Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 GMC ACADIA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH AND UNDER WHILE COMING TO A STOP, SHE RECIEVED A WARNING FROM HER ONSTAR SYSTEM ADVISING HER THAT THE ABS SYSTEM FAILED AND TO SERVICE THE VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS. AFTER DIAGNOSIS THEY ADVISED HER THAT FRONT BRAKE PEDALS AND BRAKE PEDAL POSITION SENSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. AFTER HAVING THE REPAIRS DONE THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ON STAR SYSTEM IN HER VEHICLE ADVISED HER THAT SHE NEEDED TO HAVE THE VEHICLE SERVICED IMMEDIATELY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHO STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AGAIN. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND THEY OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 12,830 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 58,000.
