INTERMITTENTLY LOCKS OUT THE IGNITION CAUSED BY THE FACTORY INSTALLED ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM. NOT EVER SURE WHEN THE CAR MIGHT START. THIS VAN IS A NIGHTMARE. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD FREESTAR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH, THE VEHICLE HESITATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION AND THEY STATED THAT WATER HAD ENTERED THE COMPUTER AND THE COMPUTER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND THEY FILED A COMPLAINT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 102,000.
