WAS PULLING OFF FROM A STOP SIGN AT A NORMAL TAKEOFF. ADVANCETRAC WARNING LIGHT AND SERVICE POWER STEERING NOW WARNING CAME ON. TRIED TO DO THE RESET THAT I FOUND ONLINE. NOTHING FIXED IT. HAD TO DRIVE HOME 90 MILES WITH NO POWER STEERING. WILL TAKE TO DEALER IN THE MORNING. I'VE HAD THE CAR 4 DAYS AND IT WAS BOUGHT AS A CERTIFIED USED VEHICLE. *TR
VEHICLE LURCHED THEN LOST POWER AND CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. VEHICLE WOULD NOT ACCELERATE AFTER LOSING POWER. SINCE THE REPAIRS, THE VEHICLE WILL OCCASIONALLY LURCH WHEN THE CAR IS IN GEAR AND THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED. *TR
THIS MODEL IS AN AWD MODEL. VEHICLE EMITS A FOUL 'NATURAL GAS' ODOR WHEN VEHICLE COMES TO A COMPLETE STOP AFTER ANY PERIOD OF DRIVING. THIS ODOR SMELLS EXACTLY LIKE THE FLUID INSIDE THE RDU. AFTER SEVERAL TRIAL AND ERROR ATTEMPTS, I BELIEVE THE SMELL IS BEING SUCKED IN THROUGH THE HVAC SYSTEM. HOWEVER WHEN THE SYSTEM IS PUT IN RE-CIRCULATION MODE, THE SMELL IS NOT PRESENT. THIS PROVES THAT THE SMELL IS BEING SUCKED IN FROM OUTSIDE, FROM A VENT CONNECTED TO THE RDU. I CANT BELIEVE FORD HAS NOT HAD ANY OTHER COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS. ITS EMBARRASSING TO HAVE ANYBODY RIDE IN THE CAR. *TR
WHEN PASSING ANOTHER VEHICLE AT 45 MPH IN 2012 FORD FUSION SEL V6 (36,000 MILES) CAR SUDDENLY AND WITHOUT WARNING LOST POWER BUT QUICKLY REGAINED IT. A FEW MINUTES LATER, WHILE TURNING CORNER, CAR SUDDENLY AND DANGEROUSLY LOST POWER AGAIN AND DIDN'T REGAIN IT. I MANAGED TO ROLL TO CURB; WARNING LIGHTS WERE ON INCLUDING WRENCH. I STEPPED ON GAS BUT CAR WOULDN'T MOVE. TURNED OFF ENGINE AND TEN MINUTES INTO WAITING FOR TOW TRUCK, I TRIED TO START VEHICLE. IT STARTED AND I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE IT TWO BLOCKS TO MY HOME. BASED ON THEIR EXPERIENCE WITH FUSIONS, MECHANICS AT FORD DEALERSHIP SUSPECTED THROTTLE BODY PROBLEM AND I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO BECAUSE CODE FOR THROTTLE BODY DIDN'T APPEAR DURING DIAGNOSTIC CHECK. I WAS TOLD THAT WHEN IT HAPPENS AGAIN TO BRING IT BACK TO SEE IF THEY COULD CATCH CODE AND GET AUTHORIZATION FOR REPAIR. THE SUDDEN LOSS OF POWER IN THIS CAR WHILE DRIVING IT IS VERY DANGEROUS AND THE SERIES SHOULD BE RECALLED AND THROTTLE BODY REPAIR DONE BY FORD BECAUSE OF THIS SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE. *TR
WHEN STEERING I COULD HEAR A NOISE AND I FELT SHAKE ON STEERING WHEEL. HAD TO TAKE TO DEALER. *TR
AT FIRST THE RPM'S WOULD INCREASE ( AROUND 500 RPM'S) WHEN THE CAR UPSHIFTED WHEN IT WAS COLD. AS THE MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION WARMED UP THE INCREASE IN RPM'S UPON UPSHIFT LESSENED. IT APPEARED TO ME THAT THE TRANSMISSION WAS "SLIPPING" AS IT WENT THROUGH THE GEARS...YOU COULD HEAR THE ENGINE SPEED UP AND WATCH THE TACH TO CONFIRM WHAT I WAS HEARING FROM THE ENGINE. I TOOK CAR TO DEALER AND THEY CHECKED IT OUT. THEY SAID EVERYTHING WAS FUNCTIONING NORMALLY HOWEVER THE CAR STILL DOES IT. NOTE THAT THE CAR WAS UNDER THE 3 YEAR BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY AT THE TIME AND THE SERVICE ADVISOR SAID THAT THE CAR HAS A 60K POWERTRAIN WARRANTY ANYWAY. I DID NOT LIKE HIS STATEMENT. THE PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE GETTING WORSE AS IT SOMETIMES REVS BETWEEN SHIFTS WHEN IT IS WARMED UP. FORD SHOULD STEP UP AND REVIEW MY PROBLEM FURTHER. I PLAN TO TAKE THE CAR TO ANOTHER FORD DEALER TO SEE WHAT THEY SAY. PLEASE ADVISE.
