Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)10/6/2023 The vehicle shakes all over the vehicle when driving at highway speeds the shop I brought it to says that the tire tread is slipped and you can see the tread is wavy when running on the lift and is most likely the cause of the vibration. It is actually all 4 tires but a couple of them are the more worse than others. P255/55R20 is the tire size and were bought 9/9/2021 but only have 20K miles on them. I just wanted to report so if there is other complaints about this with the same tire something may be able to be done to resolve this in case this issue gets worse.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 GMC ACADIA EQUIPPED WITH GOODYEAR FORTERA HL TIRES, SIZE: P255/65R18 109S. AFTER INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE TREAD ON THE SIDEWALL OF ALL FOUR TIRES WERE CRACKED. THE VEHICLE NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V044000 (TIRES). THE TIRE AND VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 18,537.
