MY STEERING WHEEL LOCKS UP AND THE DASH READS POWER STEERING ASSIST DEFAULT. MAINLY DOES IT WHEN I FIRST START CAR AND PUT IT IN REVERSE BUT IT HAS DONE IN WHILE DRIVING MAKING A TURN.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT AN UPDATE NEEDED TO BE APPLIED TO THE PSCM. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, HOWEVER THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE POWER STEERING MODULE FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. ONE NIGHT I WAS DRIVING IN THE CITY TO RUN SOME ERRANDS. THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION APPROXIMATELY 30 TO 35 MILES PER HOUR IN A MAIN STREET WHEN I SUDDENLY HEAR A SOUND COMING FROM MY VEHICLE ALERTING ME THAT THE WRENCH LIGHT DETECTED A MALFUNCTION. AT THE MOMENT I WAS ALERT AND VIEWING MY DASH REGARDING THE ILLUMINATION IT THREW UNTIL I SUDDENLY FELT MY STEERING GEAR BECOME REALLY STIFF AND PULLING ME TO THE SIDE NEAR THE CURB REALLY FAST. I HAD LOST CONTROL OF MY VEHICLE TO STEER THAT RESULTED IN MY VEHICLE JUMPING UP THE CURB AND COLLIDING WITH A LIGHT POLE DAMAGING THE PASSENGER SIDE OF MY FRONT BUMPER AND PASSENGER FRONT AND REAR DOOR. THE MAJORITY OF THE DAMAGE HAPPEN TO MY VEHICLE WHICH LEFT SCRATCHES, DENTS, AND PAINT AND BODY DAMAGE TO PRETTY MUCH THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY VEHICLE. THE LIGHT POLE CONSIDERING THE IMPACT FROM JUMPING UP THE CURB ASSISTED IN NOT CAUSING ANY STREET DAMAGE TOWARD THE STREET LIGHT. I REPORTED THE INCIDENT IMMEDIATELY TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO FILE A CLAIM. EVENTUALLY I WAS INFORMED BY A FEW OF MY COWORKERS THAT THERE WAS A RECALL ISSUED ABOUT THE STEERING GEAR ON THE 2011 FORD FUSIONS. I TOOK IT TO MY FORD DEALER IN WHICH WAS A REALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SINCE THEY AUTOMATICALLY CLOSED THERE DOOR IN MY FACE WHEN I INFORMED THEM ABOUT THE STEERING GEAR ISSUE AND RECALL. THERE EXCUSE WAS MY VIN DID NOT MATCH THE RECALL ISSUED SO THERE WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. FORD THEN QUOTED ME OVER $2000 FOR PARTS AND LABOR AND PROGRAMMING. I WAS SO PISSED AND LEFT EMPTY HANDED SINCE DOWN THE ROAD I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PURCHASE THE STEERING GEAR AND YET TO STILL SELL ME A DEFECTIVE ONE THAT I HAD AN OUTSIDE SHOP PERFORM THE WORK TWICE. AFTER MY REPAIRS I SPOKE TO THE SERVICE MANAGER FOR A REIMBURSEMENT IN WHICH TILL THIS DAY, THEY DO NOT WANT TO ISSUE ME ONE.
MY DOOR LATCH BROKE ON THE CAR. MY TEENAGER GOT IN THE CAR AND THE DOOR WOULDN'T CLOSE. I COULDN'T RIDE HOME WITH IT IN THAT CONDITION. I SEE IT'S A COMMON PROBLEM WITH FORDS, BUT MY YEAR OF FUSION IS NOT ON ANY RECALL LIST. IT DEFINITELY SHOULD BE BECAUSE THAT IS A VERY REAL SAFETY ISSUE.
FAILURE RIGHT FRONT INSIDE DOOR HANDLE. DRIVERS DOOR HANDLE ON INSIDE HAS STOPPED WORKING. I MUST ROLL DOWN WINDOW AND USE OUTSIDE DOOR HANDLE TO OPEN DOOR. THIS OCCURRED 02/06/17 WHEN I STOPPED CAR, TURNED OFF THE IGNITION AND TRIED TO EXIT THE CAR. DOOR HANDLE HAS NOT WORKED SINCE THEN. WHEN CAR WAS LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD THE RIGHT FRONT PASSENGER DOOR HANDLES INSIDE & OUTSIDE FAILED INTERMITTENTLY. DEALER "COULD NOT FIND" THE PROBLEM. THIS WENT ON FOR SEVERAL WEEKS UNTIL FINALLY THE PASSENGER DOOR COULD NOT BE OPENED FROM INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. CAR WAS TAKEN TO DEALER AND REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY.