THE VEHICLE WILL STOP RUNNING WHILE SITTING STILL (AT LIGHT, STOP SIGN), I TOOK IT IN AND TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID OH YEAH THERE'S A COMPUTER UPDATE. I WAS NEVER ADVISED OF THE UPDATE AND HAD TO HAVE MY CAR DIE IN THE MIDDLE OF SEVERAL BUSY ROADS. AFTER THE UPDATE THE CAR DID NOT DIE ANY LONGER BUT THAT WAS A SAFETY ISSUE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED I HAD TO COME IN. THE CAR WILL BOG DOWN WHEN YOU PRESS ON THE ACCELERATOR, IT WILL BOG DOWN THEN LURCH FORWARD. THE ISSUE IS WHEN STARTING FROM A STOP OR ANY TIME YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE. THE SHIFTING OF GEARS SEEMS TO BE SLOW TO CHANGE. I HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE DEALER AND I AM TOLD THEY CAN NOT REPEAT THE "ISSUE". I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH BRAKING AS WELL. THE CAR WHEN IN REVERSE ON AN INCLINE DID NOT WORK AND I ROLLED DOWN INTO THE STREET. I HAD THE BRAKES CHECKED AND AGAIN WAS TOLD THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO "REPEAT THE ISSUE". THE AIR CONDITIONER WILL ONLY WORK WHEN IT WANTS TO. SOMETIMES IT BLOWS COLD AIR SOMETIMES IT BLOWS HOT AIR.
I WAS TURNING ONTO THE STREET AT ABOUT 25 MPH AND AS I APPROACHED MY HOME, THE ADVANCE TRAC SYSTEM LIGHT CAME ON AND THEN THE SERVICE POWER STEERING NOW LIGHT CAME ON. STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP AS I TRIED TO TURN INTO THE DRIVEWAY AND I RAN OVER THE CABLE BOX ON THE CURB BECAUSE IT WAS HARD TO TURN AT THAT POINT. PRIOR TO THIS INCIDENT, THERE WERE PROBLEMS WITH AIR PRESSURE IN THE TIRES AT LEAST THREE TIMES. LIGHT CONTINUALLY CAME ON INDICATING LOW TIRE PRESSURE. CAR WAS PURCHASED ON NOVEMBER 2, 2013. DEALERSHIP OFFERED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, WE SIGNED PAPERS FOR IT. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO USE IT, THE WARRANTY WAS NOT THERE. WE DIDN'T SIGN ANY CANCELLATION PAPERS FOR IT. NOW WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH A BOGUS DEALERSHIP/FINANCE COMPANY AND PAY FOR A PART THAT MAY OR MAY NOT BE NEEDED. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FUSION. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH AND DEPRESSING THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL, THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL FAILED TO RESPOND WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT DEPRESSED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE THE VEHICLE RESPONDED AND THE SPEED INCREASED. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER BUT THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE DETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE TRAVELING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A PRIVATE MECHANIC WHO STATED THE RACK AND PINION FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED ABOUT THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE AND VIN WERE NOT AVAILABLE.
