VEHICLE WAS IN A SNOW STORM AND COULD NOT USE THEM CONSISTENTLY. WE HAD TO KEEP TAKING HANDS OF THE WHEEL TO CYCLE FROM OFF AND ONLY HIGH SPEED.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 GMC YUKON XL. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH IN THE RAIN, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS SEIZED. THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD TO WAIT FOR THE RAIN TO STOP. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