WHILE DRIVING, THE CAR FACES A SUDDEN LOSS OF POWER STEERING AND A "SERVICE ADVANCETRAC" WARNING MESSAGE COMES ON AT THE SAME TIME. THE WARNING LIGHT FOR THE TRACTION CONTROL STAYS ON. POWER STEERING RESUMED AFTER SOME TIME BUT THE "SERVICE ADVANCETRAC" WARNING MESSAGE AND TRACTION CONTROL WARNING LIGHT STAYED ON. THIS HAPPENS ALMOST WEEKLY AND SEEMS VERY DANGEROUS. I WAS VERY LUCKY TO NOT HAVE THIS HAPPEN WHILE ON A FREEWAY OR AT A TURN. *TR
DRIVER DOOR INSIDE HANDLE INOPERATIVE. UNABLE TO EXIT VEHICLE WITHOUT OPENING DRIVER SIDE WINDOW AND OPENING DOOR. THE SAME PROBLEM HAPPENED TO MY 2008 FUSION. THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL NOTICE FROM FORD AND NOT NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD FUSION. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE SERVICE ADVANCE TRAC AND SERVICE POWER STEERING WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED AND THE POWER STEERING FAILED. IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE STEERING GEAR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED OUT OF POCKET, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V340000 (STEERING). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 101,000.
The contact called on behalf of her mother who owns a 2011 Ford Fusion. The contact stated while her mother was starting the vehicle, the vehicle lost power steering functionality. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 15V340000 (Steering); however, the failure reoccurred within 6 months. The contact stated that whenever the failure occurred, her mother turned off and restarted the vehicle, and the power steering would respond as needed. However, the failure later persisted upon turning off and restarting the vehicle. A message indicating a power steering failure was displayed. The vehicle was towed to the same dealer where it was diagnosed that the failure was related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 15V340000 (Steering). The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA hotline. The failure mileage was approximately 176,000.

VEHICLE SHUT DOWN SEVERAL TIMES WHILE TRAVELING AT LOW SPEED ON A CITY STREET. ALSO, THE DOOR ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE WILL NOT OPEN FROM THE INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE.
MY DRIVERS SIDE HEATED SEAT BEGAN TO GET WARMER THAN USUAL WHEN I WOULD USE IT. IT WOULD BECOME SO WARM THAT I WOULD HAVE TO TURN IT OFF BECAUSE IT WAS GETTING TOO HOT AND I WAS AFRAID THAT IT WOULD BURN ME. AFTER A FEW WEEKS OF THIS HAPPENING THE SEAT HEATER STOPPED FUNCTIONING PROPERLY ALL TOGETHER. I WOULD PRESS THE HEATED SEAT BUTTON AND IT WOULD ILLUMINATE FOR A FEW SECONDS (MAYBE 2-3) AND THEN SHUT OFF ON ITS OWN, AS IF SOMETHING WERE TRIPPING A FAULT. TODAY (1/12) THE SEAT DOES NOT GET WARM AT ALL BEFORE THE SWITCH TURNS OFF AUTOMATICALLY. IT IS APPARENT BASED ON RESEARCH THAT THIS IS A VERY COMMON ISSUE WITH THE FORD FUSION. THIS WAS HAPPENING WHEN I PUT MY CAR INTO REVOERS OR DRIVE TO PULL OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY.
POWER STEERING ASSIST FAILURE WHILE DRIVING AND TURNING MAKING VEHICLE DIFFICULT TO CONTROL. RECALL WAS ISSUED ON THIS AND COMPUTER UPGRADE INSTALLED. I WAS NOT WARNED THAT THIS COULD BE VERY DANGEROUS AND WOULD MOST LIKELY OCCUR. SHUTTING OFF ENGINE AND RESTARTING TEMPORARILY FIXED, BUT HAS HAPPENED AGAIN. LESS THAN 80,000 MILES ON VEHICLE.

THE CONTACT CALLED A LOCAL DEALER (GABRIEL/JORDAN FORD, 2400 US HIGHWAY 50 S, LIVINGSTON, TX 77351) WHO STATED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
POWER STEERING FAILS. UNABLE TO STEER VEHICLE AT ALL..THIS HAS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR QUITE SOME TIME WHEN FIRST STARTING THE VEHICLE BUT NOW HAS PROGRESSED TO MORE FREQUENT AND DURING NORMAL OPERATION ON THE ROAD.DASHBOARD WARNING STATES'POWER STEERING ASSIST FAULT'. THIS FAILURE HAS OCCURRED AT VARIOUS SPEEDS BUT USUALLY AT LOWER SPEEDS.
