THIS IS NOT A ALL THE TIME PROBLEM, AND I CANNOT FIND A REASON WHY SOME DAYS IT DOES THIS AND SOME DAYS IT DOESN'T. ALSO SOMETIMES THE CRUISE CONTROL WORKS AND SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T. . ALSO SOMETIMES THE WIPERS STOP IN MID SWIPE. *TR
2002 GMC ENVOY -DRIVER WAS SITTING AT TRAFFIC SIGNAL WITH LEFT TURN SIGNAL ON . WHEN LIGHT TURNED GREEN DRIVER PROCEEDED THROUGH INTERSECTION TO MAKE TURN WHEN ACCELERATOR THROTTLE. DRIVER COULD NOT STOP OR CONTROL VEHICLE CAUSING IT TO HIT CONCRETE BRIDGE PILLAR HEAD ON. *JB
THE CRUISE CONTROL WAS SET TO 55 MPH VEHICLE LURCHED FORWARD AND THEN ROLLED OVER. THE CONSUMER SUSTAINED MINOR INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED. THE DEALERSHIP WILL BE NOTIFIED. *AK *SC
WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED UNCONTROLLABLY. CONSUMER WAS NOT ABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, AND IT HIT A GUARD RAIL, FLIPPED OVER SIX TIMES, AND LANDED UPRIGHT. UPON IMPACT, BOTH FRONTAL AIRBAG DID NOT DEPLOY. DRIVER SUSTAINED NECK AND BACK INJURIES AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL. VEHICLE WAS TOTALED OUT BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY. *AK
LOSS OF ENGINE POWER PREVENTING PASSING ON HIGHWAY WAS CAUSED BY FAILURE OF THE GAS PEDAL (#15150990), WHICH HAD TO BE REPLACED (PARTS AND LABOR: $211). *LA
