THE SYMPTOMS ALSO OCCUR IN REVERSE. THE PROBLEM IS NOW HAPPENING ALMOST ALL THE TIME. THE CAR DOES NOT APPEAR SAFE TO DRIVE. THE CAR CURRENTLY HAS ONLY 49000 MILES. I BOUGHT THIS CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER AND NOW I CAN NOT LET HER DRIVE IT SINCE SHE COMMUTES 75 MILES A DAY. MY DAUGHTER NOW HAS TO USE HER MOM'S CAR AND SINCE I AM HANDICAPPED I CAN NOT DRIVE THE FOCUS SO MY WIFE HAS TO AND I FEEL SHE IS AT RISK OF INJURY OR WORSE. I AM OVER 50 YEARS OLD AND HAVE NEVER HAD A CAR DO THIS. I HAVE TALKED TO OTHER FOCUS OWNERS AND THEY ALL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. SOMEONE HAS TO DO SOMETHING TO FORD TO HAVE THEM FIX THE TRANSMISSIONS BEFORE A DEATH OCCURS. NOT ONLY DO THE DEALERSHIPS NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEMS THEY ARE SAYING NOTHING IS WRONG. RESIDENTIAL STREETS, MAJOR STREETS, THE FREEWAYS. I HAVE REMOVED ALL ITEMS FROM THE TRUNK AND THE PROBLEMS CONTINUES TO PERSIST. THE CAR DEALER HAS NOT DEEMED THE TRUNK LATCH AS DEFECTIVE AS THEY FIND NOTHING WRONG WITH IT. THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY HAZARD AS THERE IS NO WARNING WHEN THE TRUNK WILL POP OPEN.

ADDITIONALLY, I WAS TOLD THAT CYCLINDER ONE WAS MISFIRING AND I NEED A NEW COIL PACK. I HAVE A 2007 FORD FUSION SEL (234,00 MILES), IT HAS BEEN THE MOST RELIABLE CAR. TOOK CAR IN FOR TRANSMISSION 11/2015, REPROGRAMMED AND TOLD CLUTCH NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BUT PARTS BACK ORDERED. CONTACTED DEALER TODAY (4 WEEKS LATER) TO FIND PARTS BACKORDERED ANOTHER 6-8 WEEKS.

AFTER 3 HOURS OF TRYN TO GET MY CAR TO START I HAD IT TOWED TO THE FORD HOUSE IN GRANBURY THEY WERE CLOSED SO THE CAR SAT THERE FOR 2 DAYS AND WHEN THEY GOT IN IT , IT STARTED RIGHT UP AND THEY DROVE IT SO THEY ARE TELLING ME NOTHING IS WRONG WITH IT.