1. TAKATA RECALL- AIR BAG: AIR BAG SENSOR OR LIGHT GOES BLINKING FOR 30 MINS OR MORE THAN IT SWITCHES TO THE PANEL LIGHT AND STAYS THERE LIT UP.. 2. STEERING COLUMN-STIFF AND GRINDING NOISE: WHEN IT DRIVES BACKWARD REVERSE IT MAKES THAT NOISE AND WHEN ON THE ROAD IT BEGINS TO MAKE LOUD NOISE, THEN THE STEERING GETS HARD TO STEER. 3. AC COOLANT DOES NOT BLOW COLD AIR: DOES NOT GET COLD AND BLOWS OUT WARM AIR ONLY.
SQUEAKING ON THE LEFT SIDE WHEN GOING OVER BUMPS OR TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL AT LOW SPEED ON CITY STREET.
MY VEHICLE IS A PART OF THE RECALL FOR AIRBAG. MY CAR WAS PURCHASED AND LIVED IN TEXAS UNTIL 2016. I KNOW THE RECALL HAS BEEN PRIORITIZED BY HGOTTES AND MOST HUMID REGIONS TO LEAST. I KNOW LIVE IN OREGON WHICH IS IN THE LAST ZONE TO GET THE REPAIR HOWEVER BASED ON THE RECALL MY A CAR SHOULD BE REPAIRED WITH A ZONE. MY LOCAL FORD DEALERSHIP SAYS THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO SO I HAVE TO CART MY FAMILY AROUND KNOWING THAT THE AIRBAG COULD END UP DEPLOYING AND KILLING ONE OF MY CHILDREN OR WIFE. PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
I AM UNSURE IF MY CAR WAS INCLUDED IN THE AIR BAG RECALL THAT I FOUND VIA GOOGLE, I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED FOR SEVERAL RECALLS INVOLVING MY CAR. NOW THE FORD DEALERSHIP HAS INFORMED ME THAT THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY CAR AS WELL AS SEVERAL OTHERS OF THE SAME MAKE AND MODEL WITH CODE ISSUES. THESE CODE ISSUES CAUSE THE POWER STEERING TO FAIL WITHOUT WARNING AND CAUSE LOSS OF CONTROL AS WELL AS SOMETHING INVOLVING SERVICE ADVANCETRAC. FORD HAS TOLD ME THEY CAN RESET EACH TIME THE CODE MESSES UP BUT AT THIS TIME FORD HAS NOT ORDERED A RECALL AND THEY WILL CONTACT THEM TO LET THEM KNOW. WHAT AM I TO DO? THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS!

WHEN WILL I GET THE LETTER SAYING BRING IT IN AND WE'LL FIX OUR MISTAKE. I FEAR EVERY TIME SOMEONE ASKS ME FOR A RIDE I HAVE TO SAY NO, OR SIT IN THE REAR WHERE IT'S SAFER. THERE IS DELAY IS GEAR, HARSH SHIFTING FROM PARK AND ALSO WHILE DRIVING. FORD DEALERSHIP FAILS TO SERVICE AIRBAG RECALL AND THROTTLE BOTTLE RECALL. FORD SAYS F635 TRANSMISSION IS 'SERVICE-FREE' AND TRANSMISSION FLUID DOESN'T NEED REPLACED UNTIL 150K MILES. AT 140K NOW, MY CAR'S TRANSMISSION IS FAILING COMPLETELY. EVER SINCE FIRST OWNING THE FUSION, THE CAR HAS ROUGH AND DELAYED SHIFTING THROUGH PARK-REVERSE-NEUTRAL-DRIVE-LOW AND THROUGH DRIVE GEARS 1-6. QUITE DANGEROUS TO HAVE THIS OCCUR WHEN DRIVING HIGHWAY SPEEDS THROUGH MOUNTAINS. FORD IS A CRIMINAL COMPANY - I WANT THEM TO BUY THIS JUNK OF A CAR BACK FROM ME. FRONT FLEW OPEN WHILE DRIVING (ON A 4 LANE CITY STREET, ABOUT 30 MPH, TURNING SLIGHTLY TO THE LEFT), PASSENGER WOULD HAVE BEEN THROWN OUT IF NOT SEATBELT RETAINED HER. REPEATED SLAMMING DOOR SHUT TO GET HOME CLOSED THE DOOR, BUT NOW THE DOOR WONT OPEN FROM THE INSIDE NOR OUTSIDE. THIS IS A REAL PERSONAL HAZARD IF ATTEMPTING TO EXIT IN AN EMERGENCY. CONTACTED THE LOCAL DEALER, HE TELLS ME FORD FUSION WAS RECALLED BECAUSE OF DOOR PROBLEMS BUT NOT MY VIN NUMBER, THE SAME ANSWER FROM FORD MOTOR CO.

