WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED. SHE IS CONCERNED ABOUT THE DURABILITY AND SAFETY OF THE VEHICLE AND WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO DETERMINE HOW WATER ENTERED THE VEHICLE.