ABOVE DATE AND MILEAGE IS AN ESTIMATE. THE SECOND INCIDENT OCCURRED ON 11-29-14. STOP SAFETY HAZARD WARNING LIGHT COMES ON. (INDICATES HYBRID COMPONENT FAULT/FAILURE THAT WILL CAUSE THE VEHICLE TO SHUT DOWN, FAIL TO START OR ENTER INTO A LIMITED OPERATING MODE). VEHICLE LOOSES POWER. PULLED TO SIDE OF ROAD. TURNED IGNITION OFF. WAITED A FEW MINUTES. RESTARTED CAR. THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE IN THE TWO YEARS THAT I HAVE OWNED THE VEHICLE. THE INITIAL TIME WAS LESS THAN A YEAR PRIOR TO THE SECOND INCIDENT DRIVING AT THE SAME SPEED. VEHICLE MILEAGE AT THE TIME OF THE SECOND INCIDENT WAS APPROXIMATELY 14,234. VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL FORD DEALERSHIP AFTER THE SECOND INCIDENT FOR CHECK. DESCRIPTION OF WORK DONE: -SEVERAL SCANS WERE DONE -CODE HYBRID POWER TRAIN CONTROL MODULE WAS DISABLED. -NO REASON WHY. COULD NOT REPLICATE. THIS HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES SO IT IS NOT A COINCIDENCE. IT IS A DANGEROUS SAFETY HAZARD IN TRAFFIC. *TR
DRIVING AROUND 30MPH, WARNING LIGHT AND INFORMATION DISPLAY INDICATED "SERVICE ADVANCETRAC" THEN "SERVICE POWER STEERING NOW" MESSAGE APPEARED. I PULLED OFF ROAD TO PARKING LOT, SMELLED A BURNING SCENT IN THE HEAT/AC VENTS. POWER STEERING WAS DISABLED AS SOON AS I WAS ABLE TO PARK MY VEHICLE. NO DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE PRIOR TO INCIDENT. *TR
ALL 4 CENTER CAPS/HUB CAPS WERE LOOSE AND 2 FELL OFF WHILE I WAS CLEANING THE TIRES. FORD DEALERSHIP REPLACED ALL 4 PLASTIC CENTER CAPS. PART NUMBER 9E5Z 1130A. *TR
12-9-13 AIR BAG LIGHT CONTINUES TO STAY ON. I TOOK TO DEALER THEY DID DIAGNOSTICS AND CLEARED CODE AND GAVE BACK TO ME. 12-20-13 AIR BAG LIGHT CONTINUED TO KEEP COMING ON AND STAYING ON SO I TOOK BACK THIS TIME THEY REPLACED AIR BAG CIRCUIT CONNECTOR. 1-9-14 AIR BAG LIGHT CONTINUED TO KEEP COMING AND STAYING ON. DEALER THIS TIME REPLACED SEAT HARNESS. 1-13-14 AIR BAG LIGHT CONTINUED TO KEEP COMING AND STAYING ON. DEALER THIS TIME REPLACED SEAT HARNESS A 2ND TIME SAID FIRST WAS DEFECTED THEY JUST PUT ON. LEFT DEALER HAD TO GO RIGHT BACK I COULDN'T EVEN MOVE BY POWER SEAT BACK IT WAS GETTING STUCK. DEC 2014 AIR BAG LIGHT CONTINUED TO KEEP COMING AND STAYING ON. DEALER SAID HAD TO ORDER A MODULE FOR IT. CURRENTLY NOW IT'S STILL IN THERE WAITING ON PART. ALSO KNOCKING NOISE IN FRONT END SINCE 25000 MILES DEALER KEEP PASSING OFF AND LUBING IT. NOW FROM MY DEC 2014 VISIT THEY ORDERED A STEERING COLUMN TO BE REPLACED THAT IS BEING PUT IN NOW AS WELL THEY HAVE HAD SINCE LAST TUESDAY (NOW WARRANTY UP 39000 MILES). DEALER CLAIMED A CODE TOLD THEM THIS TIME TO REPLACE THE STEERING COLUMN YET IT HAD BEEN DOING IT OVER A YEAR. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FUSION. AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BE SERVICED, THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE LUG NUTS WERE SWOLLEN AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED THREE YEARS LATER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 11V574000 (WHEELS). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000.