ONCE AGAIN, I CONTINUE TO HAVE ISSUES WITH MY POWER STEERING JUST TURNING OFF WHILE IN THE MIDDLE OF A TURN. THIS IS NOW HAPPENING ABOUT 1-3 TIMES A WEEK. THIS DOES ONLY SEEM TO HAPPEN AT LOW SPEEDS. HOWEVER THAT IS WHEN IT IS THE MOST DANGEROUS. DRIVING THROUGH STORE PARKING LOTS OR PARK, IT HAS SIMPLY GONE OUT AND LOST CONTROL. I AM RUNNING OUT OF WAYS TO EXPLAIN HOW DANGEROUS THE COMPLETELY UNEXPECTED POWER STEERING LOSS ON MY(AND THOUSANDS OF OTHERS) FORDS THAT WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL ACTUALLY IS. I HAVE ALREADY REPORTED THAT MORE THAN SEVERAL TIMES I WAS INCHES FROM STRIKING A PEDESTRIAN DUE TO LOSS OF CONTROL AFTER THE POWER STEERING FAILED. I REALLY HOPE WE ARE NOT JUST WAITING FOR A FATAL ACCIDENT REPORT TO TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY. THE CONTACT DROVE THE VEHICLE HOME. THE FOLLOWING DAY, THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO FLUSHED AND REPLACED THE BRAKE FLUID. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED BY THE MANUFACTURER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 41,800.
FORD OFFERED RECALL 15S18 TO REPLACE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING ASSIST ON 2011-2012 FORD FUSIONS. THE MANUFACTURE DATE FOR THE RECALL BEGINS ON SEPT 07, 2011. HOWEVER, MY FORD FUSION, MANUFACTURED ONE MONTH EARLIER (AUGUST 07, 2011), HAS THE SAME ISSUE. THE DASH MESSAGE CENTER SAYS "SERVICE POWER STEERING NOW" AND "SERVICE ADVANCETRAC". AT APPROXIMATELY 85,000 MILES I LOST POWER STEERING AT 75MPH WHILE PASSING AN 18 WHEELER ON THE INTERSTATE. I LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND HAD TO RAPIDLY DECELERATE AND PULL OVER. I ALMOST WRECKED INTO THE BAR-DITCH, AS THE STEERING COLUMN VIOLENTLY JERKED THE VEHICLE TO THE RIGHT. NOW, I STILL HAVE COMPLETE LOSS OF POWER STEERING AND MY LOCAL FORD DEALERSHIP INFORMED ME THAT RECALL 15S18 WON'T COVER MY VEHICLE REPAIR SINCE IT WAS MANUFACTURED A MONTH TOO EARLY. I PURCHASED A 2011 FORD FUSION ON 12/14/16. IT HAD A HALF TANK OF GAS IN IT WHEN I TOOK DELIVERY. I FILLED THE TANK ON 12/15/16. AFTER DRIVING IT, I NOTICED A STRONG SMELL OF FUEL FOR ABOUT THE TOP 1/8 OF THE TANK. DUE TO A LOT OF SNOW AND ICE WE HAVE HAD, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO TELL IF THERE IS ACTUALLY ANY FUEL LEAKING ONTO THE GROUND BUT THE ODOR IS THERE ONCE THE CAR IS PARKED AFTER DRIVING. THERE IS A KNOWN RECALL OF ALMOST A HALF MILLION 2010/2011 FORD FUSIONS AND MERCURY MILANS FOR THIS EXACT PROBLEM. MY VEHICLE WAS MANUFACTURED WITHIN THE DATES OF THE RECALLED VEHICLES. I CONTACTED FORD AND THEY STATED THAT MY VEHICLE IS NOT PART OF THIS RECALL. THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO ASSIST ME WITH DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIR AT THIS TIME. THEY INFORMED ME THAT I SHOULD FILE A COMPLAINT REGARDING MY SITUATION WITH NHTSA. