VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY IN PARKING LOT. NO MECHANICAL CODES WERE SHOWING EITHER, VEHICLE WOULD JUST TURN OVER BUT NOT START.

THE NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER IS 16V621000. IT SAYS IT INCLUDES THE 2015 FORD TAURUS AWD, WHICH MY VEHICLE IS. WHEN I SEARCH RECALL BY VIN, MY 2015 FORD TAURUS SAYS THERE IS NO RECALL, WHEN CLEARLY MY MODEL SHOULD BE INCLUDED WITH THE OTHER 2015 MODELS.
