THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD A BLACK INSTRUMENTAL PANEL WHICH MADE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE THE INDICATORS DURING THE DAY. THE INSTRUMENT PANEL DOES ILLUMINATE NORMALLY WHILE DRIVING AT NIGHT. THE DEALER WAS INFORMED ABOUT THIS FAILURE AND STATED THAT THIS WAS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY; YET, IT WAS A DESIGN FLAW. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2500 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 5000.
