WATER DRAIN BLOCKAGE CAUSED WATER POOLING IN INTERIOR FRONT PASSENGER SIDE OF CAR. CAR WAS PARKED OUTSIDE IN ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE AND AT THE TIME THERE WERE A COUPLE OF WEEKS OF EXCESSIVE RAINS DURING THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2020
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD TAURUS. A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER PURCHASING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT WITNESSED MOISTURE IN THE HEADLAMPS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE MOISTURE AND CONDENSATION IN THE HEADLAMPS WAS NORMAL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,100.