WHEN BACKING UP AND TURNING STEERING WHEEL FULLY TO THE RIGHT THERE IS A RUBBING OR GRINDING SOUND FROM THE PASS. SIDE RIGHT FRONT TIRE AREA AND THE STEERING WHEEL SEEMS TO LOCK. *JS
AS MY WIFE ACCELERATED THE VEHICLE UP TO 35MPH THE ENGINE SEEMED TO CEASE FUNCTIONING OR SHUT ITSELF DOWN RESULTING IN AN INABILITY TO ACCELERATE. A WRENCH WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND SHE WAS FORCED TO THE SHOULDER OF THE ROAD. SHE SHUT DOWN THE VEHICLE AND RESTARTED IT WITH NO FURTHER COMPLICATIONS AT THIS TIME. THIS HAPPENED UNDER NORMAL DRIVING CONDITIONS. AFTER RESEARCHING THIS ISSUE, THE THROTTLE BODY IS SAID TO BE THE CULPRIT. I WILL BE TAKING THE CAR INTO THE DEALERSHIP TOMORROW IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET THIS KNOWN PROBLEM REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. HOWEVER, WILL THEY BE REPLACING ONE DEFECTIVE PART FOR ANOTHER? HAS THERE BEEN AN APPLIED FIX? THIS COULD BE A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION FOR A DRIVER. *TR
I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH STALLING, LOSS OF ACCELERATION, DYING WITH MY FUSION. IT HESITATES WHEN DRIVING AND STALLS WHEN DRIVING AND STOPPED. THE WRENCH AND ENGINE LIGHT ARE ON AGAIN. I AM VERY CONCERNED FOR MY SAFETY DUE TO THESE ISSUES AS THERE IS NEVER ANY WARNING OF WHEN IT'S GOING TO OCCUR. I HAVE PREVIOUSLY HAD MY THROTTLE BODY REPAIRED/REPLACED BUT THE SAME PROBLEMS CONTINUE.
STATE OF NJ HAD A 2012 FORD FUSION THAT WAS BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP 5 TIMES FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. ON THE 6TH ATTEMPT TO FIX THE PROBLEM AT THE DEALERS, THE VEHICLE CAUGHT FIRE AND BURNED TO THE GROUIND WHILE OUT ON A ROAD TEST WITH A DEALERSHIP EMPLOYEE. THE VEHICLE IS A TOTAL LOSS. THE DEALERSHIP HAS NOT DISCLOSED WHAT CAUSED THE FIRE. I RECENTLY WAS INFORMED OF THE RECALL FOR 2013 FORD FUSIONS AND THOUGHT MAYBE THE 2012'S MAY HAVE A PROBLEM ALSO. THE DEALERSHIP INFORMATION IS AS FOLLOWS: ALL AMERICAN FORD, 375 ROUTE 17 SOUTH, PARAMUS, NJ. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE IN REVERSE, THE ENGINE RPMS INCREASED AS THE VEHICLE LUNGED IN REVERSE, CAUSING THE CONTACT TO CRASH INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE CONTACT WAS NOT INJURED AND A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 95,000.
I HAVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES LEADING UP TO THIS AND THE DEALER WOULD SAY NOTHING IS WRONG. CAR JUMPS FORWARD WHEN IDLING, CAR LOOSES POWER WHEN ACCELERATING ON HIGHWAY. LASTLY WAS COMPLETE LOSS OF POWER AND NEARLY HIT BY BUS WITH KIDS IN CAR. THEY REPLACED THROTTLE BODY, A/C MOTOR ETC....TWO WEEKS GONE BYE AND IT IS STARTING AGAIN. I NEED TO GIVE THIS CAR TO MY DAUGHTER TO DRIVE BUT IT IS NOT SAFE. *TR

IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO VIBRATE VIOLENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS MANEUVERED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WHERE THE ENGINE WAS TURNED OFF. UPON RESTARTING, THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN WITH CAUTION TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. THE VEHICLE WAS LATER TOWED TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER, WHO STATED THAT THE THROTTLE BODY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE INTERSTATE WHEN MY TRACTION LIGHT CAME ON AND MY STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP. AN ERROR CAME ON SCREEN SAYING "POWER STEERING SYSTEM FAULT". MY VEHICLE IS OUT OF BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY BUT STILL UNDER POWER TRAIN WARRANTY. THE DEALERSHIP STATES THAT IT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THAT WARRANTY. BECAUSE OF THIS I ALMOST WRECKED THE CAR AS STEERING BECAME VERY LIMITED. THE DEALER ALSO STATES THIS AN INTERNAL STEERING MODULE AND MUST BE REPLACED. MY CAR IS TOO NEW FOR A COMPUTER MODULE TO BE GOING OUT. *TR