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE ANY ASSISTANCE YOU COULD OFFER WITH HAVING MY VEHICLE INCLUDED AS PART OF THIS RECALL. I HAVE TWO YOUNG CHILDREN AND NEED A SAFE VEHICLE TO BE ABLE TO TRANSPORT THEM IN DAILY. I REPLACED A REAR TAIL LIGHT BULB THAT WAS NOT WORKING AND FOUND THAT THE SOCKET APPEARED TO HAVE SUSTAINED DAMAGE FROM AN OVERHEAT CONDITION. THIS CAUSED THE NEW BULB TO NOT FIT SECURELY IN THE SOCKET AND NOT MAKE SOLID CONTACT. I CHECKED THE OTHER TAIL LIGHT AND FOUND THE SAME CONDITION. BOTH SOCKETS WERE DISCOLORED, BROWN TO BLACK NEAR THE BULB, APPARENTLY FROM BEING OVER HEATED. SEVERAL DAYS LATER I REPLACED THE RIGHT LOW BEAM HEADLIGHT AND FOUND THAT THE SOCKET HAD MELTED, REQUIRING THE SOCKET TO BE REPLACED. I DON'T THINK THE TAIL LIGHT AND HEADLIGHT EVENTS ARE DIRECTLY RELATED, BUT I FEEL THAT THIS EXCESSIVE HEAT IS A POTENTIAL FIRE HAZARD AND IS INDICATIVE OF A SERIOUS ENGINEERING DEFECT WITH THE FUSION. TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE THE BULBS I REPLACED WERE ORIGINAL AND NO PRIOR MODIFICATION OR REPAIR HAS BEEN DONE TO ANY OF THE VEHICLE'S LIGHTING. I AM NOT INCLUDING PICTURES OF THE TAIL LIGHT SOCKET AT THIS TIME BECAUSE IF I ATTEMPT TO REMOVE THEM TO TAKE A PICTURE THERE IS A STRONG LIKELIHOOD THEY WILL STOP WORKING. I HAVE INCLUDED PICTURES OF THE MELTED HEADLIGHT CONNECTOR.

I MANAGED TO TURN THE CAR AROUND AND DRIVE IT TO THE DEALER WHO HAD THE CAR FOR 3 DAYS AND ULTIMATELY HAD TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE ABS MODULE AT A COST TO ME OF $2764.00. THANKFULLY, WHEN THIS HAPPENED I DID NOT HAVE TO APPLY MY BRAKES IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION BECAUSE THE ONLY BRAKING THAT I COULD EFFECT AT THAT POINT WAS TO DEPRESS THE BRAKE PEDAL ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR AND BRING THE CAR GRADUALLY TO A STOP. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED ON A VEHICLE WITH ONLY 94,000 THAT IS REGULARLY SERVICED INCLUDING A TUNE UP AT THE SAME DEALER EXACTLY ONE MONTH PREVIOUSLY.

THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS A RECALL FOR 2011-2012 FORD FUSION VEHICLES (RECALL NUMBER 15V340000), BUT REFUSED TO HONOR THE RECALL, STATING THAT THE 2011 CAR WAS ACTUALLY MANUFACTURED AT THE END OF 2010 AND NOT APPLICABLE FOR THIS RECALL. THE FORD DEALERSHIP IS CHARGING ME $1950 TO REPLACE THE POWER STEERING GEAR. WHEN I CALLED FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ALSO REFUSED TO COVER THIS VERY DANGEROUS DEFECT SAYING "RECALL IS VIN SPECIFIC". EVEN THOUGH FORD CORPORATION KNOW ABOUT VERY DANGEROUS DEFECT, THEY ARE PUTTING EVERYONE IN DANGER BY REFUSING TO REPAIR ALL AFFECTED CARS. *TR
WHILE DRIVING THE CAR, I HIT A BUMP IN THE ROAD AT THE SAME TIME AS APPLYING THE BRAKES AND THE BRAKE PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR AND WAS HARD TO STOP THE VEHICLE. I HAD TO PUMP THE BRAKES TO GET THE PEDAL TO COME UP, I BELIEVE THIS CONDITION IS CAUSED BY A FAULTY BRAKE ANTILOCK VALVE AS SEEN IN YOU TUBE VIDEOS. IN THE VIDEOS THE MECHANIC BLAMED THE FAULT ON STICKING VALVES CONTAINED INSIDE THE VALVE. I BELIEVE THIS FAULT RESTS WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND SHOULD BE REPLACED AT THEIR COST BECAUSE OF THE SAFETY ISSUES, THE VALVE EVENTUALLY RESET ITSELF, BUT RETURNS TO BYPASS THE BRAKE PRESSURE WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED ON A BUMP. I HAVE CAUTIONED MY WIFE TO NOT HIT THE BRAKES ON A BUMPY ROAD, I WISH TO HAVE THIS VEHICLE RECALLED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE HAVE BEEN THE ONLY OWNERS OF THIS VEHICLE. *TR