PULL TO SHOULDER, CAR IDLES ROUGH. TURN OFF AND BACK ON. CONTINUED TRIP WITHOUT PROBLEM. NOV. 14. 2013: CAR TAKEN TO LOCAL FORD DEALER AND THEY CANNOT RETRIEVE ANY ERROR CODES. MENTION THROTTLE BODY BUT THEY DIDN'T SEE ANY NEED TO CHECK THIS BUT REPLACED A SUPPOSED DEAD BATTERY. NOV. 15, 2013: ON DRIVE BACK HOME FROM WORK, ABOUT 20 MILES INTO MY DRIVE, CAR ON CRUISE CONTROL AT SET AT 70 MPH STALLED AGAIN WITH WRENCH LIGHT. HAVE NO REACTION AT ALL WITH GAS ACCELERATOR. PULLED OVER TO STOP. CAR IDOLS ROUGH. TURNED AND BACK ON AGAIN. NOV. 15, 2013:STOPPED AT A STOP SIGN. AS I WENT TO PRESS THE GAS TO MAKE THE LEFT HAND TURN, I NOTICED THAT MY CAR HAD DIED. THIS WAS A SECOND INSTANCE WITH MY CAR ON NOVEMBER 15TH. NOV. 20, 2013: ON DRIVE HOME , APPROX. 20 MILES OUT, CAR ON CRUISE CONTROL AT ABOUT 75 MPH, WHILE ATTEMPTING TO PASS A CAR,THE CAR STALLED. AGAIN NO REACTION USING THE GAS PEDAL. HAD TO HIT BREAK TO GET BEHIND VEHICLE DUE TO INCOMING TRAFFIC. VERY BAD SITUATION. NOV. 22, 2013: IN AM APPROX 20 MILES FROM HOME HEADING TO WORK, NOT USING CRUISE CONTROL GOING APPROX. 70 MPH, CAR STALLS. NOV. 27: CAVENDER DEALERSHIP (SELMA,TX) ALSO WAS NOT ABLE TO GET AN ERROR CODE ON THE CAR BUT FOUND RESEARCH INFORMATION ON THE THROTTLE BODY ON 2012 FOR FUSIONS HAVING THE SAME ISSUE AS MY CAR. CAVENDAR DOES NOT WANT TO REPLACE THE PART AND IT NOT BEING THE ACTUAL PROBLEM. WE HAD NO INCIDENT TO OR FROM WITH THIS TRIP. NOV. 28: WE WERE EXACTLY 100 MILES INTO OUR TRIP, WHEN THE CAR STALLED. THE POWER STEERING ON OUR 2012 FORD FUSION STARTED TO SPORADICALLY STOP WORKING AND THEN START WORKING AGAIN ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. FORD COULD NOT DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM DUE TO IT WORKING AT TIME OF SERVICE BUT SUGGESTED THAT IT COULD POSSIBLY BE DUE TO LOW TIRE PRESSURE. AFTER MULTIPLE OCCURRENCES IT FINALLY STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY. THE FUSION WAS TOWED TO FORD SERVICE WHERE THEY FOUND IT NEEDED REPAIRS OF APPROXIMATELY $1500.00 TO REPLACE A PART IN THE POWER STEERING THAT WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. FORD CUSTOMER CARE OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE ON REPAIRS FOR STEERING FAILURE BUT ONLY TOLD US IT WAS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR PARTS AND REPAIRS THAT WERE OUT OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. THERE HAVE BEEN NO RECALLS DUE TO POWER STEERING FAILURE AT THE PRESENT TIME. WE FEEL VERY LUCKY THAT THE STEERING FAILURE DID NOT CAUSE AN ACCIDENT. *TR

WHILE DRIVING ON INTERSTATE 30 IN TRAFFIC AT ABOUT 70 TO 75 MPH THE CAR JUST STOPPED ACCELERATING AND I HAD TO COAST OFF THE ROADWAY AND KILL THE CAR AND RESTART IT. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION IN HEAVY TRAFFIC AND HAS OCCURRED ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS IN THE PAST TWO WEEKS. I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY AND A LIGHT CAME ON THE DASH AND 2 MESSAGES APPEARED ON DASH - SERVICE ADVANCETRAC AND POWER STEERING ASSIST FAULT. THE PRINTOUT RESULTS FOUND, INDICATOR LIGHT WAS YELLOW, COLD CRANKING AMPS 500 ON BATTERY, TEMPERATURE WAS TO HIGH AT 124DEGREES. ON 10/7/2013, CALL ROADSIDE RESCUE TO JUMPSTART VEHICLE. I LET THE VEHICLE IDLE FOR A BIT, HOPING TO RECHARGE THE BATTERY BACK TO FULL FUNCTION. ON 10/8/2013 CALLED ROADSIDE RESCUE TO JUMPSTART VEHICLE FOR THE 3RD TIME AND THEN DROVE TO FORD DEALERSHIP.
